The rudeness is just unacceptable. They park the trucks in the immediate parking. And take up extra spaces. My disabled mother had to be dropped off at the doorstep as the trucks covered all available spaces to park. Once asked to move the vehicles, they became very aggressive. Never call them for services

I was stuck on the side of the road, and Marvin came to help. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even took the time to see if he could fix the issue on the spot. Unfortunately, my car’s problem wasn’t a quick fix, but I truly appreciated his effort and professionalism. Overall, it was a great experience.

Marvin did an outstanding job assisting me with my tow—10/10 recommend! His communication was excellent, and his attitude was positive and professional throughout the entire process. In my past experiences, many towing services have been rude, so I truly appreciated his kindness, especially during such a stressful situation.

Set a 10am appointment the day before. No call , no show, no answer when calling their supposed 24hour line the day of. Costed me a half day of time arranging another tow . Definitely not good business. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Jason helped me out when my car died at the side of the road, free of charge and took me to my destination which was about a mile away, helped me out on my time of need. 100% would recommend.

They fixed an '87 Fiero in two weeks and charged $400 total, including tow. I could not have asked for a more lucky break for when my luck ran out and I broke down.

WARNING: My vehicle was in a accident and the police had DJ's tow it I had 24hrs before I get charged the police told me I get there in the morning and before the insurance company could look at my vehicle parts had been taken off it light covers back hatch trimming my vehicle was trashed they had a cinderblock in the seat and other parts that wasn't from my vehicle I got intouch with the police dispatch he said he would compare picture from the accident When we got back there the lot had been cleaned up The cinder block was removed out the seat and He never got back to me after the pictures he took I'll call back Also the tow driver was seen putting tires and things for sale out front of the business address on Occuquan rd. Probably from out of peoples vehicles I'm still wondering why this is allowed and why would the police department do business with them it's questionable considering I reported them and others have complained Do we have a choice where our vehicle gets towed in a accident? If so and you want your things that's in your vehicle it's best not to let them tow it there There not honest or care and there's no need for a response on this review it's final my experience is over I'm just warning people

Thank you very much If I ever need a tow again in the Woodbridge area, you will be the ONLY tow company I call!

This past week somehow caught local plows unprepared making it difficult for rush hour traffic. Frustratingly, my car got stuck twice under the worse circumstances. JJ of DJ’s Towing was available every step of the way even though he was working several jobs at once. After my initial call, I was able to get unstuck only to get stuck twice more. Not only did he talk with me to keep me calm, but sent one of his drivers to help me. I appreciate all of their assistance and will highly recommend them for any towing needs!

ANDREW AND DJ TOWING SAVED ME OH MY GOSH!! was on the side of 95 and 3 other companies couldn't get to me but Andrew showed up, knew how to tow a Tesla and got me to a supercharger (cold weather messed up the range indicator).. seriously such great service i am so grateful!!

I have a couple of antique cars and I need them moved a lot, DJ’s towing is the only company I allow to transport any of my vehicles, I haven’t been a loyal customer for 10+ years and will continue to be a loyal customer to DJ’s towing.

I had an exceptional experience with CR’s Towing, especially thanks to Jason! He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. His professionalism and willingness to help left a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such genuine and courteous service in this industry. final rating, to be determined. For now they get a 2 star simply because I just had my car impounded and the police put a 30 day hold on my car. I must wait 30 days, while the daily fees continue to add up more and more each day. I make $10 per hour at my place of employment and there is no way I can afford to pay to get my car out after they have held it for 30 days so I came online to see if the owner would reach out to me and respond to this review and truly help me out as I am dealing with financial hardships right now and I can not afford to lose my car forever. I need help to get this costs/fees down and hopefully chopped in half (50% less) so that I can possibly afford to get my car out. I have my 2 daughters to support with my $10 per hour job and there has to be a way for people like me to be able to get help with the payments? I do not even bring home $1000 in a month so there is no possible way I can pay for the 30 day hold and I do not know what I am supposed to do? I am sure the owner can help me out somehow? I would even volunteer to help them at their lot, if that was an option?

If I could give a negative star I would. My car was stolen and after being informed with the storage location. I called on a Friday and spoke to Andrew who stated he need proof of the report and because that I would at least have to pay to tow fee, bit he would try to work something out with any other fees. Monday I contact the records department because Friday they were closed. The report wouldn’t be ready until Wednesday but Dj’s towing could call to verify and allow me to access my stolen vehicle. I stayed in communication with DJ’s because I never got a return call each time they said they would call me back. Tuesday morning I call and Maria answers the phone (knowledgeable) and says to bring the $400 I have, and they will contact Andrew. I get there to the office, and Jason and Maria basically say they are the owners and there is nothing they can or will do to assist with the fees. I contacted the county coordinator in charge of the towing companies in PWC and he said they were operating in an illegal manner that goes against state law/policy. I was being extorted for $1000 plus dollars when in actuality they were supposed to give me my car back of no charge. Jason tired to get me to give him my title and I pay I’m payments for any fees I could not pay at the time, and I knew then there was something very wrong with this business ethics and management…..so I’m recordings the events and process of getting my car out of their lot and the employee says he needs $75 to pull it out to make accessible for my tow truck driver to get. Again the coordinator had to call them and let them know there was no fee and RELEASE my car. Jason come speeding down the road with 2 or 3 other drivers jumping out like they are ready to assault me because I’m recording the bad experience. He begins to threaten me and accuse me of threatening his wife because I said I was going to make a negative review about their deceptive and illegal business practices. In the end the police were called and if the county which employs them wasn’t aware of their business practices, they are well aware now. I only hope that if anyone has been or is a victims of extortion and or illegal towing and storage fees to 1. Stay away from DJ’s towing and 2…contact the county coordinator in charge of towing company contracts.

