I got my vehicle towed twice from this place MIND YOU I’ve been Trying to get my car back since 4 AM I got there at four. No one was there and I’ve been calling about 70 times. No one’s been answering. I went back at 8 AM when they were supposed to be open. No one was there. No one was answering the phone I Call at 9 AM. No one was still answering and she claimed they open at 9 AM on weekends. I finally got an answer back at 10 in the morning. This is the worst towing company I have ever encountered in my life and I am going to file a report very unprofessional such an inconvenience I had to call out of work couldn’t even get my car back till 11 AM. This is insane. Never have I ever encountered such a terrible company and unprofessionalism in my life. They need to get shut down for good. Mind you This picture was taken at 8 AM when they were supposed to be open didn’t get An answer back till 10 in the morning worst place ever. By the way she had the audacity to say she seen I called “100 Times” very unprofessional and lazy

They claim they open up by 8am , came to recover my vehicle towed from my apartment, got here by 8am and met people waiting .. the lady was rude and unprofessional after she arrived ..

My car has been towed over 10times by these guys and I feel targeted , they really don't care , they find every opportunity to tow you and make money off you regardless if you pay for your permit or not!!!

I am putting a 1 star since I can’t put none. I understand the reason why they towed my brother’s car but when we came to the office to pick it up, oh my goodness! The lady that works there is super unprofessional and rude! I hope the owner of this company reads the reviews here and will do something about it. She doesn’t have any customer service skills and she is only there to take your money. She doesn’t even explain to us what to do next. I hope the owner would find someone better to replace her! The customers are already frustrated that their cars were towed then you come and talk to this lady who is very insensitive! HORRIBLE!!!

UPDATE: After additional issues with this organization my apartment complex has officially dropped them as a vendor and blacklisted them. Avoid this company at all costs and urge your complex to find another contract with anyone else but them. The clerk refuses to do anything but take your money. They unlawfully seized my vehicle and after trying to serve a legal Demand Notice, she denied it claiming “it doesn’t have MY name on it”. She refused to take the legal document and had a disgusting demeanor until the police showed up and claimed I harassed her for recording the interaction. The cop had to explain to her that I was within my legal right to do so and that I had a document to serve. They still refused to take the document after police intervention claiming she’s not a manager/ owner or have any authority what so ever. Please file a complaint with the MoCo office of Consumer Protection, they have multiple infractions before and according to the officer on scene they have constant issues with that company and the spot on a weekly basis for similar incidents.

I see from other reviews that this company towed cars with valid parking passes to make fast money!! SO MUCH INCOMPETENCE IN ONE LOCATION!! All were useless and I spoke with NANCY!!

Wishing I could give negative five stars. The person working was extremely rude and unprofessional. My car was towed on New Year’s, and the entire experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. A little courtesy and respect would go a long way, but sadly, that was nowhere to be found. Would not recommend.

This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. My guest’s car was unjustly towed from my own reserved parking spot where she had been visiting me for just a few hours — something she has done for almost 8 months without issue. When I called to explain the situation, I encountered the exact same rude and condescending woman that so many other reviewers have warned about. Upon explaining the situation calmly, she mockingly responded with “Well, Happy Anniversary” as if my concerns were a joke to her. We were forced to pay $170 to retrieve the vehicle. But the nightmare didn’t end there—shortly after leaving the lot, we noticed the rear tire pressure had dropped to 19 PSI, which was not the condition it was in before the tow. When I called back to raise this concern, the woman immediately dismissed me in the same sarcastic, condescending tone, claiming it was “just the cold weather” and refusing to take any accountability. When I asked how she could be so sure, she arrogantly said it didn’t matter and that I “wasn’t getting reimbursed” — all while repeatedly talking over me. To make matters worse, when I tried to clarify further, she mocked me with a sing-song voice, put me on hold without explanation, and then hung up on me multiple times when I called back. It was the most unprofessional and antagonistic behavior I have ever encountered from a customer-facing employee. This company clearly thrives on predatory practices and seems to enjoy belittling their customers. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to be treated with zero respect and have your hard-earned money taken without reason.

Literal thieves and liars. Towed my car from apartment building in the early morning when I had a permit clearly visible in the window. Tried to charge me $170 to retrieve my car until I asked for a reason and they could not tell me why my car was towed. So wasted my entire morning and an Uber ride for them essentially stealing my car.

