Saturday evening, I noticed a noise from the passenger back right side...a nail in my tire! I called Lake Ridge Auto Sunday morning..spoke with THE AMAZING MR. GILBERT! I explained to Gilbert what had happened. He listened calm as a cucumber...as I was all over the place. Gilbert said bring it in and we will have someone look at it...his side note "although it might take a couple of hours." I literally got to the shop at 1232p and was out by 145p... AND I DID NOT HAVE A APPOINTMENT...I was prepared to sit for a few hours (remember I am a walk-in) A hour later I am going out the door VERY VERY SATISFIED. I know for fact I was not the only one shaking my head with the Lake Ridge Auto experience, quality of work and the professionalism delivered and I had just received.. it's nice to walk in somewhere, sit down in comfort and not worry about a single thing! My new go to LAKE RIDGE AUTO...A TRILLION THUMBS UP TO GILBERT!

Tires installed and TPMS sensors needed to be replaced. My Kia van has 250k miles so not a big surprise. Shuttle ride to home and back made it much more pleasant. Price is good.

I took my car for an oil change, met a young man name Max, he was very patient , and willing to help. Took my info and asked me if I was going to wait or come back later. He took time to explain the process and make me feel as comfortable as possible. 1 hour turned out to be 1/2 hr. He explained everything that wass done to my car and explained the future service that I may want to consider next time. I thank him and was very impressed with his knowledge, patience ,and respect that he provided. Thank you Max for a job well done. Keep up the good service.

My first visit, with my out of state vehicle the emission and safety inspection took less than 10 min. The staff were very professional and polite. All of my questions were addressed, very impressed with the process and the positive attitudes! Thank you!

I love Lakeridge Auto they always take care of me with providing great service for my car. They also let me know about other needs that may be coming for my car so that I can take care of it before any problems happen. All of the mechanics there are very friendly and helpful.

I went to Lake Ridge Auto for the first time to get State Inspections done and it was pretty seamless. The only thing I could really complain about was that the wait time was long because a lot of people were in line when I got there. But other than that I had a good experience. Thinking of having them take a look at my car for regular upkeep and see how that goes.

Very Friendly and awesome service. Was able to get my car in and out for an oil change. And the team was able to show me pictures with their recommendations so I knew they weren’t trying to upsell me anything. Will be back with my other vehicle as well!

Just come here for inspections mostly. I’m sure any other car services are gonna cost an arm and a leg …like any other auto shops now a days. I must say they are friendly, lobby is nice with complimentary drinks (that we all paid) and must have quality work because they’re busy all the time. Interestingly, they have step up in advertisings and txting me constantly with new gimmicks of loyalty programs that gives “discounts” Things are not going well as I thought? Lower ur pricing and I’ll think about bringing my car here.

Yesterday, I got in line for a safety inspection after work. It was a Tuesday and I managed to be third in line. Once my car was taken back for inspection, it only took about 20 minutes for it to be complete. The mechanic was pleasant and provided me feedback about my brakes, recommending that my brake pads be changed soon. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Had the best experience here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kendall and Gilbert did their best to get me in and out and answered all the questions I had regarding the repairs needed on my vehicle. The inspector Mike was very honest and friendly as well. Would come back to this shop 100%

Employees had Good attention to the customer. Got the rejection on safety inspection then they provide me quotes to fix and diagnose which I felt like overpriced. I went to other shop and got them fix in an hour and saved $160. Then I came back to lake ridge to get the safety inspection approval sticker. Thanks.

Always great customer service and vehicle service. My wife and I drive from Maryland to have our vehicles serviced. No one else touched our vehicles. John is the man. All the managers are on point. Thank you to the staff and ownership.

In Janury 2026, I had a wheel alignment done and a cabin filter replaced. The entire staff including the manager were great! Initially, there was misunderstanding with the type of service needed on my vehicle. I requested to speak to the manager and he arranged for me to receive the accurate service that day, then I returned on the followng day for completion of additional service needed. I will definitely use this location for future repairs.

