Superb customer service Order my part and ready for pick up the next day... My son car is running again...

I had a terrible experience at this location. I waited about 5 mins to be greeted, and employees were just talking to each other. This place does not understand the importance of customer services. I won’t be coming back!

Never have anything in stock for earlier module VW's

Bought some defective parts. Tried to reorder couldn’t get them. Went in to get a refund a couple days ago still haven’t gotten it in my account, we shall see.

Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge. Lack of professionalism. I called looking for a specific part & the employee was getting an attitude when I tried to explain that he isn’t looking at the correct model vehicle for which the part I needed. Continued to argue with me & Held a huge ego when corrected.

Same prices has dealer parts. usually dealers are alot more expensive so olympus should be less

I purchase all my auto parts from them. I been going to them since 1993 and never had any problems with purchases or returns. They give discounts and treat the customers right. It they don't have the part they will order it from another location and it will come the next day. Great for foreign auto parts and accessories. Highly satisfied and reccomend Olympus Import Auto Parts.

They are a great place to shop for oem parts, and a lot better price than the dealer! Great staff as well!
