Horrible service. They put a lien on my vehicle when it was impounded for 4 days. Never get your vehicle towed here.

the young man showed up at house and jumped my car , his attitude and all was great. He pointed out a couple things that could be wrong. He was great

Towed my car Saturday, closed on Sundays so had to pay an extra price just for that and had me waiting several hours later than I was told before I was able to get my car, with zero communication about it.

I spoke with Courtney, who seemed committed to delivering the bare minimum in both professionalism and courtesy. If customer frustration is the goal, Redland, you’re excelling.

Extremely rude tow truck driver and charged $375 for a 2 minute tow ride. Would not recommend going through them if possible.

Family of 7 with grandchildren broke down on highway at 3:AM. State police contacted Redman towing company! The driver TONY was exceptional annd caring to our families needs. We are from Massachusetts headed to Disney and in a jam at 3AM unknown where we were. TONY drove all of us to local hotel. Then picked up our Suburban and drove back to hotel so we could unload our suitcases . Incredible customer service and Tony was exceptional and caring to our family needs. I was WOWED by the culture and customer service of this company and its employees! THANK YOU TONY & REDMAN.

The lady they have in the office should be changed. She was screaming like crazy, angry because I didn't bring my degree and I told her I would go and she kept screaming. Go get it. That's not my problem. It wasn't necessary.

I don't know if it has happened to many but the attention of the customer service lady has been the worst I have ever experienced. Terrible service, I think someone like her should not be able to serve customers. I'll only talk about this so I don't have to mention the long wait while she entertains herself watching the cell phone. I think that because of her attitude she must be the owner of the business

Incredibly fast service. We called for a tow truck after getting stranded on the side of 95, and Bryan (Brian?) appeared 12 mins later. (This was after our insurance company had called a truck from a different company, who kept us waiting for 2+ hours and never showed. I wish they’d just called Redman to begin with.)

They are great and respectful most important know what they are doing My car was in a ditch they pulled it out with no damage to the car.

Our Jeep had to be towed. Called Redmans and got a knowledgeable helpful lady on the phone, a real service dispatcher...not a call/message service. Wrecker arrived in specified time, driver very skilled and helpful. Jeep towed properly and without damage or drama. Clean truck too...since I went along. Fair price to hookup and tow.

The staff members were extremely unsympathetic to us and our current situation. Instead of being open to answering our questions, they were short with and very disrespectful. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Discussed with owner how our car was unknowingly towed and he was unwilling to work something out. Workers were very rude and belittled my friends and I throughout the entire interaction. Would not recommend this business.

After a very exhausting day of being stuck in the traffic jam on I-95 South for 10 hours we returned to find our car towed. When we arrived at the towing company the workers were extremely rude to all that were in our party. We understood that this is a difficult situation, but did not appreciate the unprofessional conduct of the employees during these difficult times. Very disappointed.

Actually wen ever ur car been crashed this was like a first experience for me at this level of driving but otherwise the person who hit u their insurance is responsible for all damage

My father has had great experiences with them before and today was no different. We needed his toolboxes and other heavy items moved from his work place to storage and needed 2 guys/trucks. They were extremely quick - 2 hours start to finish. They were friendly, which is rare in my own experience with tow companies. There were 2 points where I wasnt sure if the job could be completed with what was available but they quickly figured it out & worked together & got it done. We were impressed & will recommend them when these items need moving again for the new owners. Thank you.

My wife works in the medical field and after spending 15+ hours at work today she locked her keys in her car at a shertz. I called Redman, explained the situation, and they had an employee on scene extremely quickly. The employee was respectful, and took care of the issue promptly and got my wife on her way home. I highly recomend these folks as they are professional, curtious, and worked extra hard to get her squared away Since they knew how long she had been at work today. I could not be more thankful.

The only reason this place got one single star was because I had to. Don't ever rely on this company to do their job right! I got my daughter's vehicle towed and the driver was so careless that he let the vehicle drift into a building! They flat refused to give me the insurance information and insist that the brakes were out so it's not their fault. Was just that one statement that should tell you they don't know how to do their job. What tow truck driver wouldn't know how to secure the vehicle that they were Towing!?!? Beware of this tow company they are absolutely Crooks...

Geico set up a tow for me with the company and they definitely chose well. My towing driver, David, showed up half an hour after I called (they gave me an hour window so I was hyped). He was very friendly and immediately made me feel better about the situation. He took his time, and made me feel like he cared about my car. Because my car is so low to the ground, he had issues getting it onto the truck, but instead of risking my car, he did the safe thing and went to get the special tow bed, even though it took more time out of his night. I was planning on going to the dealership with him before we realized that, but he was very respectful of my time and made me feel a lot better about leaving my car alone in the lot. He got the job done and let me know when it was finished. I really appreciated the peace of mind, and would recommend David to anyone. Hopefully I won't need his services anytime soon, but it's nice to know he's available.

Worst experience with this guys. Lady at the counter was rude ! Cursed me on the way out. Don’t even try their services you better look some where and they are way over price too.

Tow driver was very nice..he went out his way to get us to a motel that was pet friendly during a blizzard after my car was totaled while passing through on way home from vacation..didn't know alnything about area or even wherd I was at 10 pm at night...just want to say thank you and your help and extra kindness was greatly appreciated..

Had a crash about a mile from their lot. They towed my vehicle on a friday before a holiday weekend. My insurance company had it towed to a repair shop on monday and paid Redman for the tow and storage. Wednesday I received a certified letter that they were applying a lien to the vehicle because it hadn't been paid yet and saturday I got a letter from the DMV saying there was a lien on it. ABSOLUTE RACKET - CROOKS. Beware using this company.

Absolute crooks! We were stuck on the side of 95s and all our truck needed was a JUMP START. The police works with this company and had them come to our truck to assist. When the tow truck arrives he advised " I dont do road side, and i cant jump you, i can only TOW you." (Lies to get more money). He told me it would be 175 an hour. We just needed to get the truck 1.8 miles away then once he got to the destination, changes his story and says he has to charge me the "POLICE RATE". Ended up being 500 for less than an hours work. Shady business ppl , would never use again.

These guys are the best! They were fast and came prepared. Pulled my 7000 lb truck up with a missing wheel, price was great too

My tire blew out around 8:30, I waited for nearly 2 hours for a road side service company that my insurance company sent, the guy got there and barely tried to get the tire off, maybe 30 seconds if that. Then he said he could call a tow truck, he didn't. He got in his car and left my Mother and I without a word! I called Redman and they said they could be there in 30 minutes. They showed up in more like 10! The driver knew what he was doing and had everything done within minutes! He was a gentleman and a life saver! They are the best and will get all of my business from now on!

Hookup within an hour, fast and friendly service. Towed my vehicle home for a reasonable fee and even backed my vehicle into the garage bay, great service and highly recommend.
