I called them at 8:00am for a Jump or Tow and they were at my location by 9:00am and jumped my car's battery so I could get it to the garage/mechanic. They are awesome and I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately, a family member was involved in an accident that left her car totaled and heart broken. Luckily Julie’s towing were the recipients of her vehicle. The owner, Melvin, was one of the kindest, most empathetic owners I’ve run across in years. He took time from his day to meet us, despite it being an early Saturday morning. He was so funny, sweet, and even turned me on to a couple new Christian artists. I would definitely recommend them.
So sketchy. My car was in an accident so the police had it towed to clear the street. 1st this happened the day before a holiday so not only was I unable to get it out of there for two days but they also charged me for the days. 2nd. They only take cash. It makes me wonder if the police are getting some sort of kickback from calling this company to tow.
Great and friendly staff! They went above and beyond to help me with my car. They held my car for me while I recovered from surgery. I was able to get all my things out my car, while one of the staff members chatted with me and helped me out. Sad to see my car go, but glad I could get my stuff. Thanks guys!
