I can’t say enough good things about Crash Champions! I was very stressed after my accident and wasn’t sure what to expect, but their team made the entire process so easy. From the moment I dropped off my car, they were kind, patient, and kept me updated every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave both me and my car. If you ever need collision repair, this is definitely the place to go!

My wife and I took her car to this shop to be repaired after she was hit on the passengers side so when we went to pick the car up after they told us it was ready the passenger side door was not aligned the wrong weather strip was installed and the stero display was messed up and it wasnt before we showed them this before we took it they said the u would order the weather stip and fix the door however they said that they aren't gonna fix our stereo. They also kept our car almost 6 week doing repairs and now we gotta take it back I personally will never use the business again they do not do good work at all well in my case they didn't im still fighting this battle. Worst experience ever with a bodyshop. Steer clear of this company.

My car has been at Crash Champions since August 4th with superficial damage to the front right of the car and the headlight assembly busted out. They originally told me it would be done 8/22 and on 8/20 they told me it was finished but they just needed to get some info from the insurance company. on the 21st they updated the completion date to the 26th. On the 26th I called because I saw it outside on the way to work so I asked if it would be ready to pick up that day. Cammi called me to say that my car was hit in the parking lot by another customer but that they would get it taken care of and not to worry about it. On the 27th they updated completion from the 26th to the 28th. On the 28th they updated to the 29th. On the 29th they updated to the 2nd. At which time I said "just to be clear thevehicle is finish but we're waiting on insurance?" On the second they updated to the 4th. On the 8th they updated from the 4th to the 8th. I called on the 8th and asked what was going on and they advised me that my car was ready to pickup and they would give me the insurance information to follow up with the claim on my car getting hit in their lot while they had full control of my car. I was SHOCKED. They told me my car was wrapping up paint and ready to go on August 20th... so what was happening between August 20th and September 8th??? I assumed they were repairing that damage since it happened on their property while the car was in their care, but they tell me on the 8th it's just been sitting there the whole time and when I come up I can get thr information to make the next claim and decide if I want rash Champions to fix it. To think that after all this I would pay to use their service again is insulting. I demanded to speak to the manager and was told they went home for the day. After some disagreement I said I needed to talk to the manager that night and to please have him call me. I also have a salary job where Im required to talk to customers after work hours so when she daid Ill have him call you tongiht that might happen. He called me the next day, I was out of state for work and busy as I told the person who said he would call me that night. No one will take any responsibility for the delays or additional damage and Ive just been without my car for over a month. This type of debacle can be avoided by simply taking your vehicle elsewhere. Edit: I just picked up my car and the paint looks pretty good. There's a rust spot that developed in their care on the hood that was not there in the photos I took at the time of the accident. The panel they repaired rubbed the paint off that spot in the collision, but presumably they left it alone because they would then have to extend and paint match onto another panel and the hood is pretty big. Given the other places they dropped the ball and cut corners this makes sense and affirms my decision to take the car elsewhere for the very minor collision that happened while the car was in their care.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Desi was great with communication throughout the whole process. She also got me an extension of an extra day or two with the rental car because they were waiting for the part that delayed the delivery of the finished product. Overall, the experience is excellent, and I recommend them for your insurance claim needs.

Super quick turnaround for our car repair. We had a fender bender repaired in less than 4days. Lobby was clean, they offered us coffee,tea or water and the receptionist and Valerie was beyond hospitable. Truly a professional and properly run auto repair shop!

A couple of small scratches and dents on passenger side doors. Should have been simple. The shop had for 11 days and turned out a sub-standard paint job that had to be re-worked. It was obvious that while in the shop they left the windows open because my trucks interior was covered in body shop dust and sticky solvent and VOC particulate. Matt the manager took the truck back in for re-work and get the interior detailed and cleaned. He also saw that I received a rental car while my truck was being reworked and cleaned. After another 11 days I did get my truck back. There were still a couple small issues that were quickly resolved. The paint now looks very good but the interior did leave some stains in the doors that won't come out. I really believe that the company should implement serious OA/QC protocol to avoid these kind of issues. Matt the manager really did take care of me in the end, so I say thank you to him, but it should have never came to that.

