Brought my truck in for trans rebuild In 2022 during the year warranty the truck was back on there 4 times for a complete time of 4 months of that year warranty and was told truck is under powered and to not bring it back to them well now it sits in the garage at home because there is no reverse and second gear is chattering the warranty was 1 year and 12000 miles my truck has 10500 on rebuild so 2500 dollars out the window this shop is a complete ripoff do your self a favor and find another shop to do your work or you will regret it. Spoke to at least 15 other people with the same issue he built there transmission and all have stopped working please do not use thus mechanic he will rip you of your money
Just got our car back, after 2 months of waiting. Car runs fine. I called them every week after dropping the car off for a status, each time I had to leave a voicemail and wait for Angie to call me back. When they did call back, they told me Car Shield didn't have an inspector and that Kenny would have to make a video of the problem to submit for verification. After Angie told me they would do it during Thanksgiving, Kenny said he couldn't (or wouldn't) the following week. After informing Kenny that we would pay for it, he had the car fixed within the week. So, if you have the cash, go for it, but if Kenny has to deal with insurance hassles, forget about it, take it somewhere else, which is what I should have done.
Brought my car in because we thought something was wrong with my transmission. They were able to diagnose it as something different. Took the time to help us. They were so nice.! Highly recommend!!
Took a car in because of a traction control light coming on and then loss of power while driving. They said it was the transmission and it needed replaced at nearly 5000.00. Car sat at their shop for a month before finally getting it back. Next day, light came back on and car went into loss of power again. Made appointment and took it back for what was supposed to be returned the next day. Sat there all week until replacing a brake light switch. Didn't even get down the road and the traction control came back on and loss of power once again. Called again next week and they stated that they will not work on it anymore " only transmissions" and gave the name of tire shops, TIRE SHOPS! This is how they do a 75 yo woman, never again and the word will get out of how they took advantage and treatment. If you can't fix a car, you should have said that. Bad business
My car's dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. Codes pointing in the direction of the transmission. He was so nice to me and ran a diagnostic check that was three pages long with issues. He didn't charge me and suggested the dealership. I was so blessed, it was a recall issue and was repaired at no cost. True honesty and customer care is so rare. They put in a new transmission and within 2 days it all went wrong. Trans fluid in my radiator. Screwed up my whole car. Took it back to them 6 months ago and they will not return my calls. My car just sitting on their lot

I am picking up my truck today- ive already test drove it though and I couldnt be more happy. I found them on google and just thought id give it a try after 4 different shops in lake city told me i had the wrong transmission in my truck. After Mr.Kenny got ahold of it he never once said that, he did everything he needed to do to fix my issue after 6 months of it being broke down. I would tell anyone to go to them, I couldnt be more thankful to be back on the road and find such honest people who actually try to do whats right. I wish i could give more stars honestly!
Good people i have brought my truck to them consistently since 2021 and they have always done great work and even warranty the truck passed their original warranty dates they have ben very good to me over the years
I like to take my vehicles to be serviced by family owned businesses. Not places that own a part of a franchise business. Places that have their name on a built business with a family name behind it!! Definitely not a stealership, definitely not a national named business. This was a good experience, and the service was done by experienced techs. Also, for the price and the speed of service. It's definitely better than paying stealership apprentices to perform the same service . I will be continuing service with this business. If you need service, give them a call.
KAAN TRANSMISSIONS is an incredible transmission shop. I had my truck and camper towed to the shop they got me right in and in 6 hours they had me driving my truck again. Wonderful experience, great people, would highly recommend them to anybody near the lake City area!
It’s been a month since KAAM rebuilt the transmission in my F-150 and I am completely satisfied. Mind you, I’m a retired Ford Senior Master Technician with 50 years in the business and it’s difficult for me to find someone who I can say that I trust! I do say I trust these people! Call Kaam had me on the road in a week very friendly staff and less money than what I was looking at paying I will use them again if the need arises
