Thomas was such a great help! He arrived so quickly, within 15 minutes, and was able to load my vehicle off the side of the highway. So friendly, and went out of his way to help me when I needed it most. Nothing but great things to say!!

Great company, most of the negative reviews are from the fact the company is on Rotation with Florida highway patrol. They don’t like taking accountability for their actions and would rather attack those that had no part in their consequences caused by their own actions. They do NOT set prices for police rotation calls FHP does. They are also not 30 min outside of town like another person falsely claimed the storage yard is practically in the middle of lake city and about a 6min drive from their office on US90 where that person paid their bill and was escorted to get their vehicle. The owners are super sweet and willing to help those that need it have helped many many people in the past which is why after 40 years they are mostly 5 star reviews. As far as wait times they are a mom and pop company with a few drivers. It can get busy especially when on rotation. Highly recommend using this company.

I had a flat and needed a tow and I had an excellent experience with Thomas as driver. He called and let me know he was on his way, loaded my vehicle safely and played a huge role in helping me identify and choose a drop location. He helped me find a location better than triple A did. I was traveling far and he agreed to tow the car 100 miles to get me where I needed to be, long after business hours and later than 10pm. Highly recommend this business as they hire great drivers like Thomas and they go above and beyond for their customers to help them out.

Great company.! Outstanding service. Our newer Tahoe suddenly broke down near lake city during a long trip from the mountains to central Florida. AAA connected us with Bryant’s towing. We had to be flat bed towed 143 miles and also needed a ride. Our driver Roby was amazing and got our truck to the dealership in our home town and great skill and professionalism.

Unsure of who answered the phone, however, Rick the tow driver was excellent. They were fast, friendly and efficient. Could not ask for a better service the day before thanksgiving when my truck decided to break down on the way to family!

It does no good to give a poor review, and that's truly not our goal. This company has been in Lake City many years with many great reviews. I'm not sure what the issue was today but the driver who serviced us was very disgruntled and negative. He had a very poor attitude and treated us with disrespect by not speaking to us except when he absolutely had to give an answer to any question we had. I'm sure this company has many good hard work folks in it or it would not have lasted so long. Just wanted to reach out and let you know our experience wasn't the greatest. My daughter was having car issues with her car.. two days in a row Bryant’s towing treated my daughter so kindly! The driver Robby is very responsible and very professional arrived both times in a timely manner. Will always be using them and recommend anyone to contact them if you are in need of roadside assistance

Our experience with Bryant's Towing was exceptional. After a breakdown 191 miles from home, Jerry brought my dad's truck to my mechanic. He was very communicative keeping us advised at key points of the tow. We highly recc9kJerry and , they provided peace of mind when we were feeling very vulnerable.

AAA sent us this awesome tow truck operator who got my family off the side of the road and also found us a great mechanic who got us back on the road home to Georgia the same day. All that and he was super nice and professional. We are so thankful that Bryant's is the service that answered the call!

I just wanted to say how amazing this company is. They went above and beyond for our family. We were driving from Destin Florida and our car broke down. They took our car and us home 135 miles and we had a great time laughing the whole way and having a great time. Best tow service.

Bryant's Towing was incredibly quick, helpful, affordable, and professional. We broke down 200+ miles away from home in the middle of the night, we had no clue where we were in the pitch dark -- one quick call to Bryant's and they helped pinpoint our location and had a tow out to us in less than 30 minutes. Our technician Rick was very professional, knowledgable, and friendly, and even inspected our vehicle to give some mechanic advice. We got all the way home for a great price and super minimal wait time. We can't thank Bryant's enough for their help in our emergency! Give them a call if you are in a tough spot, they are sure to help you out any time of day for a great price.

Great Service and fair price. I broke down late Sunday night. The tow driver was great. The mechanic had my truck fixed the next morning by 11AM and I was on the road again. As a business owner, I can tell you this is how customer service should be!

Absolutely AmaZing Service!!!! We evacuated for Irma and were on our way back to our house in Saint Petersburg FL when our vehicle broke down on I75 near Lake City. We have AAA but were told that due to the weather state of emergency that they could not dispatch someone to us. A Florida Trooper stopped and let us know that Bryant's Towing would be who they would use, so we called them directly. We called and talked to Eva (who must be a Saint because she helped make what could have been a horrible experience one that I will never forget!). She let me know that they could only store the vehicle due to the Irma restrictions but offered to help find me find transportation, but we had 2 vehicles so we were good. We didn't have to wait long for the tow truck!! Ron was the driver who showed up and he continued to represent Bryant's premier customer service by being pleasant, humorous, and knowledgeable. Turns out that they had to keep my vehicle for a week due to diesel shortages and our home being about 200 miles from them. During this time, Eva had their mechanic look at the vehicle to see if they could fix it and offered me a great price!! Unfortunately, it ended up that they did not have the capability to fix what was wrong. Eva kept me informed almost daily as to the status of the AAA tow and when they would be able to make the 200 mile tow. Ron, the same driver, delivered our vehicle a week after the incident and had the same outgoing, positive attitude!! I cannot praise Ron and Eva and Bryant's enough for their genuine, caring customer service!!!! What could have been a total nightmare (being stuck 200 miles from home on the side of the road during a state of emergency) turned out to be one that helped revive my faith and trust in humanity and the selfless giving nature of the human spirit!! I wish that we Lived closer so that I could use their other services because they are definitely a diamond in the rough!!!!

I stopped in because I had a screw in my tire. Bob helped me out and he couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, or honest. Fair pricing, too. Made it safely to Texas afterwards with no issues!

My car quit on my in Lake City still 100 or so miles from home. I called AAA and they dispatched a towtruck from Bryant's Tires & Towing. I was pleasantly surprised that the original estimated time of arrival moved up by 45 minutes. I received a polite call from Ryan who gave me an accurate ETA and secured my car quickly on the bed of the tow truck. Because I had AAA Plus (highly recommend!) Ryan drove us back to Tallahassee and it cost me just $4 out of pocket. Very happy with the professional service and experience with Bryant's!

I needed a tow one night and Joe Martino came from Bryants Towing. I needed to be towed for a long distance so I had the chance to ride with Joe. Not only was it a pleasant experience but he was courteous, helpful, and prompt. I would call him again in a heartbeat. Bryants Towing is a family owned business that he runs with his wife, and it is obvious that he takes great pride in it. The customer service was excellent.