Went to get my car from this place and the lady who handles the business was very unprofessional and nonchalant. I said there are other cars with no complex sticker. She said he can't tow every car. I said that's your job. I just got the car and the complex was closed. She showed no sympathy and cursing which is a no no in business. And they drained the battery and I could even drive it. Because they don't know how to tow they messed up tired rods in the front.

This place is TRASH. The woman who works there is EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. She doesn't answer questions and speaks loudly, disrespectfully. I don't wish anyone to have to deal with this company and these people.

I must address the unjust towing of my car, which was purportedly due to a displaced permission display, despite its visibility. This permission tag is identical to those affixed to all other vehicles, known by the authorities to be valid for the apartment. Our attempts to engage with the supervisor were deliberately avoided, and their behavior was rude and disrespectful. They dismissed our concerns by citing 'business,' demonstrating unprofessionalism and disregard for fairness. Furthermore, I was unjustly charged $210 for the towing service, despite lacking sufficient justification for the fee.

When my car was towed due to a clerical mistake they worked with me in a timely and professional manner. I also was treated fairly and respectfully. I am pleased to say this is a company I rather get accidentally towed by.

Surprise surprise I’m here with the other reviews. My fiancés car got towed and we had to pay $150, they said we were parked in an owned and reserved space. Yes it is reserved but we got permission to park there as nobody owns it yet. We have 4 spaces and not ONE is owned. So some bitter random person came home one night and couldn’t find a parking space and called the tow truck on us and they took our car at 10:30pm right after we got home like they were waiting. They need to validate if you own that spot before just towing whoever they feel like!!! We have reservation stickers so if THEY don’t have one it shouldn’t be a bike tow. They do not care, desk lady is rude and very unhelpful. I called and asked for the copy of my receipt and I know she has it because we had to sign but “surprisingly” she doesn’t have it but I know she didn’t bother to check because it was from 2 weeks ago and she immediately said “I don’t think I have it here” Honestly they’re the most disgusting company around.

People, towing companies like this one are thieves and do ilegal towing all the time. They towed my car from my parking garage after hours without getting permision. I submitted a claim with the department of cosumer protection and they had to refund me THREE times what they charged me because it was ilegal. Please do your research when they tow you and submitt a complaint ot a law suite since they had been made more tha 90 ILEGAL TOWING.. I didnt not proceed with a law sue cause the owner agreed to paid me. But it doesnt mean I was happy with all the have done to costumers just to get our money. My car was towed while visiting my daughter and my son in law for Thanksgiving. Our parking pass was visible and posted. However they towed my car, the driver who refused to give his name was one of the most rudest, nasty person I have ever encountered. He mentioned in his rambling that they have to make money. Too. Think about that! The better business bureau and other regulatory authorities should investigate this terrific company.

I have not seen such a bunch of insensitive set of employees stealing by tricks like the ones in prestige towing and recovery. My new car was parked at the visitor's parking as the rental office was closed before we returned, prestige towed it. I got the parking tag on the car, I had an emergency call and quickly drove to another apartment in the same estate, packed in front, with the hazard lights on to pick up the person, and in less than 5 minutes thats the care being towed away, what if the person died, because of such insensitivity and negligence? If the owners or managers of this company are reading this, can you please see to this? To crown it all, your employees are so rude, and yelling at customers? This is a big mess, really. Do something about it before people take this up, your employees are giving you a very bad image,

This business is a money making machine! My car got towed by them one day morning before 6pm. Obviously they towed my car because my car is a new Mercedes, others cars most are cheap cars, the owners couldn’t even afford to pay the towing fee. I did not argue with them about anything when I paid my towing fee $150. I started my car, there is warning message shows my car has damaged by the towing collision. I didn’t see any damage from the surface and I was late to work. After I finished my work I see my car warning me again with same information about the damage. I called them let them know if there is any damage they need to pay to fix it. The front dest lady blamed me didn’t report to them before I left. She kept saying the damage is just my guessing not real. I was really mad because their irresponsible action. This business definitely is a theft and trash ppl work here. They will pay more for their stealing actions!

My car was in an accident, so was in the shop being fixed. I got a rental, and it was towed , why because it was not parked in a a visitor spot, why am suppose to use a visitor spot when am a resident, neither am I allowed to switch a permit to this car I don't understand,. Yes their parking lot is gross, this a rental that now has scratches and a flat tire, the attendant, rude as they come. I think that if they are fair, you can prove to them that you are a resident, they should never charge you. Accident happens, and some times you have a rental, it is not an extra car, or a visitor car. It sad that crystal apartment don't have temporary permits for such situation, Hey may be they get a cut who knows, cant wait to move.

