NAPA Auto Parts always comes through! My experience here was awesome like always, they had the exact part I needed in stock. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on them to have what I’m looking for without the hassle. Great service and dependable inventory every time.
Edit: Thank you for responding to my concerns. However, when I previously purchased the same product a few months back, the gentleman at the counter WRAPPED the drain plugs in a brown paper bag material and stapled it (he actually cared about quality and professionalism). With what I received yesterday there was one drain plug sitting on the outside of the box. And yes I just double checked, the other IS in fact inside of the box. However, it does not excuse the sloppiness of the indiviual who filled the order. I've always had great service at your store throughout the years, until yesterday.
Women who do not truly know the ins & outs of car parts shouldnt be filling parts orders. Not only were my drain "plugs" unwrapped, one was missing. It wasnt worth my time to go back/get a refund. Thank GOODNESS FOR AMAZON. You people are SHADY
It’s been a few months since visiting this store. I personally maintain all of my vehicles and this store was my store of choice for automotive supplies. It’s about oil change time for 4 of my vehicles and i guarantee I’m not shopping here anymore for my supplies. I just remembered I never shared my terrible experience which cause me to switch To the auto zone across the street. When i visited this store last I returned a battery core. At first the store associate tells me, “ what the hell do you want me to do with that.” I was shocked by the remark knowing that he has been working there for quite some time and the most common reason someone brings a battery in is to get a core charge back. I was already taken back by the encounter and realized that i have forgotten the receipt. I let the man at the counter know and he reply’s well then i can’t help you with an angry look on his face. I felt bad for the manger she was standing right next to him letting this all happen without interjection. At this point i tell him to now look up the sale in the pos(computer) and pull it up that way. Needless to say, he was able to find it and give me my core charge back. I don’t understand why this had to difficult in the first place. I’m going to chalk this one up as bad customer service… i truly will never shop here again. I’ve been a long time customer for over 20 years
Went to this Napa after going to a few different auto stores in search of a gas golf cart battery we couldn’t find. We walked in to this location and several employees jumped in trying to help grabbing batteries and measuring the old battery we had to see how we could get our golf cart going. After a few tries they had the battery! So thankful for the positive and helpful employees here! Would definitely visit this store again!
Out of the five major parts stores, Napa on Holland Rd in VA BCH was the only one to take the time and research why I couldn't find the right part. Very thorough staff and the effort to determine your part is going to be the right one is priceless. Great job gents and ladies.
Knowledgeable staff. Went to find a female connector in a off size that wasnt anywhere else. Employee went out of his way to help even found it online at a competitor's store. GREAT EXPERIENCE
Battery needs replaced under warranty.
She would call me in the morning when it comes in. Probably 8 or 8:15. No call.
Drove over @ 10:15 and they tried to give me my exchange battery with my phone number and name on it, then they found the new one. Hours lost .....
Excellent service! Aran was very kind in putting my windshield wipes on for a senior citizen- appreciated that! Also the lady behind the counter was gracious in helping me find parts & prices - she has been there for a long time & knows her job & does it beyond the call of duty- thank you so much!

I thought I would help my husband out and pick up his auto parts. When I went to pay for them with his NAPA care card, I was told they don't take it and my husband said they took it for him. I feel like I was discriminated against for being a woman.
Don't go there unless you are an expert and already know the part numbers because if you dare to ask for help they will get in this smart**s attitude...will never use napa again.
Very courteous ,helpful,and knowledgeable of the parts i needed for my 2000 Chevy Silverado LS. Maegan was as nice to me as the first time in visited the store. Always have preferred NAPA. Recommend this store on Holland Rd in Virginia Beach ,VA to anyone
Been going here a lot lately, as I have an old C4 corvette that I've been going through the frustrating process of getting running and road worthy. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the parts availability is surprisingly good for such an old car.
I went to a few other parts stores for oil and parts for my BMW before Napa.
Sam showed me my options and a few different price points I am extremextremely happy with my purchase and his helpful advice, i have found my new parts man!
Ordered part for my car with their online services and ended up picking it up a couple days later.
When we got there, I was amazed at the different car parts that were available. It really doesn't take much to amuse me. Karen helped find my order and there were a little complications but she figured it out. I ended up leaving with .. a dint in my pockets, however it was stuff that was cheaper here and also it was available unlike other places.
The customer service great and I know I will be back in the future for my car needs.
