Came into Advance Auto Parts with a steering issue and wasn’t sure exactly what I needed. Ronnie helped me out and made the whole process easy. He asked the right questions, checked the system carefully, and explained the options without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. What I appreciated most was that he double-checked fitment and made sure I had everything before I left. The store was busy, but Ronnie stayed calm, professional, and efficient the entire time. You can tell he actually knows cars and cares about getting customers the right part the first time. Because of him, I’ll be coming back to this location.

The customer service was excellent, phenomenal and amazing, Tasha beyond measure goes the extra mile to meet the needs of the customer, after my experience at her store, there is no need to go anywhere else!

I don’t even know where to start! Josue the store manager is really ontop of everything! I see him there so much day and night that I feel like he lives there and at this point he needs at least a 2 week paid vacation with all the work he does! And don’t get me started on Esteban the commercial manager he makes the impossible possible! I’ve seen him even go as far as contacting manufacturers and warehouse to confirm a part or product. Both of these gentleman deserve all the praise and raises and everyone else the North Frederick advanced is my go to whenever I need anything !

Josue the store manager is always there and makes sure that the store is organized and well maintained, very helpful, installs batteries when needed. He always goes above and beyond and you can definitely count on him. Estaban in commercial goes above and beyond as well and if theres a part that he cannot find in the system he still manages a way to find what you need. You can count on him as well. Both great workers at this gaithersburg location!

Super friendly place. I needed a car battery at 7:30 am and I went to the Germantown location and the doors weren’t even opened. I called this location and Josue picked up the phone! Super nice even at 7:30 in the morning and told me to come on over and he’d help me out. I showed up and he made the process as easy as possible. Really cares about people and getting the job done. 10/10.

I wouldn't buy anything from here a 15. Dollar markup on a 5 qt jug of oil $37 here $22 at Walmart. You'd think they have a better deal as they are.The biggest pusher of the stuff. But no, they want to take your money.Don't buy anything from here nearly $30 difference to fill your oil for nothing. No convenience no nothing

Worst experience! Came on Saturday to buy rear pad and REAR ROTORS! Employee gave me rear pads and an INCORRECT ROTORS! came back yesterday to change for the correct ones and the employee who was helping me said “ oh my god! She always do that! “ Then she gave me the correct rotors and she said you have to pay the difference and I was like it wasn’t my fault let me speak to your manager. She said okay general manager is here. Then General Manager came with a terrible attitude! I explain to her what happened and she said okay you need to paid the difference and I said no because it wasn’t my fault and the she said okay so and going to give you your money back! worst experience Worst customer service! Worst general manager! Need to speak with district manager!

They ordered a part for me and said it would be in the following day. They charge me in advance for this. The part did not come in the following day. They said that they would call me when the part came in. I asked for an ETA. They would not give me an ETA. So I asked them to refund my money. They said that they would not. So I called another store of theirs and they told me that the money could not be refunded. Even though I had a receipt. And the part that I was looking for has never been in stock. So they lied to me about that and they would never return my money for the part. And I called corporate headquarters and got nothing but answering machine and endless referrals to other departments from their answering machine. A total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I found the part in stock at AutoZone the same day. Try them instead. Good customer service and friendly as well as knowledgeable.

Good experience getting a new car battery. Gabriel W. helped me today with selecting the right battery and installing it. It took maybe 10-15 minutes. Walked me through the steps so I was able to learn how to change it. It’s a lot easier than I thought, and saved a lot of time compared to bringing it into the shop and waiting hours for them to get to it. I needed this battery ASAP since my car was barely holding a charge (say a month at the body shop for repairs) and needed to get to work same day. It was lightly raining too so I appreciate him still coming out to get it done.

I recently came in to get a new replacement headlight. I am not the most car-savvy and after getting the headlight i needed I asked the person at the counter if she could double-check for me if it was the correct one for my car. she did and then told me I was wrong and went to grab a different one. I am now home and trying to change my headlight so I can travel to see family for Thanksgiving and it is absolutely the wrong one. I don’t have a receipt so I won’t even attempt a refund. Waste of my time.

I visited this store on October 11th, 2022 around 6 or 7pm seeking headlights for my car and everyone on staff that day was very helpful. I called and spoke to a woman who was very helpful via phone. When I arrived I met with Vick (I believe his name was) and he was very helpful in helping me understand how the headlights would need to be installed. Everyone was very helpful. Would definitely recommend going to this store for your automobile needs.

I came in to Advance Auto Parts today to find something that has been hard to find. The employee that helped me, Tasha, was very customer service oriented. We found what I was looking for and then found some more items and I left with exactly what I needed. Great service!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER! I went to the store for a headlight, they ask me the make and model of my car and end up selling me the wrong kind. I found this out when at my mechanic having it installed. I go back to the store and they refuse to provide a refund. They give me customer service # which I call speak to a lovely lady called Lisa and she says that they have talked to the store manager and they would give me store credit. I go back to the store and find very rude employees and I ask to speak to the manager who is even worse. His name is JOSHUA. Pretty much rudely tells me that under no circumstances would they refund or give me store credit. I just lost $105 ??. Avoid this store if you can.. Many other places that sell the same stuff and treat their customers right. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give this store no stars, I absolutely would!!! Terrible service and extremely rude employees!!!! Ordered a 3-jaw puller online and they pulled out the wrong part. The guy was very unhelpful and never put any effort into helping us fix the problem. The guy called another store to ask about the part and completely ignored us and just laughed with the other employee on the phone, so we just left. It's not our fault that the employees are too incompetent to put the right part number into the computer... Zero stars and I suggest just going to the Quince Orchard store. That's a store with very helpful employees!!!!