As far as I can tell, especially after just picking up my vehicle, it looks like a really good job, but due to rain I haven't had a chance to inspect my car, having said that, from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a wonderful smile and a welcoming " Good morning ", Ms. Stella was a delightful lady cordial and Ms. Cammi kept me apprised on all updates with text messages throughout the whole process kudos to you my dear, so far a great experience... Thank you ladies and all whom worked on my jeep at Crash Champions, it looks great!

Amazing customer service!!!!!!! They held my car there for me after it was done due to me being out of town for the holidays!!!!! My car wouldn't start and they gave me a jump before I left!!!!! Such amazing staff and I'm happy with the look of my vehicle!!!!!

Great place for repairs. Office clerk was very nice. They did a perfect job on my Jeep, looked brand new. Also got daily updates through texts, which was helpful.

I was kept informed throughout the repair process on almost a daily basis. My vehicle was ready the day prior to the scheduled date. The employees, Jake & Brooke were fantastic in their efforts to do excellent service.

THE WORST VEHICLE REPAIR CENTER IN HAMPTON ROADS. STAY CLEAR!!! This place should be called Crash Losers! If I could give them a 0 star I would!! My Wife's car has been in this repair center for a few weeks now and it seems as if they have hijacked our vehicle. All that was wrong with our vehicle was a flat tire, bent rim and a damaged strut near the wheel. They will take your car and sub it out to numerous body shops and in the meantime give you false hopes of your car being ready that same day or the next day. With 2 young babies and no rental car coverage this has been a NIGHTMARE! We have received 6 separate delay notifications. They are as follows. 1) Hi we have updated your estimated completion date from 9/17/2024 to 9/18/2024 2) Hi we have updated your estimated completion date from 9/18/2024 to 9/20/2024 ** on 9/20 I received this text "good morning the strut is expected to arrive on Monday. when it arrives, we will take it straight to our alignment shop. 3) Hi we have updated your estimated completion date from 9/20/2024 to 9/24/2024 **The 1st strut arrived however they claimed it was the wrong part so they had to order another one 4) Hi we have updated your estimated completion date from 9/24/2024 to 9/25/2024 5) On 9/25 I was told that "the 2nd strut has arrived, and the alignment is being done as we speak. We will bring your vehicle back to our shop for final cleaning and you will have your vehicle back at the latest tomorrow (9/26) 6) Hi we have updated your estimated completion date from 9/25/2024 to 9/30/2024. ** 9/26 I was very confused by this since they told me my vehicle would be ready at the latest today! I called and the manager Matt answered the phone. Matt claimed that the 2nd part they ordered was the wrong part so they will be ordering the strut for the 3rd time!! I told him that we may be forced to seek legal counsel, and his answer was "what over a car part" At this point we have no idea if we will ever receive our vehicle. This place is a complete scam full of incompetent people running this organization. STAY AWAY!

The work they do good. The follow up if you are waiting on parts or labor completion is absolutely horrendous. I can honestly tell you I had to call at the minimum 15 times to find out the status of my vehicle when it was in the shop. Then, waiting on a tire replacement that insurance was covering. I had to call multiple times and waited over a month for it to be delivered and they said to put on a tire would take all day. Seriously. Not impressed with customer service. Hope this helps. David

Crash Champions were the best with handling my vehicle! From the beginning I was told the process and estimated timeframe for completion. It took a few days longer but only because of a part on back order. They were professional and informative.

This place did an excellent job on my car. Not only did they fix the car but they cleaned the inside and outside of the car. My car looked brand new. They also kept in contact with me throughout the ordeal. Great staff also🫶🏾

From start to finish the process, staff, and fixing my car was great. John, the estimator, was a pleasure to work with. Pretty quick turnaround with the damage I had from someone else. Great blend job as well. Big plus was that a rental vehicle comes to the shop without going to one. The shop itself is in a great location and nice building with plenty of parking. I highly recommend and a smooth process.

