I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience with this company. From the very beginning, the customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was simply trying to get my car towed out and asked multiple times for the tow-out price so I could take care of everything and avoid paying additional daily storage fees. Instead of helping, the owner repeatedly hung up on me and even hung up on my insurance company while we were trying to get information. I called every single day trying to resolve the issue, but nobody would give me a clear answer or tell me what I needed to pay. It honestly felt like they were intentionally making the process difficult. On top of that, every time I went up there in person, nobody was available to help me, which caused me to continue getting charged daily sitting/storage fees that could have easily been avoided if someone had just communicated properly. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic respect was unbelievable. Being without your car is already stressful enough, especially when you are dealing with insurance and trying to handle everything responsibly. Instead of making the situation easier, they made it 10 times more frustrating. No customer should have to beg for information about their own vehicle or be treated so poorly while trying to pay and pick up their car. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company think twice. My experience was exhausting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. If you can avoid them, PLEASE DO.

My wife's car broke down on Independence Boulevard. I had her call Wicker's Towing and they were there within a half an hour. She said his service was excellent he was a very nice young man he treated her with the utmost respect and understanding her situation. He told his her car to his shop I went there to pick it up the same day and he was a very good gentleman and the woman that was working in the office she was giving us the utmost respect. Their service was outstanding. Thank you Timmy that's the gentleman's name who told my wife's car.
