⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Listen… if you ever need a tow, just call Mofos and save yourself the headache. The owner is a solid guy and actually cares, which you don’t see much anymore. They showed up fast, handled my car like it was their own, and gave me real peace of mind. Definitely 10/10 service. I wouldn’t call anyone else!

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY, PLEASE READ If I were stranded on the side of the road in the middle of the night—in extreme heat or freezing weather—I would still rather sit in a dead car than ever rely on Moffo’s Towing. Anthony Moffo is an absolute nightmare to work with. Another reviewer mentioned that he takes advantage of customers in difficult situations by increasing costs, and that is 100% accurate. I work for a transport company, and using tow companies is a normal part of our business. We’ve worked with many towing companies nationwide, and Moffo’s Towing is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We initially contacted him simply to store one of our vehicles at his yard. Over the phone, he quoted us $25 per day, stated that he accepted credit cards, and confirmed there would be no credit card fees. From that point on, every attempt we made to retrieve our vehicle was met with an excuse. He repeatedly claimed he couldn’t meet our subcontracted driver at the lot—clearly dragging things out to rack up additional storage fees. He ultimately held our vehicle for 47 days, but then sent us an invoice for 67 days of storage at $50 per day. When confronted, he claimed he never quoted $25/day and insisted his rate was always $50/day. Fortunately, we had a recording of the original phone call proving he quoted $25/day. Even after providing this proof, he only reduced the rate to $30/day and still refused to honor the price he clearly stated. During the back-and-forth over the incorrect invoice, he closed his shop for the day, forcing us to pay our subcontracted carrier for wasted time since they were unable to retrieve the vehicle. To make matters worse, he then demanded cash only, which created additional issues since we are not a local company. We eventually had to settle the payment via Zelle just to get our vehicle back. This business operates in bad faith and preys on customers who are stuck with limited options. This is a scam. DO NOT use Moffo’s Towing.

Pleased with the service received. Anthony was extremely professional the owner and so was his mechanic. Fast and efficient and great communication and price is very fair. Definitely recommend to anyone.
