Sarah coming to the store is the best thing that’s happened. Looks like this store is finally turning around. I actually seen staff wearing proper uniforms when I came in that’s a first.

Didn't realize corporate let them lock the doors before 8 (their posted closing time). If you need spark plugs you made sure are in stock and it's 7:55 the doors will already be locked

Nice young staff and quick service. Went from empty store to quite busy very quickly. I would recommend, only thing is I was not expecting to be told the oart number and for me to grab it myself. The number was told to me without any other instruction so I used my common sense and figured he was telling me the part number to find it.

Well I had to take my car to Walmart for an oil change but they didn't carry the filter for my car so I asked them if I got the filter could I get the oil change so O'Reilly's was great got to Walmart and they refused to do the cheaper oil change and told me I had to upgrade to the higher oil change even though I already bought the filter so I bought some oil and went home and changed it myself never go to Walmart for an oil change but O'Reilly's was great

The folks were awesome. The gentleman recommended fuel additive, and it solved my low octane problem with my car. Runs great. PONTIAC Solstice, Don. Thanks

The counter worker named Lee needs to be let go. He’s never pleasant or helpful. Willfully ignoring people at the counter. Rolling eyes. Mad he’s got to answer the phones I’ve visited this store dozens of times and it’s the same thing every time I see him. Zero pleasant energy, just an attitude. I love O’Reilly’s.. but not enough to feel worthless when I shop there.

An employee named Joseph helped us out when we were halfway through a long trip, on a tight schedule, and heard a scraping noise others told us they believed was a damaged rotor. Joseph figured out it was something very minor, got on the ground and fixed it, and sent us on our way--no charge. We appreciate Joseph's kindness and exceptional customer service. If I lived in Lake City I'd shop here because of him--he knows his way around an automobile, is kind, and isn't trying to sell you something you don't need. That's the kind of business a community should support. Thanks Joseph!

The only reason I stop at OReilly's is because it's on my way home. I prefer Autozone to virtually, every other parts place. After Autozone, I prefer Rockauto for parts generally. Unless it's a part that is comparable price wise, and there is no lifetime warranty on parts from Rockauto. Back on topic, I don't find counter personnel anymore knowledgeable than any other parts store. Although they like to "boast" about their personnel having ASE certification. In my experience, I find that fictional, and their parts and accessories are overpriced, as well. That's all I'm going to say about that.

So I have to say my visit to this O'Reilly Auto Parts turned my morning around. I went from having a good morning to a Not So good morning quickly then my experience at this O'Reilly store turned to Great! Stopped to get gas and when I went to start my car it wouldn't start. Had 2 different sweet people try to jump my battery off but nothing. Then a 3rd vehicle helped jump start my car. Had called this O'Reilly and they unfortunately didn't have a driver to come assist me so they recommended the closer to O'Reilly's. Went to that O'Reilly store and not a good experience at all so I called this store back Gary was amazing!! He told me to bring my car to him and he would help me out. Well let me just say from the moment I walked into this store everyone meant that they were going to help me. Gary was awesome from getting a battery thinking it might be that to finding out it wasn't the battery at all. He didn't try to sell me a battery to get a sale instead he took the terminals apart and cleaned them and battery posts because they were the issue. We had a great talk during all of this and I would recommend this store to anyone needing auto parts. Definitely recommend Gary but everyone in that store was ready to help me so I know they would you too! And not just for a sake either! ?

Have been there on two separate occasions needing help because of being handicapped... They came to my car and although they did not make one dime they were great to help me without hesitation and great attitudes! Thank you one and all.

I just want to say how grateful I am for all of Ernie’s help today at this location with my wiper blades.. He helped me a great deal this morning and if you ask me he is a true asset to that store and displayed the upmost care and customer service! Thanks Again Ernie for all your help this morning you definitely helped my day get better

I was on a weekend trip out of town and my truck check charging system light came on so I stopped in they did a battery test and said it was fine and I had no further issues the light never came back on and I knew I was taking my Truck in for Service this week

Only one visit so far... they didn't have what I stopped in for, but because I was from out of state and passing through, they referred me to another business in the area that had my part on hand. Great community spirit. WOW!!!

Nice clean store and Tom who help me foundd the part I needed with diffrent price options. Friendly staff and fair prices. 5 star. Note they give discount for military retires.

They pointed my daughter and I in the right direction when I needed to do my brakes myself for the 1st time! It felt like a mom and pop shop and not just some chain auto parts store going above and beyond!

Store was very clean and organized. The staff was amazing! Knew exactly what I needed and exactly where it was and also threw in a free washer for a bolt I needed for an emergency fix on my motorcycle. If I lived here this would definitely be where I took my business!!

Great place. I once rented a tool to do a repair on a friend's vehicle. I was suppose to return the tool in like 3 days,you know I forgot to return it. Slid under the back seat and I didn't see it for 3 weeks. By my surprise when I returned it 3 weeks later they still gave me back the money I deposited to rent the tool. I did't expect that. Thanks to the staff.

Came in for a new battery on a 2011 Ford Fusion and Mrs. Megan was so helpful! Told me everything I needed and got it fixed before I knew it. I'm definitely comin' back here for any future needs, I know she'll do me right.

This is the New O'Reilly store. My mom was scared about oil and transmission fluid with car shifting. She went here and the staff was awesome and helpful. They checked both with no problem. The old store told her "there are no mechanics here". Didn't help her at all. Any guess where we take our business now?

This new store by Honda just before Harvey's was sad.. I get understaffed. But atleast have people who know what they are doing... Big guy asked ME to look up part on my phone when they have computer.. Didn't have fender pin .. When I looked up said they have.. So I asked gray haired little guy, he didn't even attempt to look it up for me. Just said I must've looked up corporate. A customer in there couldn't get wiper refills for his Chevy truck said they don't carry them.. I'm sorry but Ill go to town and spend the gas to go to Autozone utozone