Lake ridge auto time and time again shows great value to community and it's citizens by deliver A1 work and candidacy. I brought my vehicle in for a major repair, they kept me up to date, showed me all their master technicians concerns, and didn't release the vehicle til it was perfect. To me that is how business is done. I appreciate their hard work and whether it's an inspection or major work I trust them with my vehicle. So far, I’ve been to this shop three separate times, and each time the service was great. There’s a feeling of organization and efficiency. Customer service is friendly and professional. I encourage people to reconsider the less-than-great reviews. Everyone’s opinion is valid, but I noticed some of them were reactive and petty. One reviewer said they paid for a diagnostic fee and was upset the shop determined they were unable to fix the problem? That seems…normal. Another reviewer gave them 3 stars because the shop accidentally forgot to clip some panel or glove box or something and left it on the passenger seat. However, the reviewer also admitted they have gone to this shop for YEARS and this was their first mistake. And the owner even called to apologize to the reviewer.

I had a great experience with my brake and window repair. Sade my customer service representative was outstanding! She was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain what was needed, answered my questions and got the repairs done earlier than expected. I would go definitely go back for future repairs because of her and the technician.

Excellent customer service. Their prices are very reasonable. They thoroughly explain all their recommended services and there is no high pressure sales pitch. I'll definitely be going back to Lake Ridge Auto Care for all my car's service needs.

I got an oil change and emissions . When I picked it up the glove box was laying on the floor and the fuse box cover was on the other seat . This is a little more than lack of detail or being busy. And did I mention it took 2 days to complete the service. Manager called and was very apologetic which I very much appreciate. In fairness I did go during holiday season so I understand but also expect a certain level of professionalism. I have been to lake ridge auto many times and this is my first bad thing to ever happen .

I called your company prior to coming in for a diagnostic engine light test and asked if you were able to work on Nissan’s and was assured that you could. I was told afterwards that you could not fix it and charged me $72.00. I now have to take my car to Nissan and pay another diagnosis fee. Advance Auto did a diagnosis test for free and had the same report as your company.

Customer service was exceptional! With just 2 days left for the annual inspection, my brake light was on. I called, explained the situation and was told to bring it in for a diagnostic test. Got there at 7:30am checked in the vehicle, and got a ride home to wait. Received a call around 10:30 telling me what was needed and another by Noon to tell me the car was ready for pick up, including completed inspection, and that the driver would come get me by 1:30pm. This was my first time getting repairs done here and I am pleased. Will definitely use them again! Thank you

Our family has used Lake Ridge Auto for almost 20 years! We find they have reliable service and excellent mechanics. Even the front desk people are highly competent and very helpful. Gilbert, at the front desk, communicated well and helped get everything fixed. It’s a great team!

The car is not repaired, I doubt that anyone there knows how to repair a car. Tons of lights on and I have to take off work to return the car after it sitting unattended for 3 weeks. Disgraceful and tell everyone not to bring your car to Lake Ridge Auto Care! Shameful!

Just needed to get two new tires installed that I purchased online. These wonderful people fit me in after dropping my car off literally minutes before they closed, promised next day installation, and delivered. Such a great price. The young lady that took my call and took me in is my hero.

I cannot say enough good things, I am so grateful for Lake Ridge Auto! I scheduled an appointment online Saturday morning for 1pm same day brought it in and Sunday morning was sent my diagnostics via text with multiple options and price ranges to approve or disapprove. They were able to take care of majority of the issues same day but due to it being Sunday they wouldn’t get my replacement tires until Monday. They told me they didn’t recommend I drive on them but I needed to for work Monday (silly me). I ended up blowing a tire on the highway and needing to get towed to Lake Ridge Auto. I showed up at 4pm and they took care of me right away and had my car back to me same night. Angels. Sade helped me the whole way through and was very kind and knowledgeable (lake ridge auto if you’re reading this give Sade a raise!!). Again, cannot say enough good things I will recommend to everyone!

Customer service was nice and they took care of me same day to have a leaking tire stem/tps replaced. However, they did scrape up my tire lettering on relatively new tires. I messaged them to express my concern, they did not respond.

Safety inspection line moves suspiciously fast. You have to drive through a tree's branches in the line and scratch your car's paint as it's not trimmed back to the curb. In the past they have put the inspection sticker higher than necessary, so this time I made sure to ask him (Robert) to put it as far down and to the left as possible. He did not do that. When I asked him why, he said he just forgot. The desk rep (Hakim) and the tech both stated that they cannot put a new sticker on it without me paying for another inspection. It wasn't my mistake so why should I be punished?
