We were traveling from out of town when our car broke down. They helped us in finding a garage that fixed our car promptly and also provided us with quick towing. The driver was very kind and helpful.

Kenny was awesome. Came when he said and ensured our family was safe and sound driving back from vacation and getting a flat. Highly recommend!

Very professional company. I had my vehicle towed through Ford Fleet services today for a warranty issue. I own a service body truck with crane, so it requires a heavy tow truck. Not many of those tow trucks on the road who can respond as quickly as they were. Communication was clear and accurate. The dispatcher told me when the truck should arrive, the drive called me on the way and they were right on time. A++++ company from what I have seen.

Yesterday afternoon when I was leaving work my car would not turn over it was completely dead, I put in a roadside service request and this company responded he's very nice gentleman and got my vehicle jump started at which point he recommended I take it to have extra battery was okay cuz he showed the alternator charging. Everything was very nice very professional and very polite.

They were great and very prompt....they also let me know that something else was wrong with my car than what the mechanic mentioned. My car ended up getting serviced properly somewhere else and it was much cheaper. Will definitely use them again #HonestyAndIntegrity

We got our car stuck in a national forest. Triple A and park rangers all could not help. Orange State came so quickly, were so nice, and helped us get out. They followed us out just in case we got stuck again. They were friendly, helpful, and kind! Would definitely call this place again. Reasonably priced for the speed and friendliness!

Locked my keys in my car last night. Kenny with Orange towing was out to me within 30 minutes. Had my car unlocked in less than a minute and I was on my way. They were a huge help and Kenny was very professional and a life savor. Would absolutely use them again, thank you guys!!

Kenny, tow truck driver, called to say he's on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and towed my truck to the dealership. I didn't have to go to the dealership and find a way home. My tow service membership expired last month so I don't have a gauge of reasonable/over price.

Kenny came out to tow my grandma’s car and he was so kind, informative and very mindful of the car. He took great care to ensure the car didn’t scrub the bed of the trailer and chained/strapped it very well. He was patient with us and answered the questions we had. I have a 26 ft motorhome that needed towing across town. The dispatch is friendly and informative. The driver is competent and professional. The equipment is beautifully maintained and up for the task. They were cooperative, considerate, and treated my property carefully. They were prompt in their response, and took time when necessary.

Needed my car towed to the mechanic, so I put in a request thru the State Farm app (I have roadside assistance coverage) it was very quick and easy and right after I did that I was notified that Orange State Towing was dispatched and on the way, then I received a call & text from the driver CB letting me know he was headed my way. He arrived very quickly and was friendly and professional. This was the fastest service I have ever received when calling for a tow so I was extremely surprised and happy. GREAT SERVICE! Orange State was sent to pickup my disabled vehicle through my insurance provider. Company advised a time they would be there and was very punctual. Driver called and advised me of status. Great communication and great customers service.

The service I received was by far the most excellent experience I could have receive after a morning I had. Insurance called them to pick up my vehicle at my work, after hitting a wild boar. Within a few minutes they were there, we got to talking about the vehicle. Very polite and professional. If i ever need a tow again they will be my first call.

I received exceptional service from Orange State towing and recovery company.Their service was prompt and in the ETA that they gave me was right on target. No changing of the ETA or anything like that. In addition, he was very professional, took photos of my vehicle all the way around and underneath; so I knew that my vehicle was going to be well, very well taken care of. He took me to my destination and the vehicle that I rode in was very clean. The driver was also very friendly and helpful which is important when you are in distress. Even at drop off he took photos then and the entire process was seamless. I truly enjoyed the service that I received and I would definitely use them again.

Amazing service. They came very quickly to pick up my vehicle and take it to the dealership. The communication by the driver was outstanding. He let me know when he was headed to pick up the car, when he picked up the car, and when he dropped the car off. We got a flat in the middle of nowhere, and our spare was also flat, so we needed a tow on a Sunday at 5PM. Kenny was there to help us in less than 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and took great care of our car as he loaded it on to the bed of the tow truck. His truck was clean and pleasant inside, with the a/c at a comfortable temperature. After getting us to our destination in a quick manner, Kenny again took great care of our car as it was unloaded into the garage for repair. 10/10 experience, Kenny saved us in a quick and friendly manner. I can't recommend this tow service enough, it's the best.

Kenny was there and done very promptly, he was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Especially in an emergency situation I highly recommend him and he is a great great guy. I can’t say enough about my experience with them. We appreciate him so much and he is an awesome person.

He got us quickly and safely off of the side of the road and delivered to the nearest dealership. We cannot say enough how pleased we were.

These guys are great with communication, they were on time, efficient, respectful, professional, and very friendly. I broke down on the highway and they were picking me up in less than 40 mins. The owner drove me and my camper van almost 100 miles the dealership and I had a great experience overall.
