RV overheated in mountains of AZ. The rest of the 900 mile trip no issues. Took in for radiator flush. $1475 later no issues just radiator flush. They went on a fishing expedition. Spent hours diagnosing for no reason. Add insult to injury attached are photos of the driving area carpet. Would certainly not recommend.

Took my Onan generator in for a code, service, and some basic maintenance back in November 2024. Had a full service belts and hoses. They did fix the problem with the code. Charged me $2,523.00. Got the truck home and had oil dripping from the drain plug. Cracked the oil pan reinstalling the drain plug. Took it back when we got home in December. They claimed they didn’t do it. Happened somewhere else. It wasn’t leaking before they serviced it.After alot of back and forth they decided they could fix it and split the bill with me. They charge a ridiculous amount for a service. If you’re going to charge such a ridiculous amount, the work should be 5 Star. Had to wait over a month for a new pan. If your gen is running, skip this place and go somewhere else!

Just Called their Cummins Springfield office . To check the price of servicing an Onan Generator. It consists of 3 quarts of oil a oil filter maybe if it is 500 hrs a fuel filter. The price they gave me was over 600 dollars. I spoke with Josh their service manager he was like well I thought it would be higher. That is maybe $180.00 dollar job What in the good name is wrong with these people!

Ou RV broke down on busy I-44 East near Spingfield, MO. We were towed to Cummins in that city. The employees at this business took wonderful care of both our Class A RV and us personally. Nicki in the service area even gave us eclipse glasses to use. Th final bill was very fair because of the extensive engine work we had done. We would highly recommend Cummins for your truck repairs.

This is the worst Cummins shop I’ve been to across the country. Replaced parts instead of doing a real diagnosis. Over $4000 later and getting a truck back that dies at stop lights, I had to do my own diagnosis and repair. Total waste of time and money.

Took our RV to them to get a fill diagnostic and repair. They did the diagnostic but did absolutely no repairs whatsoever. Paid them over$3,000 and now having to pay several different mechanics for the repairs they should have take care of.

My Bluebird school bus has been at this shop for 7 weeks for a def system repair. My bus is 5 years old and runs awesomely! I am driving a 22 year old bus with 370,000 miles on it. Thanks Cummins “for nothing.”

We took an old generator in for evaluation of fixability. Very unhappy with their lack of commucatuon in cost of fixing our generator. We could of bought a new inverter for the cost of them looking at generator and telling us it was junk (over $900.00 later!).

I needed a part , Dan and Ed were very helpful at the parts department.

They were great. Had a fault code on my allergo bus 37 AP 450 HP diesel. Chris scanned cleared the code. Tracy sold me a crankcase sensor and we were on our way. Thanks for helping us out on our cross country trip. ?

" Country girl trucking " Gary the generator tech. Is top of the line mechanic. Kept me informed and this shop gave a fair price on their work. Will definitely go out of my way to come back if needed.

They do excellent work, friendly service. Really like the guys there. I drive a semi truck and always did me right.

They did a great job repairing the generator on my RV. Gary was our mechanic and certainly knew his skill. The price quoted was exactly what they charged, not one dime more. They were ALL very professional, the place was clean and they were very careful to take precautions to keep the Coach clean. They were also very accommodating and made sure we were as comfortable as possible while we waited. I would highly recommend them.

We called in an appointment 5 days in advance for an RV generator repair. They got us in and out in the same day. We are very happy with Cummins Springfield.

I broke down Sunday night before New Years and spent most of the night getting towed to Cummins SPRINGFIELD. I got there shortly after they opened unannounced with a load on my hopper trailer. The shop Forman Chris told wrecker driver where to put truck and trailer, he met us in the back lot and while it was still on the hook he wanted me to start it so he could here it , after hearing it said I had dead cylinder. They took it straight into shop within a couple hours had full diagnostics and told me with the holiday it would still be ready by Friday. I rented car went home Chris gave me updates daily and Friday I came back to shop and was back on the road . Thank you to Chris and his crew for taking such good care of me and my old Peterbilt.

They do not know the difference from bad injectors and pitted cylinder liners. They wasted $6000 in bandaid repairs which were wasted in the next 1100 miles. Pass on by!

Cummins Springfield, MO is a total RIP OFF. Friendly but they recommend & sold me 6 injectors. 1100 miles later the real problem was diagnosed as Pitted Cylinder Liners. After a short block the injectors are not returnable. At $3432 in parts I feel RIPPED. They would not contribute to the final repair. Stay Away!

Had a warranty issue with my starter on my Onan generator. They replaced it with no issues. Shop is very clean. They have a lounge for waiting and it has comfortable seating (couch & love seat) satellite TV, free soda and Keurig coffee and free WiFi. Everyone was very professional and very helpful and listened to what my issue was. I was repaired in a VERY timely manner!! Thanks to all the service employees and mechanic for everything they did for me and my generator. I will DEFINITELY be returning if I need generator work done!! I highly recommend coming here!!

Didn't have parts available but could order. But freight was a minimum of $35.00 for 1 once o-ring.

Great customer service. We were driving thru Springfield and stopped by Cummins to see if they could fix our RV generator. They were booked for 5 days out we said no problem we can come back. They looked at it and were able to fix the problem that day. We were so surprised that they found the problem and since it only needed an oil change we waited in the waiting room which had comfortable chairs coffee and water and soda. I would highly recommend going there.

Obviously we all would love a little cheaper per hour rate but these guys are awesome. Super nice and seem to be very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them and plan to revisit at this time. Thanks Jimmy

Wow!!! Being travelers and breaking down far far from home is very stressful. After multiple attempts to get help Cummins had the compassion to get us up and running!!! They understand traverlers!!! Paul was freaking amazing!!! All the guys were very nice and very helpful. Paxton was attentive to our needs and put us in the helping hands of Paul.
