I loved the place up until I met the workers. For one they have a, "we are hiring" sign, and now I don't wonder at all why they are hiring because of who was working there. I always call up to the place asking if they have my vehicle and how much a part would cost. They would give me a price. Today I went to get a spiral cable or also known as a clock spring from a Maxima. When I got up there, the guy was very rude to me and said that they hadn't zero Maximas even though I was at Buddy's 3 days ago to get steering wheel buttons. One of the guys said that I could return electronics including the buttons that I bought from him within a 30-day return policy. I went to return the buttons and he rudely said that he would not accept my return. And then I went and got the clock spring from the Maxima that he said wasn't in the yard anymore. I brought it up and I tested it out on my car and it works so I went to go buy it. Now over the phone he said that the clock spring cost $30. And when I went to pay he said that because I had the blinker and windshield levers, that it would be $60. Now when I told him that a clock spring and a spiral cable we're the same thing essentially and that I would know because I work at a dealership, he banded me from Buddy's because he said I was having an attitude. I have contacted upper Management to clear my band and to have this employee removed due to his unfairness. But customer service is terrible here.

They are very helpful i didn't even have to pull anything off their vehicles. They pulled what I needed and brought to the front for me. I highly recommend them. I hit a deer over a week ago and the damage done was going to cost me almost 2k to get repaired. By going here I got what I needed and had a mobile mechanic come to my house and fix my vehicle. I ended up spending less then $500

This has become the equivalent of Disney World for me as a car guy. I’m always working on a project and Buddy’s has become my go-to. The yard is well organized and maintained exceptionally well, vs others that border on dangerous with trip-hazards left by customers. The staff are always courteous and helpful, with Buddy’s providing a great car selection and clean facilities for customers. We visit an average of 1-2 times per month and enjoy searching for the items we need. The photos provided are a handful of my personal cars that have benefited from our trips to Buddy’s.
