First time visiting this location, and Natalie had Stellar Customer Service, very approachable and knowledgeable about the product when helping my husband and I, and she also informed us on the benefits of the reward program.

Glad that Miguel the GM was working today. Came in not anything about the rewards app. He took his time to help me download the app on my phone and immediately he notice I had 3 coupons available. He then help me use them and I only had to pay $3 dollars out of $33. Advance auto parts you need more Miguel’s. Thank you!

Went to this location for a battery change and the work staff was very helpful. I had a woman named Lynn change my battery and she made sure it was pretty and clean all most all the dirt off of it. She really took her time especially with it being cold out side. 10/10 service

I had a great experience at the Advance Auto Parts location in Flower Hill. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help no rushing, no attitude, just solid customer service. They helped me find exactly what I needed and even offered helpful tips to make sure I got the right part the first time. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. This is definitely my go to spot for auto parts in the area.

Only loaner tool they offer is a Phillips screw driver. I even bought the bits I needed to swap out my bulb hoping they’d have a nut driver to lend. They need to list the available loaner tools they are willing to lend out. In addition to this I returned the bits and when I mentioned that I would check their competitor and the employee laughed at me along with another customer behind me because I mistakenly said advanced auto instead of autozone. Overall the experience here was poor and not of much help.

Walk in at 7:40am on 1/24/26 and Flower Hill store. Miguel and David didn’t hesitate to help with my battery and wiper installation getting me ready for winter storm. They both took times to help with me installations since its very cold. Will be back always looking for them.

I purchased a number of car parts for my car, having no clue what I really needed. Natalie provided me with excellent service, giving me her recommendations after talking me through my particular issue. She was super helpful and im very grateful. I'll definitely be back in the future and will ask specifically for Natalie.

I purchased windshield wipers and Chris was super friendly, helpful, pointed out the best ones, and just provided an overall great experience. He even installed the wipers in 30° weather. While he’s probably still trying to warm up from installing my wipers in the freezing weather… Chris is a rock star!

I've been shopping at Advance for a very long time. It was my first time at this location. The person helping me spoke very little english, but fine. The other person who installed my car battery, didn't put in the battery backup so i don't lose all my radio information. He didn't even know what i was talking about when i mentioned it. Was not even on their cart. I've never had this issue at any other advance, they always automatically install it before disconnecting my battery.

CHECK YOUT RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I purchased freon for my car on 7/25. I bought the wrong kind and needed to return. However, the receipt is got when I originally purchased was for brake pads not the freon. So I had to settle for a store credit for the amount of the freon which is half the price of the brake pads that were on the receipt. Won't be visiting this location any more.

The Worst Advance Auto I've been to. On 5/7/25 @ 2:47, I walked in to pick up a coolant. As I walked in, Cindy C. Walked to the back. I got what I needed and waited with 2 others at the counter for about 15 minutes. I called out to people standing in the back talking to let someone know that I needed to cash out, no one came until the phone rang and she walked out to answer it. I told her that we had been waiting and she responded "oh yea?", nonchalantly. I asked her if there was a manager and she said, "he's off today". I said, oh I see.

Absolutely wonderful. The alternator went out on me but i managed to get to the parking lot. I'd bought one before a couple of years ago and it was under warranty. Got the replacement but had no tools. Mike lent me the tools. Replaced it in the lot. Mike remembered me by name! Mike and Paz are God's gift. Very kind! They're in commercial section up the steps. If you have confusion at the front desk, ask for Mike or Paz! And please tell them that John appreciates their help.

Wouldn't accept a return of a wiper blade I bought the day before; they said part of the protective cover was missing. I never opened the package. I won't be going back to these or the CarQuest stores. If someone returned it used, they shouldn't be stocking it, hoping someone else will buy it, either.

This place is the typical Advance. They have pretty much anything you would need. I've been surprised how many model-specific items they carry for my vehicle. Had a great experience today with assistance getting a "check engine" light code and related information.

Advance Auto Employees BLOCKING TRAFFIC - DOING CAR REPAIRS in the FIRE LANE. And lots of parking spaces are just a dozen feet away. I see this EVERYTIME I go to this shopping center. No, they aren't just replacing wiper blades or adding wiper fluid. They usually have a cart there full of parts and tools. Called Montgomery County Police? You bet I did.

I went in to get a battery. The clerk looked it up and I was on my way. Well, it was a huge battery, far larger than would fit in my car. Next day I bring it back and get the proper size. We put it in and nothing. The brand new battery is fully drained. AAA came out and jumped it, but I accidentally turned it off as they were leaving. I'm having a hard time getting it juiced up enough to start with our personal jumper battery. They have a power tester right there. You'd think they would check the battery before selling it to you.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. I went to buy a battery. I placed the battery in my car and it did not work. I took it back and one of team members tried it on my car and still did not work. I was told that it could be an electrical problem and probably that is why the battery was not working. I went to a dealership and the mechanics ran a prognosis and there was no electrical issue and it was only a battery issue. I went back to return the battery because apparently I got a defected battery from this place and a team member said that they can only exchange it, but not reimburse me. Why do I need another battery??!!! I have no clue what rules this place has to follow, but thank you for stealing over $200.

Your employee Jay was truly amazing!! He took the time to search for a belt in a size I needed. I brought in a broken belt from a semi. I needed rig a smaller belt, to get me to Chicago. Jay was EXTREMELY PATIENT, and found the exact size I needed. This young man is an asset to your company and I know he will go far in life. Kudos for having a great employee and thank u.

This store is painfully slow to service customers. The workers here appear to be very poorly managed. Hopefully they get themselves straightened out soon!
