Look I got to tell you I’ve been working with these guys for a while now and they haven’t failed at all. I normally do my own work but when I can’t go any further and I can’t fix it I know there is a group of professionals I can trust and rely on to fix my vehicles and that’s The Faster Automotive Team. I cannot overstate how amazing this team is and I’m happy they opened up a shop near my home in Fredricksburg. I will continue to work with these guys for years to come. I give 5 stars which is a rare occasion for me.

This team here has gone above my expectations in terms of mechanics and regular maintenance on cars. From easy maintenance like oil changes to bigger jobs that usual dealers charge absurd amounts of money. They get the job done fast and effective. They make it really easy to communicate with them as well and keep me updated on when my car will be ready! i would give them 10 stars if i could. I have found my repair shop for life. I will never take my car anywhere else. The owner, Walter, is very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. He is very communicative and genuine. Will tell you what’s wrong and ONLY what’s wrong. Doesn’t try to tack on a bunch of other things. He was incredibly patient when my car was sitting there while waiting on insurance appraisal and then waiting on my check to come to pay for repairs. I work on my own stuff. Anything I can't fix or not willing to fix, Faster Automotive does for me. Quality work, fair prices. They made my Tahoes AC work like a champ, new tires, 2 years later still ice cold, not a single issue. They worked on my Jetta, very happy with results as well. They worked on my work truck, E350 KUV, same quality work. Now my F150. Highly recommend them. Friendly staff too. Jetta repair: I have never had anyone use a torque wrench to finish up my wheel lugs until now, impressed, now I know they are not over torqued like all other main stream shops do. Alighment was custom made to what I told them I wanted the steering to feel like. THEY ALSO CENTERED my steering wheel, that's rare, usually they just toe in and out and go and don't care about the steering being nice and centered. Even Karen Radley VW didn't center my steering wheel after alignment done twice there. The price is fair. Quality work is the best. They helped me figure out that I had defective new tires which I had to call warranty from tirerack.

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Their work is horribly substandard. I had to pay another shop to redo most of the work that was done by their technicians. There were bolts missing from numerous parts of my car- including the radiator, the a/c condenser, and the hinge for the hood. The headlights were so poorly installed, they moved when they were touched. In an effort to hide their incompetence, they stuffed bubble wrap behind one of the lights to keep it in place. They did not connect the signal lights or any of the hazard lights- which they were paid to do. They installed the bumper without the foam insulation. These were just a few of the issues. Again, do not use this shop!

Faster Automotive has been a place I put my faith into and it was the best decision I've ever made. The amount of support I've recieved, consultation on my project, and up to date notifications on services was amazing. I went from not knowing if I would own my car again to being back behind the wheel making more power than a v8 sooner than I knew it. Don't sleep on the team, these guys know what they do and if it's done ; it's done right. No exceptions.

I took my car there to get my engine rebuilt, the owner walter was very straightforward with me. Very professional and kept his word in the end. He charged exactly what he said he would with no hidden fees or extra charges. I highly recommend anyone who needs anything mechanical done to come here and let the professionals check it out. I take my two personal vehicles and my work van here and they never disappoint.

I met Jenny from fast auto about 2 weeks ago and I took my car in for a General look over My car is also modified it’s a EF hatchback with a H22 But without a hiccup they took my car in and found a couple things got a axel replaced valve cover gasket done Trans oil plug was leaking they fixed that Very good pricing for this job Then we planned out a Full hydro kit from hush Performance 4 tires replaced A header back exhaust which I actually didn’t give the right part but they made it work (thanks Nelson) And a seat mounting repair And may I say I’m happy with the work and this was also very reasonable priced. Nelson was the tech that did my work I highly recommend him he is a clean cut hard working man. And this shop is awesome 10 stars if I could and it looks like they do regular maintenance too so ima try them out more often. I really think this place is a hidden gem. Thanks Faster Auto Team.

I completely trust Faster Automotive. They will get the job done right the first time. If no one can fix the problem, they can. They are not in the business of making money by over pricing or cheating people. They have very serious, dedicated mechanics. The customer service is also great.

I got recommended here and I'm never coming back, service was mediocre with poor communication. My new wheel center caps were damaged during the repairs so I had to buy new ones which added to the cost. I had to wait 11 hours for my car when I was told the repair was only about six hour. I would not recommend this repair shop.

I got recommended by a friend to come here to get my car worked on last year & have been coming to them ever since. They were able to get it done fast & it was affordable. The mechanics are very talented & honest. They do everything from diagnostics, maintenance & performance tuning to details & wrapping.

Service was over priced for what they suggested I get done to my car. I took my car in on a Tuesday to get diagnosed. My car was still apart that Friday when I went to pick it up. I still had to wait 45 minutes for the mechanic to put my sparkplug, coilpack and battery connection back together.

