American Towing & Wrecker Service is by far the worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give them a zero-star rating, I would. Their communication skills are absolutely terrible, and the owner of the company is downright rude. The lack of professionalism is shocking, and I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

Horrible communication, rude service, the only pleasant part of the experience was how funny there drivers are i ask what i need to get my stuff out of the car because i was in a wreck 500 miles from one house and 1000 from the other and they told me an ID would be fine, i come with my ID, some lady (2nd employee) says that worker doesnt know how it works and that i need to get paperwork then come back tomorrow I CALL AHEAD to make sure i dont drive another 12 hours for no reason after sending in paperwork and then i get attitude over the phone because they arent open on the day i was TOLD by their employee yesterday to come back on then the 3rd employee hung up before finishing his explanation because i was asking for clarification and he was annoyed by something before the call even started and decided thats the customers problem i was hoping it was a one employee problem but they all act like they hate working, terrible service, terrible attitudes, horrible at helping solve problems but great at miscommunication and lying to customers about how the business operates if you can try to get a company that knows what days they are open or are least the basics of how their own company works id recommend that so you dont waste more time and money

Prolly a great company but dispatch was terrible - wouldnt and never will use .

Worst guys to deal with we were dealing with Zelle to get him paid 1100 just towing a few yards they charged 500$+ while waiting for payment 20 mins Worst worst worst of the worst

Great driver. Very friendly and helpful. I set an appointment for my car to get picked up and he was a little late but he called me to let me know. I hope I don't need to but if I do I'll use American Towing again.

These guys were nice and got my truck fixed in a timely manner which was 2h of labor but they charged me 3h, apparently the extra hour being for "waiting for my truck to get at their shop instead of going to other jobs and make mine wait" Gave them a eta for 3 pm, truck got there at 3:10, repair done at 5 pm Math says 5-3=2h, but not for these guys... Time is different on screen shot because I'm in a different time zone

Had one of our transports go down. Eddie had a driver to the location fast and expeditiously. The driver was professional, had the rig hooked up and ready to recover quickly. They towed the truck to their yard. Their road service tech had the truck up and running n6 the evening!! Great service, professional drivers, extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend these guys to locals as well as over the road trucks that have issues in the North Florida area

They was rude they made me jump through hoops to get my car released to where I can get it worked on it's like they was holding my car hostage just to get more money for the storage fee or whatever all I know is I wouldn't recommend them to nobody

While transporting a brand new firetruck through Lake City, we had some mechanical issues, and Called American towing for a tow. The wrecker was there within the hour, and Joel was not only Friendly, but a true professional And took great care to not damage anything and handling everything delicately. Highly recommend!

Top-notch towing company. Friendly and knowledgeable. Had them move my very treasured, vintage, VW beetle and they handled it with great care. Thomas was on time, friendly and totally about making sure the car was well taken care of for the trip from Lake City to Live Oak. Eddie was on point with the logistics. I have found a towing company I will use anytime I need work done. Awesome company, I highly recommend.

Dont call any other heavy wrecker service, expecially late night Mr. Eddie and his team will get your big trucks out and where they need to go. The other guys wont come out. American Towing has one of the biggest tow trucks they make and can recover all size trucks and equipment. Very professional and they take good care of your equipment. Truckers, RV owners, and ANYONE with big machines or equipment you can count on them whenever you need

Best towing company I have hired. Ed and his towing co. drivers always show on time and are very courteous. The price you are qouted will be what you pay, no surprises. AAA towing has towed commercially and privately for my family with great service.

Eddy helped me out big time. I had a break down out of his area and he still came and got me. Took him 20 minutes to hook up to my rig and trailer. Excellent service, fast quotes, and fair prices.

They said they could not help me a stranded 62 year old woman because they don't take triple AAA service even though that is there name so I called AAA and they sent out Dennis Garage out of Jennings FL. They where very professional helpful polite thank you very much to the driver of mr. Dennis's Garage.

Got stuck on I-75 with a flat, at night in the rain and with small kids. I was looking for AAA roadside service and called the first number that came up. It ended up being AAA towing and I was glad I called them. Extremely reasonable rate, truck was there within 10 minutes and the guy helped drop the donut on the van, in the rain. Top notch and a lifesaver with 2 small children stuck on the intrastate.

I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. In the last 6 months or so he has towed my son and my car twice. It has always been a last minute thing due to circumstances and the owner has always come through for me and my family. I would highly recommend this company
