I swear, these people are my go-to “Old Faithful” for things like state inspections and small maintenance things… I need the truck inspected to complete the registration process and everyone was like “we have nothing available this week” and/or “you’ll have to leave it for 24 hours”… I thought about these guys (I’ve come to them before for random things) and when I called, the first thing they said was “Bring it over! We’ve got you!” When I tell you, they are EVERYTHING… if you’ve never stopped by or passed by thinking it was just a “gas station” (some of the lowest prices in Virginia Beach), you’re missing out on a great team of people… awesome mechanics, wonderful and personable staff, and service while you wait. I waited less than an hour. 🙏🏽 I’ll definitely be back and will be sending everyone I know.

My car broke down at the 7-Eleven right next door. One of their mechanics, free of charge, walked over and checked out my car. I thought my battery had died. He quickly discovered my battery was fine. The problem was the safety switch on my clutch. This happened on a Friday. Monday afternoon, my car was fixed and back in my driveway. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the young mechanic. I was impressed with their expedient family isolation and repair.

Kings Grant Exxon provided excellent service. I called them at 2 o’clock on a Friday afternoon to inquire about an inspection, and I was able to get right in. I was out the door in just over an hour. Friendly knowledgeable, folks, I’ll definitely be returning.

Didn't give a true inspection, they were just trying to get extra money. Went and got a 2nd opinion and only needed 2 new tires, and passed.

Incredible service experience all around from the front desk to the mechanics. Clean and welcoming. I was in and out, and everything was ahead of schedule, which is refreshing. Highly recommend for automotive servicing. I had brakes and rotors replaced on a Kia Telluride.

I found this place very dependable on my car immediately needs to be done and they got it done in less than an hour. I am so happy about that experience I had. Their building is clean and most of all the staff and the manager so friendly, helpful and compassionate. Thank you so much!

Honestly was a wonderful experience. Came for my state inspection and was in and out for having 2 cars in front of me, maybe a hour ish wait all together? The receptionist at the front was extremely helpful and super nice! Was a pleasant conversation while waiting 😊 service went without a hick up and didn't even have any recommendations 🙌🏻 will definitely recommending and will be back next year! Thank you again guys!!

What a great experience! I can’t remember when I had such an excellent auto repair job. Paul and his co-workers accomplished my needed repair in very short order, within the cost estimate and what I consider record time. I know of no other repair service within this area who would have accomplished this service in such a professional manner. The work was for from suspension on m Nisson path finder. Well Done, from a thankful Customer.

I went to this auto shop last year and I will continue my service here, Ms Valerie at the front desk is a gem she’s so nice and helpful and Paul is also always willing to help, he always finds me good prices on things I may need. The response rate is 10/10 at this tire and auto Exxon shop. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing people. I work next door and my battery died, they came and tested it to make sure it was the battery. Replaced battery and fixed the plastic undercarriage that had fallen down!

This experience was really awesome I dropped my car off Sunday night and Monday morning they called with pricing !! And was done Monday afternoon !! Really kind genuine people that are knowledgeable and diligent ! Will recommend anyone to stop by and give them a try !!

I dropped my truck off for a state inspection this morning. I was notified this afternoon that the truck was ready. It passed the inspection, no problems found. I didn’t have any problems or issues in getting my truck serviced. The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and courteous. It was overall a very good experience.

This is the only shop I trust in VB. Paul and his team are the absolute best. They are upfront, honest, and transparent about what you NEED vs what is suggested, and work with you on repairs. They charge a fair rate for labor and don't BS you or give you the run around. They use quality parts that don't break the bank and will even let me know if there are little repairs I can do on my own to save some money. I appreciate having Kings Grant Exxon right in the neighborhood and it's the only place I use for repairs on our 3 vehicles. Thanks Paul!

King’s Grant Exxon is truly like the neighborhood service stations from years ago.. kind people who let you know you’re valued and quality service. I have used their services for years. I am happy to give them an A+ rating.

Late in the day, 2:18 pm I pulled in to see what was going on with a message, Emissions System issue & shaking slow car. They promptly did a diagnosis, reset & said, "Test Drive no problem at this time". Unfortunately, 30 minutes down the road to OBX the same message & shaking slow car reappeared. I wish Kings Grant had done more to research the cause of the problem before sending me on my way. I had to leave the car at Priority Honda & get a ride. Polite & prompt but the problem was not resolved.

The staff at Kings Grant Exxon were extremely responsive and courteous when I discovered a nail in one of the tires. They went above and beyond to fit me in and plug the tire in less than 15 minutes. Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly!

I recently needed a state inspection and although they were busy Paul agreed to fit me in and completed the state inspection in a timely manner. Paul and his staff are always cordial and poilte and I appreciate their nice customer service. They stay busy so that is a sign of a good place visit so give them a try.

Heather and her team did a great job diagnosing and fixing the fuel pump in my 2021 Tahoe. They were professional, fast, and reasonable. I’m never using a dealer for service again.
