Just went to this store and it was very disappointing. When I walked in one employee walked outside and stood there another employee looked at me and walked back to the parts storage and the third employee stood at the end and looked at me when I walked to the counter to make a purchase. Terrible service. I won’t be back.
Phillips was very helpful and quick with finding me a new cabin air filter and battery. I was also able to use my military discount to get $28 which covered my air filter. Thank you.
I got a flat tire today and just happened to be right by the shopping center with O Reilys. Fred who worked there went out of his way to help me change the tire! He is truly a god send! Give that man a raise! Thank you so so much Fred!
First time going to an O'Reilly's and was nervous because I know nothing about cars. I ended up getting everything I needed quick and easy, all fear gone! Philita (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was so helpful and nice!

I never post about any major businesses just mom and pop type stores but this O'Reilly is top notch. Customer service was over the top. If you live in the neighborhood or just passing thru make this your auto parts place!
Do not go here. They gave me the wrong rotors on my purchase. I bring them back to get the right ones and they argue with me about it. And then charge me extra to get the right rotors.
Don't go to this store the manager doesn't know what he doing and he doesn't know the company policy or is the company promoting false advertisement the website state they disposal used oil and filters the manager lie to me in my face and said they don't check y'all website if lie about a simple service they provide how can you trust them to give you true service
The Little Creek road location told me they did not have my needed item in stock sent me to their VB store which was fully stocked and after re- confirming with my mechanic found out that the Littlr creek location had the wrong info entered selling me the higher price and wrong item needed for my car

I went in for a star bit set but didn't really want to pay over $20 but I really didn't know the size I needed but a nice gentleman named John was very helpful and decided to help me out with a blinker issue and he grabbed some bits and figured out what I needed and actually changed it out for me so I could get the vehicle inspected. He was awesome. Thanks John. I'll be back to see you.
I left the door ajar on my car for a week. I took the dead battery to O'Reilly on Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach. From the minute I walked in, she kept telling me what a lousy battery it was. She tested it, said it is dead and pointed to there rack of new batteries. I asked if she would charge it. She said it could take days. I came back the next day. It was charged to 13.6 volts. She put her tester on it, it showed bad twice. She kept aggressively trying to push me into buying a new battery. I was very unhappy with her conduct. I took the battery elsewhere and had it tested. I was fine. I put it back in my car, works fine. They are incentivised to sell the new batteries and will lie to you to do it. Very Poor Experience!
I Went in here to get my mother-in-law a Battery for her Volvo, and the rolled out the red carpet. If you want to see great customer service in action, go here, even if you don’t need car parts.
These guys were super helpful, and could not have been nicer. From Jasper who went out of his way to make sure my MIL was well taken care of to Dre who tested our battery, (she still had the original dealer battery from 2011 and it had given up during that last frost) then got us the battery we needed and installed it for us all with a How Can I help you, Yes Sir and a Smile. I will only be going here from now on and I would recommend you try it out and see if you don’t feel the same.
