took my jeep in recently and needed all 4 tires replaced asap with the storm coming up and a 4 hour trip ahead of me. Emmanuel helped me out greatly in working w me over the phone and in person for getting them put on for me in such short notice!!

Emmanuel was my advisor at store 240633. These guys got me in and out fast. They showed me the problem and never tried to upsell me...instead they gave me the information that I needed to make a decision. I bought 2 tires instead of 1 and I'm happy with the quality and performance. If this review sounds too good... call me to verify.

Tire Plus told me that I need to replace 3 tires immediately. I had a second opinion and was told that the tires are good and do not need to be replaced. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST

Andrew and Riley are THE BEST!! They took care of my tire replacement so quickly. They are super nice and courteous. Definitely a breath of fresh air when I was so anxious about replacing my tire. Great job the two of you!!

Everyone was friendly and very professional.I was warmly greeted upon arrival asked in a kindly manner what could they help me with. As I explained my situation the technician listened very intently and began explaining how he can help to fix the issue and have me on my way. After looking at the problem I ended up needing a new tire but since my tires were worn i decided to get a set of 4 new tires. After going over my options he broke down every detail and showed me all discounts that were available.

I had a very good experience! In an out quickly, Tim walked me through the tires that would be best for my vehicle. Finally found an reputable tire store to buy my tires in the future!!

Amazing service. Drove 500 miles and blew a tire arriving at the hotel. Got it changed with my spare and that was junk as it went flat. Called the boys at tires plus first thing saturday morning at 7am. Got a pair of front tires located and set up. I used their towing service on the recording and that was quick and easy. By noon I was back up and running with my new set of tires. They kept me informed the whole way and promised them at 1pm. I got the call it was ready at 1145am. Good work boys!! Highly recommend them for all your car needs

Travis was amazing and very helpful. I had a flat tire right before I had to be at work. They worked on my car right away and were reasonably priced. I definitely would come back for other work and recommend them ☺️.

I have 3 cars and I always doing Alignment on my cars over there. On Monday I went there with my work Truck,for tire roution and Alignment, after 3 hours that give my truck back . I drive the car afew mile and suddenly traction light and AbS light on . I went back to the shop and they told they do not have a technician capable work with the truck. They asked me to bring a truck tomorrow, I explained to them this is my work truck and I am busy and I am losing money for thier mistake. I went tomorrow on Tuesday at 7 Am to give them the car to fix the light error but unfortunately the person on yesterday didn't put note for person on morning shift. They give me 7 am appointment but they took my car at 8 am to the shop.after an houre they fix my car back. My question is if they do not have a trained technician why they allow the technician to work on car and wast time and money . I took my car over there because I had vibration and still I have the same problem.

Got new tires today at tire plus first of all everything seem great got the tires installed early morning payed a little over what I expected from an online quote but I was happy with tires ones they were on. Then I got home was about wash my truck because they left the rims dirty normal I understand. But when I look at my driver side door when I got home my car had scratches on the clear coat that were not there yesterday and I know they weren’t because I wash my car 2 days ago and no scratches. The scratches were fresh on the vehicle.

I will never use this company again. Went online and got a quote for a lifetime alignment. Off the quote, I scheduled an appointment. I show up for it and they won't honor the quote, tell me the price is $50 higher, and when I show them the quote, they say they don't care, the price is higher. I tell them I'll pass and their employee tells me "okay, whatever". I left and will not use them again. I contacted customer service and they lie to me and tell me I can't get an alignment quote online, yet I have the email with the quote directly from them, and scheduled my appointment off the link they sent me. The $50 is irrelevant. The issue is lying to your customers and changing the price, then not honoring quotes. This has wasted my time for no reason. If the quote was $50 higher, I still would've booked an appointment. I'm actually losing $50 now because I had points from a tire purchase I made from them six months ago. I will not be using it and will be canceling my Tires Plus credit card.

Took my car in for alignment check on 8/31. Was told and showed thatvI needed control arm bushings, I believe the price quoted around $355. 5 days later I am just getting my car back for $1,900ish. Worst experience ever. All communication was initiated by me except the final it's ready call.

I was happily surprised. The brakes were noisy. They checked and said they were good but dirty. For $39 they cleaned them. An honest shop.

