Horrible people i went to collect my personal belongings for work and for my 1 year old baby and they denied me getting any of my items telling me I needed an appt poor excuse of human beings on top of all that the staff were all rude right out even tho I was respectful and did what they asked of me

Our dump trailer was repossessed from our property, we had it locked onto our personal vehicle upon review of our camera they cut the lock off my trailer then repossessed it, our trailer was paid for, so the bank had no choice but to release it back to us as we had bank statements to show it was paid for, well upon pick up the driver said he saw the interstate battery, the charger to it and the 30 ton jack, we called made an appointment to pick up then the driver called and said the property is not there, we had the cameras checked on the other tow company where when he picked up for ocala it was already gone while on academic property so it wad stolen by them, we filled a police report and also a claim with SST who hired them, also we are filing a law suit to get this dealt with, they need to stop stealing peoples property and then lying about it, so funny they defend thereselves but has so many complaints about them. It will be dealt with in the courts. we have camera footage, as well as pictures. the way they pick up somebody’s property is the way they need to give it back, my items cost me way over 800 dollars this is why i save receipts on everything and also why we have cameras Deylyn Alvarez

These people stole my private property. They didn't want to let me get my things from my vehicle & when I finally got some stuff after calling the sheriff's dept, I have things missing. Total lowlifes who can't resist stealing other people's personal property.

The staff at their lot in Monticello Florida is top-tier unprofessional. The young man helping us was rude from the literal gate. My car seat was taken apart and unbuckled from my vehicle but left in the very same place it was unbuckled from. They do not make car seats that you have to literally take apart to unbuckle from a vehicle because if they did you would have to put it together in the car after you installed it to begin with. That's illogical. There is literally no reason that my car seat should've been touched if it was left in the same place it was unbuckled from but also if you did need to remove it initially there was zero reason to play with my child's safety and take it apart. I don't know what could have been done to my car seat out of an act of pettiness that is displayed loud and proudly at their Monticello lot. I will also add that they are horrible to get on the phone and that the hours of their Monticello lot are ridiculously inconvenient to anyone that has a job. When you add in that they came and got my car on a Monday which was a banking holiday and then got offended when I simply ASKED if there was anyone I could speak to about the fee for that day...if you need their kind of services and don't mind crap service go for it. If you want your customer to have a decent experience use someone else. I will be calling my lender today to make them aware of my issues and encourage them to look into their relationship with this business. 0/10. Do not recommend. Editing because I can't figure out how to respond. I have photos of my car seat taken apart. The fact is your Monticello lot sucks and this whole thing would have been avoided had he just advised me to call you instead of making comments such as "What about the fee?" When I asked if there was anyone I could speak with. If he doesn't have the authority to do anything about it then he needs to also not have the authority to act the way he acted and just advise customers to call you directly. I ABSOLUTELY cussed Ashy Larry out after the business was conducted because as you saw if you watched the tape...I was approached with an attitude. To your man, it was Wednesday. To someone else it may be the worst day of their life and kindness costs ZERO DOLLARS. Like I told you on the phone, DO BETTER.

This company is incredibly professional. When they came for my vehicle i was not prepared, they were kind enough to let me get all my things out of my vehicle so i did not have to drive well over a hour. They showed kindness and compassion. Thank you.

Terrible company!

They picked up a Honda HRV. That I had returned to the company due to inability to continue payments. I left a personal item inside the vehicle by mistake. I told them where the very location was THAT The item was in. They claimed it was never there. My item is not in my residence. Therefore THE company has stolen my Personal property. I am not the only one that your company steals from Take a look at all the comments. Apparently I'm not making it up.

Friendly staff, excellent service.

They showed two short clips of the tow truck pulling in and backing up close to my car. I know for sure my car did not have these damages before this company came and repossessed a car from between mine and another car. I would like to see the whole unedited video if it hasnt been deleted.

Shady company stole several items of sentimental value from my vehicle and offered no answer when asked where they went. All they could show were blurry photos of the interior that didnt include the areas where the items were at the time. Pretty sad when you have to pay to retrieve YOUR OWN belongings and they aren't even all there.

Very poor business, tried to brake the law and charge two females to pick up personal belongings from a vehicle and then changed there minds after it was stated that legally they can not do that!

Tow truck driver stole my medication out my vehicle they was in my middle console in my pill bottle but said they was wet and amd took it upon himself and threw them out the window...... garbage very unprofessional
