I have been bringing my cars to Reliance for years. Siddiq and his crew are honest, reliable and affordable.

This place doesn’t have the friendliness staff. They also charge you more if you use a credit card or debit card. Everytime I’ve gone for the same service- it’s been a different charge.

Perfect service! Repairman fixed my tire quickly. Price is very good compared to other places. This is my go-to place for any car issues now.

This place is absolutely trash. If I could give a 0 star I would. Old man at the front was rude and charged me double the price it would cost to get my Intoxalock serviced. Normally it cost $30 everywhere and he charged me $68. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

This place is awesome! They are nice affordable and do great work. A family friend had recommended them to me and I have no regrets. My car is 20 years old so has a lot of issues and they have never steered me wrong.

Don’t go there. I took my car for Maryland safer inspection, He cited multiple issues that he said he will repair. After He finished the repairs, I took my car and it had a noise from the front. It turns to be that he possibly damaged the bearing while fixing the front brakes. I brought the car back to him, but he claimed he didn’t damage it. Also, he charged me for replacing the front light that he didn’t touch. Dishonest, he over charging and does very poor job

Made an appointment for a state inspection. 35 mins after my inspection time, they finally checked me in. Said there was a car in front of me. I mentioned they were late, Could it be any faster because I had hired a babysitter and couldn’t stay late. They said “did you have appointment”? Wouldn’t recommend

On 9 27 2019 I had this shop replace a axle shaft assembly. Picked up the car the next day. The trasmistion was slipping like crazy.so I checked the fluid level. It was empty. I brought it back he added 3.5 courts trans fluid. the stearing wheel is crucked now. Shop owner said its a old car and needs an alignment now. The stearing wheel was not like that before. Asked him to fix it. He wants 90$ more. I have been there befor had had a good experience. I will not be returning. I would Not recommend reliance auto.

This place came highly recommended by a good friend of mine and they lived up to all my expectations. Especially when it comes to pricing and quality work they go above and beyond Jiffy Lube or Merchants. I go here for regular oil changes and break jobs on my Nissan Altima and walk away with money in my account! Their staff is professional and honest not pushy sharks salesman. Ask for Saddiq the owner. The auto service industry can learn a thing or two.

Honest and experienced people. The customer service was great and they made good use of the time I spent here. They were very straightforward with my MD car inspection. Highly recommend and I will definitely go back.

Their work seems to be pretty good. I've done a decent amount of work with them, replacing CV axles, replacing my A/C compressor and condenser, state inspection, etc. I recently went in for a routine oil change, where they also recommended a tire rotation (which I know I could use). When the invoice came, I was hit with a $68 total. They were charging me $39 for just the oil, and another $24 for labor. When I brought up the fact that their website, along with 2 different signs inside their shop advertise that their price for an oil change is $24.95, they tried telling me that is the "member" price. Bull. Nowhere online does it mention member pricing, nor do the signs. The signs say "our prices vs. competitor prices" - so you would expect to pay what they advertise as their price. They do have a membership program, but the pricing doesn't change - the benefits are 10% off of labor and free fluid top offs, things like that. I know it's not a huge price difference, it's not hundreds of dollars, but I have spent hundreds of dollars with these guys, and they just won't ever give you a break it seems like. Even when they're in the wrong, they won't do what's advertised. This is really disappointing - just when I thought I found a reliable mechanic I could trust. I DO NOT recommend Reliance Auto.

Went in for an oil change recently for my 2004 Honda CR-V. The staff was very professional, polite, and very attentive to my needs. While conducting this service, the gentleman who was working on my car shared some concerns that I hadn't noticed about my car (such as needing to adjust my washer fluid positioning, etc.). I truly appreciate the detailed nature of his services. I will certainly be back for any concerns I have for my car. Thank you Reliance!

My Experience with Reliance has been incredible! I'm always treated with respect and the employee are always kind hearted, but the thing that truly helps me is that they offer students discounts , which lighten my situation as a college student. Also there prices are low and their work is high quality I haven't seen any problem with my car ever since my check up!!! 5 stars the best auto shop I've ever been too it's forever my go too !

I was skeptical coming at first because it seemed like a new place with only a few reviews. But once I talked with the owner and chief mechanic Siddiq, I was able to relax. Siddiq knew exactly what my 2004 Honda Accord needed with full confidence,. He was able to explain the problem and what needed to be changed, how much it would cost and how long it would take. The price was fair and much cheaper compared to the other shops in the area. And he looked at and topped off the fluids and tire pressure free of charge. I will definitely be coming back for all my cars.
