These guys are awesome. They were able to fix a massive dent in my fender and it looks perfect! Everybody I dealt with was very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

I called 8 different body shops about some rust work and Quality was the only place I found that would help me out for a very fair price. Not only was the customer service was amazing and they were very friendly, but the work done was exceptional and done perfectly. Plus, they got it done in three days, anywhere else it probably would've been two weeks. Definitely recommend these guys for anyone needing bodywork done!

We were visiting from Illinois and damaged our front end. We called Quality Auto Works, and they invited us to come over right away to see what they could do to help us. They repaired our car the following morning and had it done within just a few hours for a very reasonable price. They turned what seemed like a major issue into a minor inconvenience. These guys did a great job of repairing my son’s car after he hit a deer. They made his car look new again for a VERY reasonable price. They also did some extra work that was not quoted to me in the price to make the car look better and did not charge me for it! I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here. I cant say enough good things about Quality Auto Works. I needed a right rear quarter panel and door repaired through an insurance claim and was recommended here through a friend. Preston was very professional and helped me when I arrived. Vehicle was done sooner then expected and looked new like when I first purchased the vehicle. They preformed better than my expectations and even washed my vehicle before I picked it up. I want to say thank you to Drew and the rest of the crew who worked on my vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone who needs work done to their vehicle to this shop. This the the best shop in the the Springfield area and will take my vehicle there again if I ever need work done.

I've been using this business for years. My son had a wreck and I immediately told him to have it towed to Quality. From the minute it got there Preston kept in contact and kept me updated on the progress. He took care of everything from the suspension to ordering all the parts and making sure everything was perfect. Drew layed down a perfect paint job and Preston made sure everything was on point. Can't say enough good things about this shop. If you have an accident make sure you take it to these guys to get the job done right.

I had a fantastic experience with the Quality Auto team. When my car was finished I could not even tell where another car hit my side panel - it was perfect! The dent guy did amazing as well. I had several spots that are now smooth and the blending is excellent. Nice work guys!!

We wish we would have found Preston from Quality Auto Works much sooner! We drove our Highlander for over a year with a large dent in our door and fender. The door was even bent. Quality Auto Works was able to bend it back and fix all at a low price! We are thrilled with how it looks!

The owner Preston will go out of his way to make sure you get your car back in the shape you want it. We've had our car in this shop a number of times, and it was always important for us that they used OEM parts. Preston has hunted them down and negotiated with dealers to get OEM parts at the same cost as the after market parts the insurance pays for. Once we've gotten our car back, the paint color has always matched perfectly, which was always a big fear for me when having paint work done. And once all the work's done, Preston has always been very eager to make sure we've been happy with the work. We'll keep going to Quality Auto Works when our car needs work done.

I cannot say enough good things about Quality Auto Works and Preston! After being t-boned, Quality Auto Works fit me in quickly, did an amazing job making my Acura look better than new, communicated with me the whole time, and even detailed my car inside and out! They worked with insurance and made the whole process so easy. They are honest people and do excellent work!

This has to be the greatest shop around in my opinion. Our experience is that we had the misfortune of having the passenger mirror knocked off of our little 2012 Ford Escape. It also received a couple of long creases down the side of the truck when this happened. We took it to several shops, including Tanners, Barkers, and Hammers. Everyone of them insisted on taking pictures so that they could give us a quote even though we kept telling them that we didn't want to use our insurance. (That's just what we need, is to pay a skyrocketed insurance premium for the next seven years. I don't think so.) When we were recommended to go and see Preston at Quality by a friend of my wifes, it was a true blessing. We were instantly impressed by the friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate care that we received. They are definitely a cut above the rest in my opinion. They were able to take care of all of our needs with no insurance at a very reasonable price compared to everyone else. Our little truck looks new again. It is truly wonderful to know that a hometown shop full of such wonderful, and talented people exists. I just want everyone to know how thankful we are for Quality Auto Works!
