I just want info on a part before I buy it, but it seems it annoys the staff a ton to answer any questions about listings online and then proceed to act like I don't know what I'm talking about at all.
I know what parts I need, but the website doesn't say what parts you are actually purchasing nor does it provide good pictures. When I called in-store, the employee tried to tell me that my radio display/HVAC module are two seperate parts when I know that they are one singular part, I even verified with the local dealership.
These guys also never check the quality of their parts. We have had an issue that transmissions they ship out are DOA. So even if you are lucky enough to get the correct part after dealing with their uncharismatic salespeople, there is a very real chance the part is damaged or broken.
I have never had such a negative customer service experience anywhere else, and I would reccomend getting your parts elsewhere as the salespeople here don't really care for making a sale & caring for the customer
My car was at the Body Shop for a while, and for a long time I was without the specific airbag on the left side. And on the recommendation of my trusted Body Shop, I went to Keystone LKQ, which I had never even heard of, and I really liked knowing that they have parts of the most varied types. The driver's side airbag that I ordered from them arrived on time, the price is fair and they are trustworthy. If you need parts for your car, don't go to your car dealership, don't go to a Junk Yard, go to Keystone LKQ.
Did have a package not delivered, yet they found it, and have alot of parts available, if you're looking for something they probably have it. Customer service is great, I do appreciate that.
