My car wouldn’t start and I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for the following day. Mike was professional and transparent during the car diagnostic, taking photos of issues that he found. He went and got replacement spark plugs and fixed my car starting issue. He gave me advice on his preferred fuel injector cleaner and provided me a list of the other issues he noticed during my car inspection. The service was very convenient and I plan on using them again in the future.

Mike came promptly and diagnosed a dead cell in my battery. Man what a breath of fresh air. Mike is honest, explained what I should do.

Mike is awesome!! Our Honda Civic all of a sudden wouldn't crank and I found this company when looking for options outside of having to tow our car. I called Mike and he was available to come within 30 minutes. Apparently there was a sensor issue and some needed change in spark plugs which another mechanic had quoted us twice as more to fix. Mike's super honest and really good at what he does. There's a reason why he's got nothing but 5 star reviews, so glad to have found him!!

I Found Mobile Pro based on its 5 star reviews and they absolutely lived up to it. Mike from Mobile Pro got me scheduled quickly and when it came to the appointment time showed up early ready to go. Mikes is an Extremely friendly and personable individual and kept me informed on what work was going on. He didn't mind that I bugged him from time to time with questions about my car and was easy to chat with. Once the work was done he invited me on a test drive to perform the initial brake break in. He then performed a multipoint inspection to make sure everything else was in working order. During the inspection he determined that my battery was on its last leg. Without prompting he offered to run to the store, grab a new one, and install it at no extra charge beyond the price of the battery. All in all this was an infinitely more pleasant experience than the normal sitting around at in a dealership waiting room for hours at end. Definitely will be using Mike for all my future car maintenance needs!

This was my first time using a mobile auto service and I was impressed with the quality of service. Mike offered to come a day earlier than my scheduled appointment as he had openings. He was extremely thorough and transparent with the diagnostics, picked up the part that was needed, and fixed my car all on the same day. At the end, I received a virtual copy of the receipt with a detailed copy of the inspection. I really appreciated that when he was looking for the part my car needed, he tried to look for the best part for the most reasonable price even though I didn’t necessarily need him to do it. He also informed me of other things to keep an eye out for like my tires and coolant level. I felt more comfortable and confident with him working on my car than I have with any other generic auto shop I’ve gone to before. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who feels uneasy about getting their car to a shop or if you just want convenient and excellent service!

Michael went above and beyond to accommodate me. He looked up the battery I needed, purchased it (I will reimburse) and came to my place of business to install. Also, checked my vehicle for any other issues. The app was easy to use to make a payment. I will gladly recommend him.

I found Mike after searching for mobile auto repair and was persuaded by the reviews. I can confirm they are all deserved - if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Communication was clear and easy, he was kind and professional, his pricing is incredibly fair, he’s very thorough, and he explained everything he was doing and why because I wanted to learn more about my car. Before he left I made sure to ask about what work he does and doesn’t do so I can call him before I call anyone else in the future.

Great professionalism. Its hard to find an honest person when entrusting them with your car. Mike explained in detail what was going on with my Jaguar F-Pace, I even provided the parts and with his advice I returned the parts and purchased part that were reliable and dependable. I was able to get my car fixed and it was a educational experience as well because he told me what he was going to do, what he did and provided pictures of the before and after. Great service! Very professional, good parts, and fast. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed replaced on my brakes, and Mike checked in with me and showed me the wear on the different parts as he progressed. All very clear, open, and true to the quote. I scheduled for a brake job and didn’t actually need brakes - it was good to know that he didn’t try to take an advantage of me and sell me service I didn’t actually need ! I asked him to check about another issue I was having w my car making weird rattling noise when I made tight left turns- He knew exactly what it was and made a quick adjustment and the problem was gone immediately!!!! That’s the type of service I’m talking about! The service was super fantastic!! I would have never had this type service from a dealership. Since my experience, I’ve now recommend my family use Mobile Pro Auto service!!!

Mike is an angel. I would not have been able to buy a used car without him. He answered all my questions, and fixed the car up with minor repairs that I needed and am back safely on the road thanks to him. I would give 10 stars if I could. I cannot say enough good things about Mike. He was referred to me by a close personal friend as an “honest and trustworthy mechanic”, I couldn’t agree more. As a woman I have been taken advantage of by more than one auto shop in the past - this was the opposite experience. I was very impressed with Mikes Mobil Pro service. He showed up on time and had my issue diagnosed within 15 min. I’ve been having an intermittent clanking noise coming from the back end of my 4Runner, and after having 2 different mechanics charge me for diagnostics and coming back with “issue undetermined” I was about to give up. Mike made the whole process simple and in the convenience of my own driveway. He was friendly and explained the issue in a way that I could comprehend. The price was fair and I highly recommend his service!

My husband contacted Mobile Pro in regards to getting our brakes fixed. Mike was very professional and made this experience very convenient. He came out to our home and was able to fix our brakes within 1 hour and a half. He even went to pick up the parts which we ordered at the dealership. I was hearing a screeching noise while reversing, regardless of whether I was braking or not. Mike diagnosed the issue on the spot, and it turned out I needed new rear brakes. I booked an appointment, and Mike replaced the rear brake pads and calipers lickety-split. The whole process took well less than an hour. He also noticed my parking brake was sticking and fixed it, making it work like new again. I’ll be going to Mike for all my future car maintenance. After years of hopping between shops, it’s a relief to have found someone who delivers honest, top-notch service. A truly refreshing experience!

I will start off by saying Mike of Mobile Pro is very honest and does not push repairs not needed. He also is an excellent diagnostician leading to the correct problem being fixed to avoid extra costs. Here are two examples of his work on my 1998 4Runner Limited. My 1998 4Runner has 323,000 miles and I was experiencing a battery drain that required a hotshot if not driven everyday. Other mechanics indicated that it would be very expensive to troubleshoot and that I should purchase an emergency battery unit for when this happens. I contacted Mike of Mobile Pro and he determined the fog light wiring was bad. Troubleshooting and repair took less than 1 hour and all is good now. I then shared with Mike that my car seems to be stuck when I try to take off but not all the time. My previous mechanic thought it was a front caliper locking up since they were original equipment and he replaced them twice within 1 year (fortunately they warranted it so I did not have to pay twice). When I went back again with the problem they now suspected a rear axle bearing was probably bad. I did not feel confident that the axle was the issue so I delayed doing anything for a few months. Then I met Mike and asked him to take a look and within a very short period of time he was able to determine that the driveshaft joints had not been greased in a very long time (I was unaware and assumed this was part of my oil changes). It turned out the locking up had ruined the joints even though some grease did make it better temporarily. Once the joints were replaced I have not experienced any more issues with the car being stuck when I try to go forward. I appreciate Mike’s thoroughness in getting my 4Runner running like new again.
