I am truly impressed. I've recycled at different locations across the country. This is the one and only location where all the employees were smiling and happy, they were very helpful and kindly directed me where to go. They didn't criticize any of the items I was turning in. Was treated as if I stole a junk car for the convertor. Understand rules and regulations, had all paperwork and ID so they had no reason to be ugly. Will drive the other direction next time

Drive 30 minutes because of good reviews, waited 20 minutes just to be told that can't take old central air units without a receipt for the new one, that's fine but the guy was rude about it, because I said it should be posted on the website he said that's that state law very rude, I answered back not in all states because I lived in 5 states in 10 years, so a complete waste of 3 hours total. There was more to it also, the old white guy with glasses was just plain rude and not helpful at all.