STAY AWAY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. *the words in quotes aren’t incorrect those are his exact word. All text and voice memos were kept* This place came HIGHLY recommended from my friend who said ask for Walter. After getting the car back I noticed that when putting the dash back on they broke off a corner of it. I contacted Walter and let him know the very next day 1/24/19. He apologized and said they would replace it. All was good...or so I thought. Fast forward to 2/13/19 when I reach out to Walter again(via text) because I haven’t heard from him about the part. He says “sorry I been out just got back. I order it found on should be here Friday” I called Friday and spoke to the front desk who said he was busy and would call back. NOTHING. I never got a called back. Finally I get hold of him on Thursday 2/21/19. He says “the console is the wrong color. They order a new one for Tuesday” I called back on Tuesday and was told it didn’t come in yet and they would call me when it did. Again NOTHING. I reach out by text on Thursday 2/28. He response in a voice message saying “sorry I talked to my parts guy and everything he has is broken or the wrong color. I’m looking for another one as we speak.” Later that day he text me a picture of one and ask if that is and it was so he went ahead and order it. He said it’s coming in 3/7-12th. 3/12 I reach out AGAIN Bc I haven’t heard from Walter. He responded by sending me a picture of a broken one and says “I have to file a claim for it”. I was trying to be understanding and said ok. Weeks go by and I hear NOTHING. I reach back out on Tuesday 4/9 he sends another voice message saying “I’ll check it out this week on Monday I ordered another one through another company but had to wait for the other company to reimburse me” WEEKS GO BY and I hear NOTHING so I reach back out on Tuesday 4/30 he responds saying “it’s hard finding the center” which makes no sense bc in our last message he said he already ordered it. I then asked him what can I do to help get this resolved Bc it’s been months without getting it replaced. He never responded to that text. I reach back out AGAIN on Thursday 5/23 trying to get an update and he never responds to calls or text. Next day Friday 5/24 I text again. He finally responds “can’t find another one the dealer are discontinued. I’m still looking” Finally I take the time to call Walter out on his BS. I called the dealership and they said they have the part, it’s not discontinued but it is $800. I sent that information over to Walter and told him I didn’t want him to spend that much Bc the car is a 2006 and if he can get a used one off eBay I was fine with it and sent him a link of the one I wanted which was under $100. He says “just ordered it....sorry for the delay. I’ll suppose to get a refund on the broken one and never got it.” At this point I thought we were in the clear and all was good. HAHA-NOPE. It’s now 7/11 I follow up to check and he says the delivery date 7/18 Which I thought was weird Bc when I send it to him it said estimated arrival 7/6. I then go to the listing on eBay and guess what IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. Now I know he hasnt ordered it so I asked him for the tracking number. He responds with “ok give me a minute” after waiting 10 min I go check the eBay post&guess what. The item is no longer available Bc someone just Bought it. 24 hours later he sends me a picture of his estimated delivery of 7/19&said “I clicked on that number and tells me that” another lie Bc it’s clearly the eBay screen. I ask again if he can provide me the tracking# so I can keep up with it myself. HE NEVER RESPONDS. Then out of no where FINALLY 7/23 he text that the part came in&that I can get it installed 7/26@3:30 Problem start date 1/24/19 finally fixed 7/26/19. Legit took 6 months for them to fix a part they broke. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible service. Will never go back. If your car is here I’ll pray for you.

This place is a wreck. If you care about your car and money, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took a year to “build” car. Got it back with leaking oil pan, leaking head Gasket,Missing parts, Paid for parts I did not receive, valve cover gasket leaking oil into spark plugs. Tech there burned an aftermarket expensive ECU. Found 3 other people in the same boat at 2 different car meets. AVOID. “Bring it back to recheck” after a year, I’d expect a car with no leaks. Tech denied and avoided these remarks. Sad story for my car and wallet. Will be contacting BBB ASAP Edit: SInce Owner replied. 1) Car was taken apart for 1 month before Oscar from JC Performance's accident. I understand some parts were missing( bolts, half moon, etc) WHICH WERE BILLED in first bill with you guys 2) AEM ECU was NEW, AEM confirmed lack of tuning knowledge on these ECU's will blow circuits on board, which is why coil wont fire on certain cylinders. 3) YOU guys had the car for a YEAR, picked it up mid year and blew 6 miles down road. MOORE Automotive did break In map and wrote down in notes of receipt that car was MISFIRING AND SOMETHING WAS WRONG. YOU GUYS WITHHELD THAT FROM ME. I had get a buddy to contact Chris at Moore to get picture of Receipt with notes. (Chris remembers) Then you let me drive it out the shop and blew 6 miles down road. Over 10K invested into this build to get a leaking car back. Want to talk about doing favors? How about my buddy with the RED Mk4 Supra whos car you also had there for 1 year with 13K "invested" in build, ask why hes car is still not running.

These guys are really good at what they do. If you want to hook up your car or just bring it in for service, this is the place. Their very professional and their knowledge is second to none. Ask for Walter you, won’t be disappointed.

So my experience was kind of a mixed bag. They replaced my turbo on my chevy cruze but the customer service was just downright bad. Any information I needed I had to call to get and they just kept adding onto the price after they gave me a quote. When i got my car back they had forgot to properly attach. A guard on my car and even though i went back and they fixed it i didnt get an apology or anything. They can fix Cars but they are. Not good with people. I think they are very deceptive with pricing and additional charges.
