Called to have a car towed. Guy said he would call me back in 5 minutes. 10 minutes went by so I called again. No answer and he never called me back. I am writing this review 3 hours later. Glad I called Sandbridge Towing who helped me immediately.
Hope the state police never calls them again
Was charged 200 dollars to tow within va beach where my wreck occurred also charged 60 dollars a day for storage fee. Outrageous!!!
I can honestly that the service I received from this business was nothing short of professional and extremely courteous. I needed my vehicle towed to my home due to a medical condition which kept me from driving. The Tow driver Alex, was very kind and understanding. He left no stone unturned in helping me get my vehicle home quickly, making sure all payments and required paperwork to my insurance was squared away, and overall helped make a nuisance experience bearable.
I will most definitely keep this organization in mind in the future.
My car broke down in the middle of the road at my complex. Couldn’t move it. Called several other tow companies and they all had way over an hour wait. Called Back Bay Towing and Cal was out within 20 mins. Gave me some recommendations on what could be wrong and what to do. He was professional and courteous. I would most definitely use Back Bay Towing again.
Cal has always been a available to help with towing and repair needs. The rest of the crew has also provided great over the phone customer service in a timely manner.
I got rear ended on vacation 3 hours away from home and 30 minutes from my hotel, the driver was nice enough to drive 30 minutes in the opposite way he was going to get my family to our hotel.
Absolute rip off artist, gouges you on price and is very unpleasant to deal with.. watch out for someone saying they are here to help. Guess he did not lie though did a good job of emptying my wallet 🙄