DJs Towing came and picked me up, towed my car and charged me a fair fee. I respect the way you do business and would definitely refer your services to anyone that needs this line of work. Jason was a stand up guy and I respect the way he does business. Thank you Jason. I’ve also dealt with Dominion Towing and this was 5 stars above any service dominion provided me. Got ripped off by them and do not recommend anything they are about.

Jason, my driver, was extremely professional and drove with extra caution whilst towing my car. The service was excellent and fairly priced, and I would definitely recommend them. 10 stars if I could I’A.

Absolutely worst and most disrespectful business I’ve dealt with. From initial phone call to “attempted” service throughout. With a female stranded in the middle of the road. It was as if it was an inconvenience for them to be out there. Mind you a girl who barely understands what’s going on is trying to figure it out, they just leave her go away. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but I’d hail down a stranger before I ever tried dealing with these people again.

We had a great experience with DJ's towing despite our SUV being in an accident that wasn't our fault. They were professional and explained in detail how the insurance process worked with getting our car to the repair shop. They were friendly, courteous, and patient with us as we navigated everything. We appreciated receiving good customer service during this difficult process of having a car that was towed from an accident and needing repairs. Thank you again!

DJ towing claims to be 24hrs, and to be fair somebody did answered at 1:35AM gave my info to where I was and where I need the vehicle dropped off wasn’t giving a price for much it would which seemed odd, but was told the driver would be there shortly. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited an hour until I called back at 2:35AM. DJ or whomever answered said something to the regard of I forgot to call the driver or something, and would call them to see where they’re at, so I waited another 30 minutes and still no driver called back and now no one was answering even had my wife try from a different number and still NO answer. It was 3AM at this point so I decided to leave to my home thankfully my brother in laws vehicle didn’t find its way to the impound lot. Had one of good friends who owns his own towing business, Melo’s Towing for anyone wondering you can find him on IG as eg_pr09, tow my brother in law’s car to our house. To end you’d think this morning or even sometime today I would’ve received a call back from DJ or someone regarding if I had my vehicle towed, but no NO calls so clearly this business doesn’t give a F about people. Im amazed how this business has 4 star average seems like they’re fake or bought reviews to me.

Please be aware of this place. Heads up this place is a fraud. I am using words carefully. I have placed a car towed from Fairfax to Woodbridge from DJ company. I called and spoke to Maria she asked me all the details of vehicle, and locations and how far it is then she gave me total 151 cash and 156.00 credit card charges. I said someone is willing to take it for 135 she sorry that’s what we will charge you. I said wait I’ll call back. I called her back and we agreed upon 151 cash to drop at the location. Now here is the fraud catch, when two truck drop the vehicle to the shop he started asking for 225 dollars. Shocking to me. So, then I called DJ company and spoke to Maria and her boss. Maria said I made a mistake and boss said it is 151 pay to the tow truck I said ok. Then tow truck driver threatens to take my car away. Tow truck driver wanted 225. I called back and forth no solution to the problems they were rude, disrespectful and over charged me forcefully. and Maria said police Is on our side do whatever you wanna do. I was amazed to hear that. I will take action to this matter seriously.

I broke down on Dale Blvd almost getting hit from a car even with my hazard lights on. The owner was done with his shift at work and was heading home passing me by in his personal vehicle when he saw how dangerous my situation was. It was freezing outside and he ushered me into his warm truck, while he called his team member to tow my vehicle to his lot. I was literally in tears, shaken and relieved when he stopped to help me. I recommend DJ's Towing company for your service. I give this company 5 extra stars!

I had gotten my car towed due to a car collision, and they came in on a Saturday when they don’t have anyone in their office, and even waited for me to pull cash from a 7-11 when I didn’t have cash. Everyone I talked to was extremely welcoming and kind. When they gave me the price, I was filled with dread, but they were willing to negotiate a fixed price due to miscommunication. 10/10 would recommend. I talked to three of them, but Tiffany was the only name I had gotten. Thank you for the outstanding service and God Bless.

Great customer service. I was trying to get to work yesterday but my tire was flat. I called DJs Towing. The dispatcher was friendly and knowledgeable. She said a driver would be to me with in 30 minutes. The driver JJ arrived in 15 minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing. He even recommended a tire shop that was inexpensive, efficient, and fast. I would highly recommend. Ask for JJ

I needed my car towed on Monday. DJs was recommended to me by the service station that was going to do the repair. I was helped promptly on the phone and the driver, Edwin, was very professional, knowledgeable and courageous . The only reason I dropped a star was that the ETA doubled and I couldn’t get an accurate time when the driver would arrive from dispatch when I called for an update.

Damaged my vehicle after towing it for a flat tire. Failed to provide any information for claim or civil matters

Absolutely horrible experience! Please avoid at all costs. My boyfriend called them on the phone to get more information about my car that was towed after my tire blew on 95. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us. We went in person to pick up the car and the same guy was absolutely horrible. I have never been treated like this ever. My car was towed Saturday night and they ripped us off by charging us an extra day. We picked the car up on Monday because they were closed on Sunday and charged us $120 for storing fees. They charged me $410 total to have my car towed less than 20 mins away. The guy also insulted us and called my boyfriend “dumb”. Absolutely horrible people and horrible business. Very unprofessional!
