We had one of our VentPro Duct Cleaning vehicles get stuck in the snow today. Floyd's was to us in very great time, with great pricing, and exceptional service! Their truck driver, Memphis, was very helpful and kind and even took the time to show us some helpful info about our vehicle. I definitely recommend Floyd's Towing service for Springfield, MO. Lowest price I found out of 10 different companies. Dispatcher was polite and professional told me about an hour for driver to arrive. The driver JR was there within 15 minutes. Extremely professional took maybe 10 minutes to do the paperwork hook the car and be on his way. Excellent service highly recommend.

James moved my project car tonight and I honestly can’t say enough about the care and consideration that was put into the move. My wire and I were coming we're coming home from Marshfield MO when her Mercedez Benz ml320 lost power and started running very rough. We called our auto club service number and they called Floyd's. Our driver, Junior, arrived quickly. He was quick getting our disabled cars off the road. He was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we got our car to the repair shop as quickly as possible with as little worry as possible. Great service! Memphis, the driver, was friendly, courteous, and a real pro. If you are in need of a tow and are 500 miles away from home, you are having a rough day. The attention and concern for my family that he provided really took the edge off of the situation. If you have gave your car break down, do so in Springfield , call Floyd's, and hopefully they send Memphis.

Truck had an injector fail so I was stranded on the off ramp. Dispatch was quick to answer and polite. Memphis was our driver and he was very kind, courteous, and did a great job. Had us back home in no time so we could start the repairs. Definitely will use again.

We broke down on vacation and it was 96 miles to home. Called Floyds and Jerry came out , hooked us up and got us home safely. The price was very reasonable. Jerry was a very good driver , we felt safe on our travels. He made us feel very comfortable . We had great conversation which made the trip seem to go much faster and a long trip it was. Unfortunately did not get the individuals name but he was an amazing help! My car over heated in the middle of the wild life safari in Strafford and he got there quick and helped tow my car home. He had a positive attitude and was super nice. Definitely recommend.
