Disgusting business practices. You will get scammed. Do not take your vehicle to this shop. Took my wife’s car to replace a knock sensor. Doubt they even did that. Light and alarm came right back on. After discussing with them the warranty, even if they finally agreed to replace the knock sensor that they allegedly replaced the first time around I would not even trust them to touch my door handle. Scammed out of $190. The fact that they earned themselves this review for $190 tells you everything.

The service was great and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Worst body shop. Horrible job. If I could give negative i would. Horrible paint job and realignment of body panels.

I got several things done. I was told that I needed several more from another well known place. Alex checked out my vehicle and said that I didn’t really needed the extra things changed. It saved me a lot of money. They are also about the least expensive per hour in the city. They were very punctual and courteous.

Alex and his crew are always polite and courteous. They trouble shoot and discuss the work needing to be done. They work in a timely manner and are fairly priced. Highly recommend.

They did a marvelous job fixing the rear end of my car. They matched the paint perfectly on my faded 2018. I also used the repair shop and they changed my backup light while I waited. In and out in 10 minutes

We are on vacation and started to have car trouble. We found Wishes Auto through Google. The brothers were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived. They took great care of us and took on our repair knowing they and their mechanics were going to have to stay after closing to get us back on the road. They did it humbly. It was so hot they brought one of their fans in from a bay without us asking! I was very impressed and our family of 4 really appreciated this alot! Excellent service and care! You can see they have a guard kitty also. Thank You so much! 12/10 family owned service!

Best place in town in my opinion! They provide the traditional level customer service expectation that anyone over 50 years of age would recognize from a different time in life. Wonderful family owned business! Mr.Edgar is very attentive and always answered my calls and answered any questions I had during the entire process, when that tree limb fell and hit my brand new truck I was devastated didn’t know where to go but after being referred to Mr.Edgar shop by my big brother who lives all the way on the west coast, I now know where I will be going for all my vehicles for any type of issues! Got my baby in and out as quickly as he could and his work… well the pictures speak for themselves! Made it look like nothing never happened! You can count on them to get the job done, very respectful and professional family! His wife is a sweetheart! Will be back and I do recommend 10/10!

**** WARNING *** IF YOU GO TO WISHES YOU WILL WISH YOU DIDNT!!! They had my car for over a month the first time. When I finally got it back the new bumper installed had chipped paint all over it, broken rear light, and brok brakets off the paneling. Some of my personal belongings were stolen out of my car as well. When I got in contact with Edgar (owner) he had attitude the whole time wouldn't let me speak then told me I needed to go up there. I went up there and he had ever excuse possible for the problems but after explaining to him that his son already agreed the work was crap and was going to get taken care of he agreed to redo it. When they got done with it the second time things on the surface seemed to be better however under further inspection the rear light is still broke actually more then it was originally. My fiance called him to confront him and he pretended to not remember which car it was when it was literally just there two days before then when called out on not replacing the rear light and not remembering he started rambling excuses again then hung up on him saying we our no longer his customers. For a person that has been in business for 20 plus years and "stands behind their work" which was stated several times each time we have spoke to him the quality and customer services has been unbelievably TERRRIABLE!!!! It was bad enough just getting rear ended and this guy has single handly made this whole experience WORSE.

I had a sunroof issue on my vehicle (scion). It is an older vehicle. I opened up the sunroof and couldn’t close it.. I had taken it to another location for repair. They did a terrible job. Took it to Wishes, and Edgar, the owner reassured me he could take care of it, and he did. He stands behind his work and he is a stand up individual to work with. I’ve since taken my car back to get my brakes worked on and so far my experience has been extremely positive. I highly recommend Wishes auto repair for anyone who needs car repairs.

About a month ago I was an hour into a cross country move and I had to pull off and emergency find an auto shop. He opened up a slot for me on 0 notice, on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road in no time. Everyone was so nice and the work was phenomenal. Hands down the best auto shop I have been to!

When I tell yall I hit a deer in my car an it took no time for him to do the job he done he did exactly how it needed to be done

I have used them 7xs on my personal car and company car! Very reasonable and excellent customer service! I’m a women and they do not treat me like other shops. They are currently fixing my car that a1 tires messed up and got half the price! 10/10 recommend! The owner is also an honest involved owner they have recently even expanded their location!

