I bought my 2017 Range Rover Sport Dinamic Super Charged October 2024 with 111,000. Miles. Omg. Absolutely stunning!!! The most gorgeous SUV I’ve ever seen. First of all…. They gave me 30 day tags…. Well those tags turned into 6-7 month tags. I seriously had to physically drive myself to the dealership to request new tags.. temporarily?? No way this was the DMV’s fault..? My Rove has subsequently been in the shop since the 2nd month after I paid cash for it. I could go on and on…. I’m emotionally exhausted and I’m just trying to make up the WHY’s would they have done this to me. I’m a 65 year old woman who is going through a difficult divorce. Which I totally shared with everyone. Now my Rover is deemed…. Needing a new engine. I’ve already paid about 9-10 thousand dollars in repairs for a worthless… but on the outside beauty. Now I’m careless. I’m sickened how they can honestly look at themselves in the mirror 🙏

I had the best experience at The Car Exchange, Shawn went above to get me in a beautiful BMW. He thoroughly answered all of my questions, and made everything so simple! On top of getting a stellar deal, he even stayed late for me because I was coming from Gloucester. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The only reason the place has a high rating it because they request each person gives them 5 stars upon leaving. Not only did they call me to come back multiple times to complete paperwork they forgot to have me sign but the sales man told me my plates were ready for pick up (almost 60 days after purchase) and they had not even submitted the paperwork to the DMV.

Bought my second car in 3 years from this dealership. Never spent more than an hour thru the whole process both times. Blayne was excellent, answered all my questions and made the process extremely easy. He made sure I test drove the vehicle and that I was happy with it. Excellent customer service. I'm sure I will be a customer again in the future.

Very smooth service experience, I was greeted promptly and allowed to view a vehicle that I pre-screened on their website. Not only that, their team accommodated most of my request(s) to put me in the car of my choosing. John was my deal-maker/salesman, and his management team worked flawlessly together to deliver a vehicle to me. Time will tell if I know how to pick a car(s). A week into the purchase; the tire pressure in the rear passenger was low. And the service interval light won’t come off.

Great salesman Justin, worked with me to get the car I came to get. I would shop here again *Update, After driving home an hour away the salesman Justin called me and said they will accept my offer. So I drove an hour back to the dealership and back home that Saturday night but I noticed that it wasn't driving right but I left it alone. I should have known something because Justin was rushing me through the test drive(not giving me enough time to recognize the problem). Monday evening after worked I decided to test drive it again and the rpm needle was jumping back and forth and feeling the car surging (transmission issues). Justin said the car was put through a 100 point inspection which was a lie. So, I called the dealership Tuesday and told the salesman which quickly put the manager on the phone and told him about the transmission issue and he told me the best he can do is sale me a warranty. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CARS QUALITY! I also had to put 4 new tires, alignment, brake pad and rotors,a brake caliber and rear struts on it. Plus I still have to deal the transmission issue. To end this car purchase experience is I will never by from a rinky dink car lot again that will not stand behind their vehicles until you get home. No more sleezy salesmans either. THESE PLACES WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable on the cars in the dealership. Getting a car from them is a breeze. Justin took us step by step on everything and was extremely patient with answering all my questions and inquiries.

Justin was phenomenal, very much resourceful and passionate about his craft. Go see him for your next vehicle. Update: sold me a car without disclosing that there is an oil leak that could possibly caused problems. When I reached out to see what options there were as far as assistance they blamed me for not purchasing a warranty and offered no solutions to help with ANYTHING. DO NOT purchase without doing your own research first because they will sell you as they call it “vehicle as is” but disclose what the “as is” entails.

The experience overall was great! Justin was VERY helpful! I would warn against their warranty. We opted for Endurance car warranty rather than the one that was offered. Based on our experience, I would recommend this place as a possible place to buy your next vehicle.
