A great team that works with you and keep you informed about the repair process. I had the heater core replaced which involved removal of the dashboard. This was extensive work and it was done well.

I had an regular oil change, overall experience was easy and they took good care of me and my car. I had some scheduling issues but they worked with me. Highly recommend!

I was able to hang out inside with my 13 month old without him getting fussy it was that quick and efficient! So glad someone recommended this shop to me! I was recommended SB Automotive a long time ago by a friend who also was an Infiniti enthusiast and assured me that these guys were the ones to go to if I ever wanted someone who knew Nissans/Infinitis inside and out. I’ve now been here a number of times but up unit now I hadn’t left a review so I felt it’s about time. Ever since first coming here, I’ve met Chris who has listened, asked questions and walked me through what the plan was with anything I brought to them wether it be general maintenance like fluid changes and what not to things that weren’t functioning like they should be. From start to finish, they’d inform me of where they were and their findings. Each time I got my car back, anything I brought to their attention was remedied, nothing too big or too small for them to tackle. It is for this, their exceptional customer service of always being friendly, polite, fun to talk to, as well as going above and beyond to make sure that when you come to pick up you’re not disappointed that I can’t express enough how glad I am that I found a shop and team like this. If you’re a Nissan/infiniti owner (or not) and need a team of professionals to tackle any issues you’re vehicle may be having, I wouldn’t hesitate to check them out. Had a mouse chewing on a wire that set off alerts during a commute they were the closest specialty shop. SB was not only able to help salvage the harness but also assist with ideas to keep any further damage done. It's now been 10 weeks and I've not had an incident . Great pricing and great people. I will be using them for all my work from now on instead of the dealer.

SB Automotive is a great operation. I have a deisel engine and have finally found a place outside the dealership that can service my VW oil change with no problems. They also had windshield wipers in stock and I was able to have my old ones replaced. Service is great - friendly and professional. Communications are automated through text with reminders. I absolutely love SB Automotive. Chris always answers my questions with ease. As I don’t know much about vehicles. Every time I ask about something of my car he gladly looks into it and lets me know. He goes above and beyond in my opinion. I feel confident and comfortable knowing my car is in good hands. My car has well over 207k miles but he runs like new thanks to all the work and tips they give me to maintain. I definitely will always recommend them! Got an old Honda Civic that was in terrible need of service. The timing was off, loss of power, wouldn't turn on right. This place is magic. Chris took in my car and the next day it was fixed. He explained to me what exactly was wrong with it and how much it would cost me(very fair and affordable prices). My car is now driving brand new. It's unbelievable how they managed to make a 27 year old car feel brand new. I will definitely come back for further services on my vehicle. Thank you Chris and your team for your great services!

I have known about this shop for years. Indeed they specialize in a huge range of vehicles, but most important to me is the Nissan GTR platform. I was fortunate enough to buy my dream car the GTR, and after months of planning, I was finally able to bring it to SB automotive for the work I had planned. This car is very special to me, and trusting it in anyone's hands is often stressful, but not with SB automotive. The guys at SB are incredible professional. After being screwed over by another shop I took my GTR here after not listening to a cousin of mine. I simply can't recommend them enough. They are chill guys who know their stuff and aren't with the fluff. My GTR feels perfect. They are punctual, calm and know their craft inside and out. I will be taking my other cars there once they have issues needing repair. You will not be disappointed with SBAutomotive! Just good dudes who do great work.

The guys over at SB Automotive are at the top of their game when it comes to performance modifications. I brought my C6 in for a harmonic balancer and performance modifications and they got it done in a few days for a fantastic price. Couldn't be happier and we're already discussing the next round of work!

I was recommended SB auto from friends after going to two different auto shops (multiple times) for vibration and steering issues. They were able to correctly diagnose the issues the first time and showed me what damage the other shops did to my car! On top of that they were able to repair my severely scratched rims which I was amazed with. This will be the only auto shop I go to from now on!
