These guys are always friendly to me and very helpful. If they can't help they will cut you loose so you can look around the yard for yourself. Use caution and you will get dirty. Fair pricing.

WHOEVER IT IS THAT IS ANSWERING THE PHONE UP THERE IS RUDE AS EVER! NO MANNERS, NO COMMON COURTESY AND MOST DEFINITELY LACK'S PROFESSIONALISM! SO SAD FOR SUCH AN ASTOUNDING COMPANY THAT I HELD RESPECTFULLY IN HIGH REGARDS! NOT NO MORE AS IT SEEMS TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE THOUGHT OF PORK FRIED RICE, EGG ROLLS AND A QUESTIONABLE "IS IT REALLY CHICKEN?" LOOK AS YOU ARE HURRIED OFF THE PHONE AS YOU ARE BEING TOLD TO RETURN NEXT BUSINESS DAY! BECAUSE YOU KNOW, IT WAS ONLY 10 MINUTES EARLIER THAN EXPECTED CLOSING TIME! WOW WHAT HAS THIS GOOD OL BOY TOWN COME TO?

They charge too much and don't warranty. I bought a bad starter and paid to much. I wound up having to buy a new starter

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Absolutely great folks. Nononsense and extremely fun when it's raining and I take a load in my Ole LB7 HD 4×4. Slap the Ole dog leg back in to 4h and burn some desiel and throw some mud. They are truly understanding when it comes to us Ole lb7 mudmunchers. Keep it up yall.

I only go there to look for parts, some of the parts they ask more for than if you was to get it new but others are really cheap like they should be at a salvage yard, especially one where you have to get your own part

They scammed my husband when he brought a big load of old semi drive shafts ect.. don’t bring your scrap here when you have over 10k lbs they will scam you

Friendly employees and a modest selection of vehicles that includes a few classic and vintage cars that still have some useful parts.

This is the place my husband uses for any scrap metal returns or car 0atts that he needs. He's an avid do -it -yourselfer so he fixes everything that breaks in his truck and the work he does (mostly HVAC) brings him to this salvage yard quite often. He says the pull-it yourself prices are pretty good and they are typically fair on scrap prices.

Have been a couple times now for parts for my truck and they may not always have what you are looking for but when they do the price is right. Nothing but good to say.

Great prices and nice people, found a tire and rim, just make sure to bring cash because it's cash only. Also lots of things besides auto parts, it's like a toy store for adults looking for things you didn't know you needed lol.

The customer service is getting a little bit better been a little bit rude in the past or maybe that's just how they are I guess but I have not had no issues lately so I'm going to change my four stars to five stars and hopefully they stay doing good

Claimed they had a warranty on the engine I bought from them and installed, but when the engine failed, they reneged and claimed they don't guarantee for the type of car it was put in. Total crooks. Take your business to their competitors! 1 star way too generous for thieves like this...0 stars would be more appropriate.

The staff is nice and helpful. But can be a little pain the as* to get in and turn around to get back out to the scale when they are busy. I'll be going back there in the future to recycle my junk.

Poor customer service at the front the counter. Very rude try to tell me I had to pay for a part that was worse than than one needed to replace after it was pulled and accused me of putting it on my vehicle to test it(vehicle was 30 miles away at my shop) and just horrible demeanor towards me and my partners son. The staff in the yard happened to be very nice and helpful but I refuse to go back and deal with that lady I'd rather run to Jacksonville for parts than go thru that again

Awesome place! Had just what I needed when no one else for MILES did. When he told me the price I wanted to kiss him, but I don't get down like that. Absolutely recommend.

The prices are higher than the Recycling Centers of Lake City or Live Oak by dollars, not cents. The employees are friendly and helpful. It's a good place to go to sell your scrap metal.

I pulled into the lot at 11:50 am and was told that I had to leave because they were closed for lunch, yet there were 5 other people that they were taking care of. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be coming back.

Couple weeks ago I came here 2 give scrap away as I needed the money I was sure that I was going to get about $20 but I realize that scrap metal it's just a little ball game with today's prices truely nice people that's why it's okay but other than that prices for metal I want to give this place a most likely one star

sapps salvage is gonna get on to me and my brothers for climbing of the cars and y the hell r u gonna get on to us when u r the one drinking on the job and the only reason we where climbing over the cars is bc they like really put no space in between the car so u should expect people to climb over cars if u don't put space in between them and this is not the driver of the car that the guy talk to it's his brother???????

Outstanding customer service. My son bought a set of wheels for his van. One of them had a locking lug nut. We had a lot of trouble getting it off. One of the workers was very helpful moving the truck multiple times. Eventually he cut it off with a torch for us. Also great prices.

I am very familiar with auto salvage yards, being a retired master mechanic. The method of pricing is usually generic . I.E., a wheel has a price, a headlight, no matter the make. Restoring an older truck, I paid a visit to this business. I asked the price of a manual transmission. The price quoted was $ 150. I took the transmission out over a period of 2 days. Upon hauling the part through the junkyard to the cashier in a wheelbarrow, when I went to pay, the price went up to $175. A few days later I returned, I was seeking a set of the little plastic splashguards behind the wheel. These go for about $10 a pair new. During my exploration of the junkyard, I saw an elderly black man that was taking a transmission out similar to the one I bought. I stopped for a minute, assisted him in removing some of the parts. I asked how much was he quoted. To my surprise, he was quoted $250!!. I went about my way, found the parts I needed and went to pay. My splashguards were $40, $10 apiece. I did not buy them after removing them. The " boss" seemed to care less. This is more than new! I returned on several occasions to purchase more parts. After all, a salvage yard is where you save money. The person that was giving me prices was the "yard boss". It looked to me that I was being "gouged". I was never asked the brand of the part (Ford, Chevy, etc) so that ruled out the price differences. I noticed during my visits that people were being charged different prices. Some things really stick in my throat and this discriminate pricing practice was one. I dont know if it was the way I looked, the day or what. When I go there now, I make SURE of the price before I start to remove the part. Being the only " you pull" salvage yard in the area, you are at the mercy of whatever this person decides to charge you. I realized that in some cases, it might actually be less expensive to travel the 50 miles to the next closest "you pull" yard. They have fixed prices that are even printed on a form you can take with you. At least you can plan your budget. To treat people like this is not a fair practice. Most of the people there cant afford new , thats the reason for going there in the first place. I thought this should be brought to the attention of any people considering buying from this establishment.

I bought a plastic cowling trim and two strong arms for a rear hatch for my vehicle, $14 which was reasonable. It's a u-pull-it so bring your tools. Lady in the office was friendly and cheerful. I will return.

I'm posting this review, hoping that the owner will see it and think. I'm new to town, I couldn't believe this business's practice in 2016. This entire facility closes it's doors, and stops making money for lunch. Apparently it's so important that everybody eats together rather then running a half staff staggered lunch schedule. You know, like every other company in the world has been since 2005. I went to their competition today and spent my $50.
