I had my car’s headliner replaced by Rankin Upholstery, and they did an excellent job! The staff were professional and courteous. They completed the work on time, just as promised, and the results look fantastic. I highly recommend them for anyone needing quality upholstery work for their car.

Several years ago I had a split seam in my vehicle repaired at Rankin Upholstery. The workmanship was great and the seam has held for at least a decade and close to 100,000 miles. Today I stopped by Rankin Upholstery in the hopes they could give me some advice on getting a nasty stain out of the leather on my vehicle’s front seat. After spending just a few minutes looking at it they brought out some cleaners and rags and within moments the stain was gone (this was after I had tried to clean it several times with auto parts store cleaners). This just proves that having the knowledge, experience, and the right materials is invaluable. I highly recommend Rankin Upholstery for any of your upholstery needs and will be taking my vehicles to them again.

Great people, flexible and easy to work with. Went in for reupholstering a seat in our 04 expedition with no idea what's needed. They recommended me a company that makes OEM style replacement covers and I purchased it brought it in, they repaired the old worn out seat padding and installed the leather cover, looks great, they went above and beyond helping repair the seized power seat motor as well. I recently visited Rankin Upholstery to get an estimate for some upholstery repair work on my car, and I have to say it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the owner had no interest in the job. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting as if I was wasting his time, even though I was there for an estimate (which, by the way, he doesn't take appointments for). Instead of offering any helpful advice or showing interest in the job, he spent more time insulting my car and talking to me like I was beneath him and I didn't know anything about upholstery. On top of the bad attitude, the quote I received was shockingly high—far more than I had anticipated. He pretended to look at his computer to get the estimate and then seemingly plucked a random (high) number out of thin air to get rid of me. The entire interaction left me feeling like I was being treated as a nuisance rather than a customer. If you're looking for someone who values your time and treats you with respect, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. You can just avoid this place unless you enjoy being insulted for simply asking for a quote. I'm sure he does excellent work based on his other reviews, but this is how he acts when he doesn't want to take a job.

The service is impeccable. I had the driver's seat upholstered. Picking up my vehicle, I was totally blown away with the quality of work provided. It also comes with warranty as well. I recommend this place for vehicle upholstery work. By the way, the workers are very professional and detailed about explaining the process. Great job!

Rankin just completed the replacement of the door panel inset. It’s a fabulous job. My 2012 Mustang California Special /GT has a carbon fiber designed fabric inset in the door that had come apart from the foam backing. Rankin had a great match for the fabric and their installation was excellent. Looks as good as new. They had previously done my convertible top, and it still looks and performs great. Rankin replaced the headliner in my 2009 Honda Accord. Pricing was fair, shop was efficient, people I interacted with were very professional, and the job was really well done. They did the job they said they could do with no strings attached and they are actual craftsman. They took just as much pride in the job they did on my older car as they did the Porsche that was also in the shop at the same time. If I have additional upholstery work, they will be my first choice. Highly recommend.

Rankin did a great job replacing the headliner on my 11 year old GTI. They were quick to quote, got the replacement done same day, and customer service was excellent. Would recommend using them and shout out to Carlos.

If you want exceptional service and honesty, go to Rankin. Matt told me they could recover my seat like a tailored suit, but best open would be for me to find a seat cover online and they would install. I got one from US Auto Seat Cover Inc. and Carlos said it was a good product. I do business with companies that are honest and have a spectacular reputation, Rankin is now my go to for auto upholstery!

After my first experience, I would recommend Rankin to everyone! They did a custom job for me that other mechanics didn’t want to touch. Carlos was very thorough with his explanation and fair price and took care of it immediately!

Excellent experience. I needed a section of my Subaru 2017 Outback driver’s seat to be replaced due to it having developed cracks in the leather. Rankin replaced it with matching leather and stitching and it looks as good as new. Highly recommend using them for any auto related upholstery work.

Super friendly, professional and efficient. We took our 2015 Subaru to have the vinyl edge on the driver's seat replaced due to cracking. They explained clearly what happened and what they would do to fix it. There had been a few weeks since our initial call with a quote over the phone to us taking it in. They honored the original quote and had everything done looking brand new in a few hours. Plus they gave us a year warranty. Would definitely go back and recommend to others ??. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Love Rankin -- they are the best for interior work! I had both the headliner and door panel repaired in my 2003 Audi TT and the work is impeccable on both. The price for the quality is unbeatable, if you need upholstery or restoration work done this is the place to go. Staff is awesome, Carlos B. is the best!

Great job, a friend recommended this place to fix an ash hole in my driver's seat, they repaired it perfectly. Terrific customer service, quick response by phone, clear communication, a friendly and attentive team. They don't have any hidden fees and are clear about the costs without turning around much. They fixed my Mazda CX-5 in a couple of hours. I work in a dealership and I know how difficult it is to talk about time and costs. These people are professional and talk to you clearly about work timing, I will definitely recommend them.

I stopped by Rankin Upholstery this afternoon Nov 10th with my Mercedes CL63 AMG. The right rear corner roofliner was sagging. I was greeted promptly and a gentleman Carlos examined it. He determined it was a broken clip and grabbed tools and repaired it right away at no cost- wow that was a surprise because I was expecting a big estimate and cost because it's an Alcantara Headliner. They are really true experts at what they do and I really recommend them for any auto upholstery needs. Kay

After 4 years of ownership and dealing with a damaged headliner from the previous owner, I finally got around to getting it repaired at a reputable upholstery shop. The gentlemen I spoke to over the phone and interacted with at their front desk were very kind and professional. They completed the job quickly as promised and I picked up my car the very next day. They also support service members so that's another plus! Thanks again for the fantastic job on the headliner of my 2009 BMW M3 and making it look new again!

The guys at Rankin Upholstery were nothing shy of amazing when repairing my Volkswagen seat that was torn and worn. From start to finish they explained every detail great and preformed high quality repairs that make the entire seat look new! I will definitely have them work on other projects in the future!

Found this company while searching for a place to repair my seat on my Subaru. Many wanted to replace the entire seat cover or couldn’t repair that one specific area, but with Rankin, they were able to easily repair it and at a reasonable price. Great quality of work! will definitely return and highly recommend!

We went to them with a Subaru seat replacement. We'd already gone to the dealer and they said we would have to replace the whole seat, at an enormous price tag. We came to Rankin Upholstery and they brainstormed with us the most affordable and efficient way to proceed, presented all our options, and after we found a replacement seat on Ebay at their suggestion, Rankin installed it for just a fraction of the dealer cost. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as maintaining COVID safety precautions and listening to us as partners through the process. Highly recommend them.

Thanks sincerely to the employees at this team. They hung in there with me through the initial estimate, an unforeseen cable issue, two new third-party estimates out of my price range, a search for junkyard parts, and ultimately a rebuild with a combination of functioning parts from the old seat and the replacement seat. It works now and my upholstery repair is strong and looks great! They were more than patient with me the whole time and went out of their way to walk me through the risks and benefits at each step. I'm looking forward to using them again to replace my headliner.

Rankin is a very clean and professional establishment. Dan and Matt helped us to get our son’s mustang ready for when he comes home from overseas. And when they heard our son is a Marine, they immediately gave us a 5% military discount. We needed the convertible top replaced and the driver’s seat fixed. They did fabulous work!! The car looks amazing with the new top. The seat now functions after much work on their part with dealing with rusted out bolts and other metal pieces. They took extra care to make sure the work will last for years to come. Matt took the time to show us in great detail everything he was able to fix and improve.
