Today was already the worst day of my life after losing my mother, and somehow this company still managed to make it worse. I walked in as the first customer of the day and was immediately treated disrespectfully by the bald headed skinny guy at the front desk over something minor about my jacket.
Maybe I wasn’t perfectly put together today. Grief does that to people. But the complete lack of compassion and the way I was spoken to was honestly disgusting. Customer service costs nothing, and treating people like human beings should not be optional.
I will never return after being treated so horribly during one of the hardest moments of my life.
My wallet, tow hitch, and numerous small items were stolen out of my vehicle after being towed. Very disappointed and nothing was done except supposedly filing a “claim” that I never heard back from. Beware!
Parking lot perfect!
When I arrived at the auction, I was exhausted. It was the last few minutes before closing. When I entered, a pleasant looking friendly lady named Kelli Rogers met me, who served and helped me so friendly that I forgot about my fatigue and seemed to give me new energy. Thank you Kelli and thank you God that there are people like Kelli
