Each person working here are awesome, understandable and helps their community. My battery died in my truck. Mr. Bonbon, Mechi listen to me. I love right across the street bon took the time to assist me by coming to my home and installing new battery. Over and beyond for each one!! I am thankful
Me and my fiancé came in today 5/29/25 to get something to clean the spark plugs. My fiancé was trying to do it another way but we was informed by the assistant manager BON why we shouldn’t do it that way and the causes. BON helped us with finding the right tools we need to fix the problem and he also was attentive to our problems. Not only that he gave us a lot of upsales. BON has great customer service and understanding for the all customers. He is a great manager and needs to be promoted for the help, patience, and knowledge he has given customers. Thankyou BON!!! Me and my family will be coming to this particular store because of you!
Don't shop here because apparently the lady on the phone said "she doesn't have All Day to help me look for a part". Rude! Why have phones?
She didn't seem to have knowledge of what we were asking for anyway which would be why it might take her "All Day" to find something.Tells me I have to come in and look. I've been to 3 different stores today to find availability she doesn't have time to walk to the exhaust isle. It's cool. My business will be elsewhere. Do better.
Submitted 2 batteries to be checked. Had to leave them overnight. Also brought an alternator (off-set mount)to be checked & it checked good. Robert & his crew are awesome. Great neighborhood store & location. Been coming to this store for years. The faces change, but the crew remains AWESOME!!!
Robert was honestly soooo fantastic, helpful and informative that I just HAD to leave a review. He explained that they price match (which I never knew) as well as explained that they have rebates which I also never knew. So I ended up buying more than I anticipated lol but he was so helpful. I spent money but felt like I also saved as well. He updated my account so I don’t have to always show my ID for a discount. I never knew they could do that either. Superrr helpful and kind. Kahria has the worst work ethic and attitude. She is not even trying to hide how she doesn’t want to be working. I have been at the store multiple times and every time, she is on her phone even when ringing me up and other customers.
Wanted to comment on a good experience I had with this location. I came to the store with a dead battery. Michael assisted me, he was very helpful by testing the battery, explaining what he was doing and showing me important things that I needed to know. He suggested the best battery at an affordable price point, which says a lot. I can appreciate an honest person who isn't just out to make sales but wants the customer to be well informed. He got me in and out of there in a short time frame without hassle and I'm back on the road. Thanks so much!!!
I dealt with JJ at the Lynheaven Pky store in Virginia Beach. JJ was very helpful, the first time I ever dealt with O Reilly’s was in Spring Hill, Florida in 2020. They were also very good. I am very pleased with the service at O Reilly Auto Parts
My car battery had a dead cell. My coworker suggested O Reilly to replace my battery. They was very friendly and helpful with installing my new battery.
We are from Idaho and I’ve been grabbing my car parts and needs from O Reileys for years, but I’ve never experienced a location with so much attention to customer service. I came in with questions, didn’t even do the research for what kind of part I needed, and Nadia helped me with everything. She got me what I needed, helped me compare pricing and choices, then even assisted me with a few things on the car right outside the store! Despite the icy wind she made sure I was taken care of and then took the trash all in for me so I could be on my way.

I bought an axle from O'Reilly auto parts here in VA beach on lynnhaven parkway and this is what they gave me a USED OILY RUSTED FRONT AXLE in a box I was under the assumption I was getting a NEW SHINY now what kind of business is this as we pay more money. I have vedios to proved good thing when my mechanic open the box he said I can't used and put this & informed us right away.
Terrible manager. Went to get a starter tested. Halfway through helping me he starts working with another customer for 10 min looking up parts, wasting my time. I worked for Oreilly for 3 years and never saw that level of disrespect toward the customer you are working with.

Lisa was very patient with me. She went out of her way to help me find the battery I was looking for and even helped show me how to replace it in the key fob.

I had a bad alternator with a warranty. I brought in my old alternator out of my car to change it and they said they don’t have someone here to test it. Lady was not understanding and rude. Train your employees properly it’s a machine it can’t be hard to work. I also tried to buy a new one and leave my old one so tomorrow i can have my car now anf when they have someone knowledgeable to test it they can then I can come back and get my money worth
I think they need some more qualified management for commercial customers, got alot of push back on loading my acct. Which ive had for many years, wouldnt recommend picking up parts here for your buisness, it might become a problem. I dont think they understand the concept of will call. Then the guy who gave me the part couldnt figure out where the recipt is, pretty crazy for being mr. Know it all, Commercial customers get a regular printer paper size copy. Probably will never use this location for future in my buisness.
My first time at O'Reilly on Lynnhaven. Such excellent customer service and professional attitude. I always asks so many questions to learn and they were patient enough to answer all my questions. Prices are so very affordable which means so much in these times. I have already told family members to shop there for their auto needs. And register for their Rewards card. I'm a very happy customer.
Went in to exchange a battery I got 2 weeks ago that had tested bad already. Guy named Jorge said he had to test when I explained I’m a commercial account holder and had already tested the battery. After Jorge shared his lack of automotive knowledge he then would still not exchange my battery. They put there universal meter on which read 4 volts after charging for 7 hours. That’s the last time I do business there and exactly why their commercial department is dying. I strongly recommend you all find more reasonable people who have automotive backgrounds not just used car salesmen. Extremely disappointed.
Alexis was extremely helpful, took the time to answers questions and helped install a bew battery. She really knew her job. One of the best auto shopping experiences. Would definitely come if my car needs attention.
This trip was good and easy they had what i needed but on my last visit i took a battery to get tested and hours later i went to puck it up and i was told that the battery was bad. The gentlemen helping me pointed out the date which was 2017... Here we are 3 months later same battery and car stats and runs just fine... GLAD I DIDN'T PURCHASE A NEW ONE!!!
I received great service ,I didn't enjoy being hit on by the married man there. Even after saying no, and still being asked to call me is UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, to the other married man (who wasn't wearing his ring), you know better than to be handing out your number!
The men were so very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what exactly I needed and why I needed it. As what was best for my car and the current mileage I had on it. Parts I bought were priced right compared to alternative auto parts' stores. Easy location to get to. In fact they have convenient locations all around. Their prices are almost as good and sometimes better then the big discount store.
I know I've left remarks here before so this is now my 2nd review. This shop had just opened not too long after I went there for the 1st time since visiting VB in a few weeks. The floor diagram and signage was clearly laid out and the folks behind the counter were helpful even when I was looking for parts for an 84 Chevy S10 Blazer. Parking is adequate and right down the street from a few gas stations, thus making this shop conveniently located and visible from normal traffic. Could not find the flux capacitor that they have in their online inventory. Been out of them since the mid-80s I think. 😎
The customer service was very good. The associate went to my vehicle and place my wipers on for me for free and he was very very courteous. There was not a long wait at all. And he even educated me on some of the products they carry and what would be best for me to purchase. So far this is my go-to place when I need Auto Parts. 5 stars from me!