Emmanuel is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. He has given excellent customer service every time we visit. Chris the alignment tech was detail oriented and also a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely continue to give them my business. They've earned it.

I went in expecting to be greeted by John, the manager, whom I was familiar with. However, since he was absent, Rene, the assistant manager, stepped in and helped identify the issue with my tires. The mechanics were then able to fix the problem. I love this place; they are always invaluable!

I was in the area and needed a place to take my car for an unexpected overheating issue. Tires plus was able to take a look at my car, diagnosed the issue, and worked us into their busy schedule. They gave us a fair price and helped us get to our final destination safely. Rose and her team provided excellent customer service and understanding!! I’m willing to drive from Pasadena, MD to Gaithersburg, MD for my future car care needs!

So I took my car in because I was having issues with a jerking steering wheel and felt there was ball joint and alignment issues. I asked them to check it out while they installed some new tires I ordered online. I was told I should've ordered the tires with them directly cause they would've saved me money. I asked by how much and was told it would've been the same. Okay so it sounds like they wanna keep all the money in-house with them and not have to share some of the profits with a third party like Caradvise, which helped me get the tires I needed to be installed at this place. As a new driver I felt a bit bombarded by their sales pitches to get $100 off when I spend $600 or more for work done on the car. The first guy I got was real cool, super friendly and chill. I got the woman named Rose after 90 minutes who just gave me this long list of problems with the car. I was even told something was up with my car battery which my wife bought two years ago. I felt like this was a money grab as I told her to ask the guy working on my car what's the bare minimum that can be done to resolve my wobbly steering issues and potential problem with my left-front steering wheel if any. She came back almost 30 minutes later to tell me that the mechanic couldn't go any further without the areas highlighted as there was apparently a few valve leaks, my first time ever hearing about this. She didn't even ask if I would reconsider the work, why it needed to be done and instead told me I could come in another time and brought up their sale happening this weekend. She nonchalantly dismissed me without helping me any further nor willing to highlight and go over my concerns. As a new driver I wish I could've gotten a breakdown on why X,Y,Z is important and how it tied potentially to the issues I'm having with my ride. These guys have to assume not everyone is a veteran driver, let alone a car expert. Take time and breakdown why certain things are important to fix and do it without mentioning a sale or that mighty hollow sales pitch. The reviews on Yelp and Google Maps shouldn't be taken lightly as I guess it depends on who's helping you at the service desk and what mechanic is working on your car that day. On a good note, my wobbly issues with the steering wheel and issue with the left-front steering wheel seems to be no more with the minimum work they did do per my requests. I drove about 20 minutes just to confirm and it's smooth so far. Would've been nice to know this by Rose and/or the mechanic. Rose made it seem like my car wasn't going to work without all that additional work done. I reccomend reading and taking note of the reviews for this place and honestly? Steer clear of this place and go elsewhere. If you have friends and co-workers, see who they could reccomend. I am checking with my usual guy who's worked on my car through the years when he comes back from vacation to see if he can valiadate all the issues this place brought up and will update on here. He works on my car all the time and is always honest and communicates well on what's needed and why. The best consumer is an educated consumer. Their phone rang quite a few times while I was up there as it went unanswered. Some customers were left standing, waiting to be seen at the front desk for several minutes. I even overheard Rose bad-mouthing a fellow employee to her co-worker. Hey that type of stuff should never be in earshot or customers. I will give props for the clean bathroom, and waiting area with nice seats and plenty of chargers. No snack machine or beverage machine while you wait? I know the grocery store is across the way but come on man! Not cool if you're a senior or have underlining health issues like diabetes, etc and you want to make sure you're hydrated, blood sugar doesn't get to low. If you can, bring something with you while you wait. Hope the info helps! You've been warned!

Knowable staff, very professional. The outside, front desk and waiting area look a bit dismol. However as I already stated the staff know what they are doing. WAIT TIME: 1 hour and 30 minutes. COST: Competitive. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Awesome! Below is my experience. I ordered tiers in and the truck bringing them in broke down. They called me as soon as they found out. I scheduled a appointment for two days later. The day I was to go in the belt in their tier changer. Again they called be two hours before my appointment and let me know. Third time was a charm for me and they took care of me!