Super unprofessional. I dropped my car off on 12/20/22 to have my rear bumper repaired after an accident. Today is now 1/17/23 so I took it upon myself to do a follow up since 1/4/23 was the last time I called in to check on the progress. The representative assured me that they would reach out when the repairs were complete. I have not received a call or text in regards to my car being complete just for them to tell me my car has been ready for a whole week. Mean while I’m paying unnecessary money on a rental car at my expense. Please do better.

They did excellent work in repairing a door and panel on my car that were scratched and dented, and they matched the paint color perfectly! The friendly staff kept me informed of the progress of my repair every 1-2 days, and they easily worked with my insurance company and rental car agency. My car was finished with a thorough detailing inside and out. I am very pleased with the overall experience and repair results!

My vehicle was a stolen recovery with only cosmetic damage. The car is slightly rare so there was an understandable issue with sourcing parts. I dropped the car off being assured they had everything they needed. They took 54 days to complete a paint job and some very simple body work. This was 40 days over their estimated time to repair. Once the car was ready they tried to overcharge me by $1800. They owed me $1500 in credit from insurance that they "forgot about" due to this being an "accounting nightmare" on their end, plus they charged me for a $300 part that they were unable to replace. After further inspection, they did not re-badge the car but failed to inform me. Also, they claim they did not remove the rear window molding, but you can see the lines were it was present before new paint. Updates were few and far in between. If you have a rare car, I do not recommend this shop. They are skilled, but struggle with hiccups in a repair plan that they are unaccustomed to.

Great customer service and got my car in and out 4 days ahead of schedule. Although I had minor work done, it was still a very nice job. Only had the rental for 3 days and they even made my reservation more convenient. I definitely recommend this shop. David was excellent in taking care of my ride. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

These guys took my car in the same day of my initial quote appointment for the insurance and had my car back to me 2 days later under the deductible amount. The work was pure magic and no extensive work was necessary to keep the original paint shining on my car. Can't ask for more. These guys know the business and do great work. Thanks Mike!!

Amazing experience with this location. Hospitality was great. David Oakley and his team did an excellent job making my vehicle perfect for me! David did not want to give back my vehicle until it was to his expectations! I was completely satisfied with that and how I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the repair time. I’ve been to this location twice, both times I’ve been very happy. Front desk is always extremely helpful and friendly. The manager Mitch looked at my car for me after the Norfolk Rick Hendricks location did “repairs” on my vehicle. Come to find out, after replacing the AC condenser, he believed the AC wasn’t charged at all. In less than an hour I had my car back and my AC was actually blowing cold. He told me to keep an eye on it and give him a call if I had any more issues. I’ve also had an estimate done on a previous vehicle at this location, and they’ve always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If you’re looking to take your car to a Rick Hendricks shop, I would highly suggest the Virginia Beach location.

USAA provided this company to fix my vehicle after an accident. Everything was so smooth from appointment to rental car to pick up. They all work as a team and it went seamlessly. The car was ready earlier than I expected until the alignment folks found that my tire rods were bent. They had to wait for parts so that took another 5 days. There was one problem when I took it home. The blind spot sensor didn’t work, but I just brought it in after work, and they fixed it. Did my work in the waiting area so not too inconvenient. I would definitely use them again. Clean, professional, always returned calls. Price came under estimate. Highly recommend.

I’ll be totally honest and say I had my doubts about this place just because of how quick, nice and easy they were to work with and drop off my vehicle. I did a thorough walk around and pointed out my concerns one by one with Matt and he listened. I thought it was too good to be true. My car is 26 years old so I was mainly concerned about the color not coming out right due to the aging of the paint. They told me it would take 7-12 business days and work was completed in exactly 7. I did a thorough inspection by myself when I went to pick it up and couldn’t find anything I didn’t like and then a follow up walk around with Matt again. Outstanding professionalism by the staff and I couldn’t be happier to recommend Performance Collision to anyone who is reading the reviews here. Thank you guys so much!!