The owner there is direct forward, good and when my car was towed because of an error in strathmore house appartments he worked with it and had it dropped of so I didn't have to come pick it up in a tropical storm but the female phone staff that I spoke to tho could work on there manners! The other guy I spoke to at first was cool and very polite! They are supposed to drop it off here soon so stay tuned for update!

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would 100% stay away from this place at all costs. If they ever tow your car, make sure to look at the undercarriage as well because when a tow truck lifts your car there is always a possibility that damage may occur while your car is being lifted. Trying to get a hold of the manager or a supervisor forget about it there’s no management in this place whatsoever no one knows when the Manager is scheduled to work. The receptionists is not the problem here it’s the manager on how he or she runs the business. I have filed a damaged claim with them and waited the next day to hear back only way for a manager to contact you is if you have filled out a claims form. So I did that I got in contact with some lady I’m guessing she is a supervisor I don’t know she didn’t tell me much. She told me to text her photos of where the damage is and so I did and out of coincidence I have photographic evidence of how my car looked the day before my car got towed so I put that on there as well I sent her before and after pictures of my car. To my surprise I got a text back saying “The claim is denied after looking at the before and after pictures the car seems to be a different car” I laughed my butt of when I got that! So now I am at the point where I have to file a claim under my own insurance and pay a deductible for what something was not my fault. They towed my car there is damage and how do I know there is damage you may ask? Well when I started to make turns my car makes a weird noise that it didn’t use to do before it got towed. I looked under my car and sure enough there was damage done. It’s one thing getting towed but it’s another when you get towed and your car that you worked your butt off for has damage now.

These guys towed my truck for not parking visitors parking when I had a parking pass. They control the parking spots in various apartment complexes around Gaithersburg and only have a certain number of spots available when they are filled you get towed. How convenient and the POS they have working for them are the rudest and arrogant people you will meet. If you are thinking about hiring them don't. If you are a company that uses you might want to change towing companies. I cant give negative stars or I would.

They stole people all the time. They took my car from the visitor spot at Gaither’s House Apartments, in Gaithersburg/ MD due to a “Visitor Violation” whithout any reason. The rule at notice plate is clearly about visitors are able to use the visitors spot for one night. I parked my car there for the first night and they took it at the same night. I went there and they treat me really bad and said there’s nothing they can do to release the car without a payment. So I paid $128,00 and got my car back to the condo. I made a complaint to the Condo’s manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and called immediately to the Towing Company Manager to refund me. So they asked me to go there again to make the credit card refund. That’s was so frustrating! They do it all the time with all the people, making easy money and don’t care about the condominium parking rules.

Every time we contact them they are incredibly rude but I'm sure that's an industry standard. One time they said we had to have cash to pick up the car! I gave an extra star for Dean. He's the nicest guy and deserves a raise because he's the only good employee there. This one's for you Dean! Thank you for making my bad day just a little better

Only gave one star because you can't put none. This place is corrupt and the people are rude and deceitful. My brothers car was illegally towed from a visitor spot with a valid visitors pass hanging from the mirror. There is a group of 5 visitor spaces that end by the trash can. He was parked in the right end space. Behind the first visitor space on the left there is a sign that says visitor parking only and a arrow pointing right. The last 5th space has the word "visitor" faded but the sign still specifies that it is. With picture evidence they still made us pay to release the car which cost $168. After reading all the comment I'm sure this place is tax scamming or something because we were informed cash or money order only because the machine was down too. This is a common complaint for over a year now. They're rude and taking advantage of the fact that people need there car and the price rises daily. Never associate with this place.

Crooks and thieves. Two times our cars have been taken from our own parking spot in the middle of the night. Each time the correct permits were displayed (have pictures) but the driver “failed to see it”. There is no one attending the store and we had to wait at least hour each time until someone returned during their business hours. Refused to look at pictures or let me show the tag and made us pay them for stealing our cars. Corrupt and illegal business. Based on the other reviews I can’t fathom why BBB hasn’t shut this down.

Car was towed when LEGALLY parked in a visitor’s spot (in front of a sign saying visitor, with the word visitor painted on the spot) within twelve hours. $140 CASH to get it back less than 14 hours after it occurred. Never returning to this apartment complex (Congressional Towers) to visit anyone. Scum company. Car was scuffed in the process. Never, EVER, parking where I see signs that this company could be operating.
