I recently sold my 2010 Toyota Corolla, and the entire process was very smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and quickly. Danteo, who helped me with the appraisal, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the whole experience. I also received a very fair and competitive price, honestly better than what I was offered at CarMax. Because of this, I strongly recommend people sell their car here instead of CarMax if you want a better price and an easy transition. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Professional. They go above and beyond to make you at ease about the transaction. I basically did the whole deal over text and 2 calls with Emil. Then the day of a kind gentleman (Dante) came with all the paperwork, checked out the car and handed me the cheque. Great service. They came same day to pick up the car. They made a fair offer over the phone prior to me mentioning the damage/ condition issues. They adjusted the offer very fairly after they saw the vehicle. I got paid cash in hand and they did all the paperwork for me and got it out of my driveway within an hour of me calling. I used Nico's service before with good results. But today, the agent, Jack, made me an offer and promised pickup, but later called and withdrew them, saying I was too far away--which he admitted was his own error, and it was seconded. This was not a problem in the past, from even farther away. I felt cheated and misled by this.

I sold my used Lexus to Nico Buys Cars today. The experience was five star. The associate I worked with, Jack, is friendly and professional. The entire process was fast and efficient. I had gone to CarMax first, and Nico provided me with a quote in a little over half the time it took CarMax (which was not busy). Most important, the offered price was better than CarMax by an appreciable amount!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. I came in with 2 cars for appraisal and they gave me a very fair offer. The Appraisal time and transaction for both cars was faster than Carmax appraising 1 on my car. Jack Kossin was our appraiser, he took great care of us and made this experience exceptional. Just sold a second vehicle to Nico Buys Cars. Both times they beat CarMax's valuation and you save about 2 hours of your day. Clean office, professional operation ...would recommend. If you want a fair value for your vehicle, don't want to deal with the headache of selling yourself, and want to be in and out in 20 minutes give them a shout. Ask for Emils.

I count on accurate reviews when choosing vendors/retailers for goods and services. In this case, I was very disappointed in Nico Buys Cars. I decided to make the 3 hour round trip based on google reviews that I read and based on the fact that I would be selling my mothers 2020 Toyota Corolla with low mileage (25K) and in the words of the Nico representative "almost perfect" condition. I figured if they saw the vehicle in person, I'd have higher chances of getting a great price for the vehicle. Prior to my trip, I had received online offers from Carvana of $19,100 and from Car Max of Sterling for $20,400. Nico Buys Cars advertises that they will normally beat Car Max by $200. I was hoping for more. The person I met with was not the owner of Nico Buys Cars but could not have been nicer or more helpful. He test drove the car and commented about it being in seemingly excellent shape. He did a VIN# search discovered that the vehicle had been in a minor accident (under $500) prior to my moms ownership . The offer I received was verbal and was for $18,000. I was frankly..... shocked and pretty disappointed after reading such favorable google reviews. I told the salesman of the $20,400 offer and he said he would call back if he could do any better. At this point they had lost credibility with me so I drove straight to Car Max and sold the vehicle.

Very friendly and it felt like doing a fair business with a friend. Much better interactions and offer price than CarMax. Will sell to them again when it is time to retire another car. A lot better than a smooth and professional selling experience I initially expected.
