I wouldn't recommend this dealership. We purchased a used 2023 Toyota tacoma on Friday night. We went to see the car before we purchased it in the day light to make sure was in the conditions that the dealership was mentioned. We found a couple of scratches and they told us that they can take care of that. So, we went again to see the car one more time on Friday night. The guy that helped us just kept telling us that we just keep coming to see the car but he said us what else do you want, there is nothing wrong with this car and I told him do not tell me what else I want. This is a big investment not just a small purchase, & it was dark when we purchased the car. I don't know what they used to hide the scratches that I saw on the side of the left front bumper that looks old. You can tell when scratches are fresh or old. The sales person from the dealership took the car to have it cleaned up and I trusted him, I shouldn't have trusted. We called and spoke with the manager whom seems very disinterested in making sure I was taken care of properly. I spoke with the sales person that sold the car to me & he had the same attitude didn't seem to care. I told them I gave a big down payment for this purchase. The car cost me $36K for them to tell me that they can't do anything with the scratches that will not cost them as much as my purchase to fix. When they already fixed some scrashes that they did cleaning the car from the snow. All they care is about making the purchase and after that they don't want to care about anything else. If I caused that scratches I will not fight this, because Karma is a big one. I know that I will pay for not beeing honest in one way or another. Please, do not go there to buy a car. I purchased this car on January 31, 2026 and I noticed the scratches within 2 days of purchase, and that's because of the snow making the car so dirty I couldn't see it sooner.

I haven't ever had a bad experience with the service department. The tech allowed me a loaner vehicle when he did not have to to travel back and fourth between work and the dealership!

I’ve had good experiences there before—minimum attempts at upselling when I’m getting regular maintenance but I was really disappointed this last time. I had my car towed there after it died from what I assume is an electrical problem and will be under warranty. 🤞 They told me they couldn’t find anything wrong and that I’d just run out of gas 👀. My tank was admittedly low but not red light low and I explained all the electrical warnings that flashed as the car died. They sent me home with it and I barely made it to a service station the next day, with it dying and coming back three times on the way. My suspicion is that they were hoping it would hold on until my warranty is up in 2K miles since they couldn’t reproduce the issue.

After attempting to get my Ram 3500 dually state inspected at 4 other locations, Colin Malaguerra at Koons Buick GMC in Woodbridge said they could do it. Colin was professional and got it done in a third of the time anticipated. I very much appreciated Colin and his inspector! Thank you!

I visited several other GMC dealerships, and they all told me I’d need to leave my car with them for 2 to 4 days before they could even look at it. Fortunately, I happened to be nearby this location and decided to stop in. They told me to bring the car in first thing Saturday morning, and they’d troubleshoot the issue. Impressively, they diagnosed the problem and had my car ready for pickup within just a couple of hours. My only complaint is that they only have four loaner vehicles available. Granted, it's the smallest GMC dealership in Northern Virginia, but I think 10 would be a better number. Given the scale of GMC’s recalls—hundreds of thousands—it would be helpful if they offered more loaner coverage. They do provide a drop-off service, which is great, but it’s limited to customers within a 10-mile radius. I was just a mile outside of that range. They did offer the service anyway, but mentioned it’s only available on weekdays due to limited weekend staffing.

There was a recall on the vehicle. I called and got an appointment within a couple days. As usual when I bring the vehicle in, service was quick, advisors were professional, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process.

The Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC Service Team is absolutely the BEST. I made a quick visit on Friday, 29 Aug to have an oil change on my Buick LaCrosse, no major issue, just routine maintenance. In addition to an oil change, I asked Matt to have his team check my car over to make sure there weren’t any issues that I was missing because I was planning a road trip in September. And of course there were a couple preventive issues that were recommended and I accepted. The best part of visiting the Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC Service Team is the peace of mind when I drive away. Matt has a Great Team that takes Great Care of my LaCrosse.

Work was done but took a lot longer and without communication until I called several hours after the truck was due to be completed. Was to be done by 1pm, but when I called at 230pm, they said it was not done and they would call me back. At 445pm I called again and they said they needed to keep it overnight. No offer of shuttle or loaner. Next day was due to be back at my office by 11am, they called to sat it was running late again, dropped off by1pm. A bit frustrating as I was heading out of town.

The service dept was great. They actually drove from Woodbridge, VA to Great Mills Md to pickup my vehicle and returned upon completion of the work. Nothing but the highest compliments for everyone in tbe service dept that I came into contact with. The service manager was polite and professional in every way...

JC, the salesman was wonderful. We drove an hour to get a car. We were 99.9% sure we were buying. The whole process took about 4.5 hours, which is ridiculous. It shouldn't take more than an hour. We didn't have a trade in and we were putting money down, so the financing wasn't an issue. I don't use why the process is so long. It makes me not want to buy from a dealer. They make you wait for no reason. It was slow in there so they can't say it was because they were busy. It would be nice to just esign from home and just pick up the car. I really feel like our time was wasted, but we had an hour drive home. The other issue is that they only gave us a FOB. There was no key in the FOB. I called the next day about this and they said you only get a FOB. I researched and this is not to be true. You may need a key at some point. Also, they only gave us one FOB. They should have two fully operational key and FOBs for each vehicle. It feels like once we drove the car off the lot they didn't want to hear from us any longer. Where is the follow up, the customer support, the we want our customer to be happy and recommend us, and want us to return? It feels like they just want to take our time and sell us a car and be done with us. Such a shame to not treat customers as they are your precious gift and your lifeline and income. You fail miserably on that department.

Took 3 hours to complete the transaction once we agreed on the price. Way too long. Engine light, service traction control light, front crash warning light all came on with 225 miles on the truck. Haven’t even put gas in it and it has to go to dealer for service. Called the salesman and he said take it in for service.

Smooth straight forward transaction with no smoke and mirrors. Came from 2hrs away and Uris made sure everything was lined up and ready to go. Even got a follow up courtesy call a few days later making sure I had everything I needed
