I took my Truck (Transit 250) in at 9 am, and they replaced two radiator hoses, the thermostat, and the rear camera. The job really requires about 3 hours of labor. It actually took 3 days to complete. On top of that, they charged way more than what was initially estimated estimateI dropped my Transit 250 off at 9 am, and they swapped out two radiator hoses, the thermostat, and the rear camera. It should've been about a 3-hour job, but it actually took them 3 days to finish. And to top it all off, they charged me way more than adjusted Estimate

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Sheehy Ford, especially with Reza and Kevin. They were very helpful and eager to sell me my EV, but it’s been almost two months and my home charger installation still hasn’t been completed. The delay has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I really hope Sheehy Ford takes responsibility and resolves this soon.

Title: Life-Threatening Negligence by Sheehy Ford Truck Center – Do Not Trust Them Review: This is not just a bad service story—this is about a life-threatening failure caused by gross negligence at Sheehy Ford Truck Center. After bringing in my Ford F350 for a range of services, including a fuel filter replacement, I picked up the truck and began driving it home, Totaling $5283. . Within minutes, my fuel pressure warning light activated, and drivers behind me began honking and waving, alerting me to something wrong. I pulled over and discovered that diesel fuel was gushing from the underside of my truck, trailing behind me like a river of gasoline. There was visible smoke as the fuel hit the hot engine and undercarriage. I jumped out of the vehicle, terrified, as the situation could have resulted in a fire or explosion. It turns out that the entire tank of diesel was leaking out—leaving a hazardous path behind me. The service department’s carelessness could have caused serious injury or death—to me, to others on the road, or to anyone near that trail of fuel. This is not just incompetence—this is endangerment. I am now dealing with the aftermath, including cleanup, repairs, and seeking legal recourse. If you value your life, your property, or the safety of anyone on the road, avoid this place at all costs. Sheehy Ford Truck Center has proven they cannot be trusted with basic responsibilities, let alone your safety.

? Sheehy Truck Center is great! I took my van RV there for repairs. John at the front desk was great; patient, thoroughly explained what was needed and recommended the best course of action. Solomon was also helpful. Completely recommend going here for any RV van repairs. I even saw Ekko Winnebagos there for repair. ?

Sheehy is fantastic! It was a quick and easy process. And the guys at the service desk are super friendly and helpful. Since it’s a small dealership, you feel like they really care about you.

I don't like normally leaving bad reviews and I don't know what happened to this place but my last visit there was not good at all. I dropped off my work vehicle there for routine maintenance / preventive maintenance. Oil change, batteries etc... My truck was there for TWO AND A HALF WEEKS and nobody there touched it! It just sat in the lot. I even went there several weeks before to confirm if I needed an appointment or not to drop it off at a later date and the answer was no. When I needed to get it back for work, inquiries as to when it would be worked on or completed seemed very nonchalant with the answers. I ended up getting the truck towed to another facility for service. Customer service here used to be great. I don't know what happened here. I don't think I will be going back there ever again

I had my Ford Truck serviced in late Jan 2022. I dealt with John D and it wasn't a good experience. He was clueless on the status my vehicle and the lack of communication between him and his techs was unprofessional. The last good service manager there was Ron. Find another Ford Shop.

The transmission blew on our RV on vacation and we were towed here. The workers here were friendly and knowledgeable. The transmission wouldn't be here until Monday, so we needed to plug in our RV for the fridge, the A/C and power. The adapter we had was melted, so one of the staff told us to go to Walmart to get another one. Well, we couldn't find one there, but he went to Walmart and purchased one with his own money and would not take anything for it. The service here was great!

What a great team they have at the Truck Center. Ron and Dave always greet you like family when you arrive and handle all my truck's needs. Their honesty about cost and timing is great. Hope I only go back for oil changes and regular maintenance, but trust them with my vehicle for any repair.

Ron and all the guys at the Truck center are great! Haven been going to them ever since i bought my 2014 F250 and couldn't be happier. They are very very professional and knowledgeable. Best place in the DMV to get your truck serviced and tricked out.

I recently purchased a 2016 F150 that I wanted to have some after market changes added. I spoke to Ron who was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted done and made some recommendations on the items. He was extremely customer focused when I dropped off my truck making sure all of my questions were answered. Ron, ensured everything was done right the first time. The result was a truck that exceeded my expectations for how it looked and drives. I will definitely use him in the future and refer others to the Sheehy Truck Center as well.
