Gave me a quote for almost 17k for roof repair on a vehicle (12ft box truck) that cost 12k. When I asked if it was a mistake, or maybe I read it wrong he replied “no, send it to insurance if they deny it I’ll adjust it down”. Same truck different shop quoted me 4,200. Large fleet company we use will never do business at this location. Even had 2 month wait in certain shops and would prefer to wait the time than to do business here. Additional companies ask for referrals and references and will steer clear. Seemed nice over phone but Maybe was because tried to milk cash out of large company but not good business. Lost a lot more than they made.
