Vary disappointed with a battery that I bought here in October now it’s January this battery giving me problems which I had to jump start my van because it’s not staying charge

Only place I go for my car batteries. Quick, friendly, good price, install, and informative.

My mechanic recommended this battery and when I came back from a trip and the battery was drained I found this shop. They recharged my battery and gave me very GOOD advice, to invest in a battery maintainer/tender/tickles. Then I was in formed about the solar with rechsrge thru the lighter, which is perfect as I live in an urban area unable to use the electrical one. I was able to get home and I truly appreciate the efficiency and knowledge of the staff at this location. 👏 KUDOS

These batteries are high as hell, then they swell up in a matter of time, go to wal mart

Excellent customer service! Alyssa helped me with new batteries for my mobility scooter. They all go above and beyond and I’ll definitely be back! I went here before to have batteries replaced in car key fobs. I had previously gone to dealerships and they never lasted more than one year. I’ve been rocking my Interstate Battery ones for a few years!! Macy is also so helpful and sweet. The entire staff is nice and knowledgeable. Finally a local business I like and will continue to support!

The young lady at the front desk is outstanding (owners daughter!). I have purchased 4 batteries over the last three years for different vehicles and she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things battery related. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Interstate Battery was when I needed help the most. My car broke down unexpectedly in their parking lot, leaving me stranded and stressed. Not only were they professional and helpful, but they also went above and beyond. They diagnosed the issue right away and gave me a solution. They even checked a couple of other things and assured me my car was in good shape and the issue could be resolved. A failing alternator was the problem. I’m so grateful for their honesty, efficiency, and how they made a stressful situation much easier. My battery has needed a jump every morning so I was way overdue for a replacement. Was met with a friendly face, did a quick battery check, gave me the price with installation and I was on my way in 10 minutes, if that. Very professional individuals at this location! Pay the price for longer warranties and save time with their no hassle free replacement. Fast accurate service. Great quality fair price batteries. The guy at the front desk new exactly what kind of battery I was looking for. 2 new batteries in less than 4 minutes. Impressive compared to the auto parts store guys where even I have to help them figure out the similar to my battery.