He never recommended a simple tune-up which turns out what my car much needed. The spark plugs were rusted. A tune-up should have been a first attempt to fix my misfire code. Charged me for two alignments. After $3k my engine light came back on. I found 2 big engine bolts where my wiper blades are. He said he didn’t do it. I still don’t know where they go The owners son was doing a mechanics work. Please take notice to the tiny sign on the wall, because he charges an extra 3.5% on top of your bill if you use your debit card, so bring cash! Negative stars is too many. Tightened my lug nuts so tight they broke off to rotate the tires

These people are crooks. Incompetent as they come. I took my daughter's car to have a power steering pump and the blower motor replaced. This was supposed to be completed with 1 - 2 days. By the time we left with her car, none of the gauges on her dash worked and the a/c blows......but blows hot air. They messed up the gauges. Clipped of disconnected something while installing the blowing motor. They will not own it. They will not fix it. They said they are willing to donate 2 hours labor to try to find the "electrical issue", but they cannot guarantee anything because it could take a long time....and the after two hours, I would be responsible to pay. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! IT WILL BE WORSE THAN BEFORE YOU TOOK IT IN!!

Our van started over heating on the way to the GA/FL game for our kids birthday. This family owned and operated business was willing to stay late to fix our van to get us back in the road. They were the most hospitable during this time. Thank you for your kindness ❤️

Took my 2007 Chevy van to wishes due to a misfire. Edgar said it needed a tune up.. I asked how much and how long will it take ( this is my transportation to work so time is important) he told me $1200 and 1 day that was on a Monday I called Tuesday it still was not done… I called Wednesday still not done went there Thursday and he tells me he broke something off in the engine it would be done later that day… called Friday still not done… called Saturday still not done… called Monday yep you guessed it still not done Tuesday he calls and it’s finally done.. so I go there he refuses to give me the keys until I pay $1400… but he assures me it’s fixed… I go out and start the van and it’s worse than when I dropped it off PLUS they broke my temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge and somehow broke the radio in it… check engine light is now on none of my gauges work and the van is way worse now… they are incompetent and only make matters worse… now I have to sue them… do yourself a favor and go somewhere else these people will scam you then call the police when you confront them about the issues this “auto shop” is the worst of the worst!!!!!

The people at wishes auto helped me greatly and what they did for me was done out of the kindness of their hearts and I will always be appreciative of it, besides that I’ve always taken my vehicles here for everything because of the quality of service they provide to their customers. I had bought a used older Jeep from a dealership and the transmission went out the very next day, so I brought it to Wishes because the dealership couldn’t do anything about it and had no warranty on it and Edgar had one of his guys look at it, they made sure that everything worked on the transmission after it came back from being rebuilt and test drove my jeep to make sure everything went smoothly. Edgar and his wife worked with me on everything the best that they could even though they didn’t have to and it was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend wishes auto for any repairs.

Just after acquiring our new truck, we were referred to Edgar at Wish Auto Collision by our FedEx delivery man and we are so glad we asked. Shortly after arriving Hector asked if we could see the shop and WOW... clean work areas, everyone working and smiling. Not only were they knowledgeable and experienced, but they were all WONDERFUL people. From our first visit we were treated with kindness and total respect. Shortly after thoroughly inspecting the truck for damage, the owner Edgar handed us a written estimate. It was a more than fair price for the work required to get it back to its original beauty In a resonable timeframe. The following day we dropped off he truck understand and knowing it would require at least 5 days to do the job right. Exactly 5 days later we were THRILLED with the amazing job they had done. These guys worked magic, multiple dents completely GONE, paint PERFECTLY BLENDED. The car had been detailed and was spotless and it had been brought back to beautiful again. In addition to the requested job, A complete vehicle inspections only found the need for new windshield wiper blades so they replaced them with with pleasure We will definitely be using Wish for all our vehicle needs, oils changes, tires, total engine rebuilds and vintage car restoration (another thing they are really good at) and everything in between. Great shop!! Dropped in to have a used car inspected before purchase, they worked me right in on a Saturday and did a great job.

These are great people who do great work. I broke down on I-75 over 2 hours away from home and they were the only mechanic in the area that was able to help me on the same day. They work quick and are very friendly and professional. I wish I lived closer so I could use them regularly. The mechanic who helped me, John, and the owner, Edgar, are amazing people. I highly recommend and wish them continued success, they deserve every good rating.

I had repair work done at another shop earlier and my vehicle still didn't drive as smooth as it should. A friend recommended Wishes from previous work he had done for him. Edgar and his crew have been awesome! He has suggested other repair work that needed to be done to my 2007 vehicle. His prices are very reasonable and he's an honest person. I'm still having a few issues with my vehicle, but Wishes Auto will be the place I'll take it from now on. Honest, reasonable prices and goes over and beyond to satisfy their customers!!!!
