I had the best dealership experience I’ve ever had buying a car at Ourisman in Woodbridge, Virginia. From start to finish the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. My salesman Allen was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every question I had was answered. He never made me feel pressured and really went above and beyond to make the whole experience easy. The finance director Zain was also fantastic. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process quick and painless, and made sure I understood all my options. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler and worked with Oscar! He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He negotiated fairly, was incredibly responsive, and delivered on everything he promised. We worked most of the deal out over text, which made the entire process efficient and stress-free. When I arrived at the dealership, I was there for no more than 30 minutes, everything was ready to go. He was friendly, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. What I appreciated most was that he respected boundaries and never applied unnecessary pressure. If you’re looking for a smooth, straightforward car-buying experience, Oscar is the person to ask for. Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge Would give a negative review if I could, had a verbal contract for purchasing a vehicle. Drove over 3 hours to purchase vehicle. They decided to sell the vehicle 10 minutes prior to us getting there. Absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional manager didn’t care at all. They obviously don’t care about their customers only care about money. Wouldn’t recommend going at all.

If you’re getting your car serviced at Ourisman CDJR in Woodbridge, do yourself a favor and ask for Bryant Jones. Bryant took amazing care of me from start to finish. He was polite, personable, and actually communicated (which feels rare these days 😅). He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed, ignored, or confused—just genuinely taken care of. He’s professional but also super cool, which makes the experience feel less like “ugh, car service” and more like “okay, this is actually pleasant.” You can tell he cares about people, not just cars. Great experience with Ourisman CDJR of Woodbridge. Allan worked with me online prior to my visit. He sent a personalized video of the van, which was extremely helpful since I live two hours away in Maryland. He and his sales manager, Cesar, negotiated pricing with us remotely and made the whole process easy and transparent. We’re very happy with the deal and absolutely love the van. Highly recommend!

I recently went in to get a routine oil change and tire rotation, I wasn’t expecting such a simple task to take over 24 hours and to have issues that lingered several days later. I initially went through the reviews of this location to see if it was a trustworthy maintenance shop, I should have gotten a hunch that there would be issues but I assumed some customers had over exaggerated their negative experience, but I was wrong. I do not recommend servicing your vehicle at this location. I had to leave my truck overnight after it was returned with a clicking noise in the front right tire. They could not diagnose the issue until the following day, and it seemed like they just didn’t want to deal with issue on the first day because they were closing soon. After I received my truck, I attempted to mist my windshield to remove some dust but my washer fluid was completely gone. I am now curious what else they may have missed during the inspection and am looking at taking my vehicle into a different location to ensure everything is in order. I normally don’t like leaving 1 star reviews but I feel like this experience warrants it.

This location is a bait and switch!! I was trying to buy a vehicle, but did not want to sit at the location for hours since I live far away. After running my credit and getting approved with a down payment, I was told they had a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. And to cover my bases, I asked for a backup vehicle just in case the car was sold. They gave me two others that I said would work. After arriving at the location early, the salesman I was working with did not show us a car or update us. He sat us in the lounge for 45 mins, no update or anything. Then they asked for our information again and reran our credit, even though I was told I had an approval. And after what feels like 2 hours, he finally got us after I requested an update told me the car that I was looking for was sold. Then proceeded to not show me a vehicle that I did not agree on and tried to sell me the car after my wife and I said that it would not work. And instead of him trying, he said well, that is all I can do unless you have more money, shook our hands, and went back inside. As I was getting ready to leave, I said nope, I went back inside and spoke to the Finance manager, who also said I was good to go and stated that this was not going to work. She said she is going to speak to the GM to see what they can do. After like 10 mins they said they could not honor what they told me on the phone, and they will be looking for me. I said no don't do me any favors. I am leaving. It was absolutely unprofessional!! Do not tell me that you can get me into a vehicle and waste my time and gas to leave with nothing! Mind you, I only looked at this location because a family member recommended it to me. I will NEVER return to this location because of this interaction. I was lied to and not treated like a person you would want to sell a vehicle to. And mind you, they have an entire parking lot full of cars that aren't moving!

OMG and here we are sitting home with a blank check$$ eating Wendy’s combo meal. Who Knew? Learning is Great!! What Happened: 1/16/2026 afternoon contacted Ourisman CDJR Woodbridge based on googles and blog reviews and asked for Cesar (Manager) and Oscar (salesperson) whom wasn’t available but Oscar returned my call around 2:09pm regarding my interest of Jeep availability. Oscar sent me video and total cost through text (wow great 2026 experience with remote communication and description). Asked about various discounts, none wasn’t available because it’s certified. So Great! I agreed to those terms and test drive the Jeep. I drove from Maryland rushing because his shift ends 5pm respecting his time (on a Friday). Test driving was satisfactory and great dialogue during the ride regarding vehicle, traffic, how I selected him, also working experiences and being trustworthy within our occupation since our occupations similar. Oscar volunteered the open dialogue (which is great skill when serving customers). Expressed his trustworthiness and also if doesn’t have answers he knows to ask for assistance. Wow interesting Like me!!! I told him and Oursiman CDJR Woodbridge finance saleswoman (didn’t get her name) why I prefer my institution for financing because I’m a business return/repeat customer valuing their service and customer relations which was referred to me years ago. Oscar and Ourisman CDJR Woodbridge finance saleswoman (didn’t get her name) understood from my perspective. Received phone call from Ourisman CDJR Woodbridge number at 9:56am on 1/17/2026 from Oscar. He sounded cheerful and greeted me well. I expressed my day going great, on the way to my financial institution, drop off rental and will Uber to Woodbridge thereafter for purchase. Oscar responded hold up, the Jeep is not available now because his Coworker (Ourisman CDJR Woodbridge - unknown to me which coworker) sold it to another customer at 9:00am this morning 1/17/2026. Oscar explained because I didn’t have a contract. I couldn’t continue hearing excuses. However recall that Oscar and Ourisman CDJR Woodbridge finance saleswoman (didn’t get her name) had me pre-signed all documents for purchasing just needed to required the funds this morning 1/17/2026. Oscar guarantee the Jeep will be refueled and washed ready for me. Alternative Solution: See But God Glory Gracias a Dios!! Thankfully I got to test ride my dream truck. Thankfully will get another soon. Thankfully yesterday Oscar and told me how easy and options to purchase outside of Maryland. Thankfully CDJR Woodbridge finance saleswoman (didn’t get her name) Yes 2 Stars is better than 1, zero, or nothing. If I could give a 0, I would. My car has been in and out of this dealership since May 2025 for the same cylinder misfire issue. Each time, they kept my vehicle for 1–2 months at a time, only for the check engine light to come back on shortly after I got it back. This cycle has repeated multiple times throughout the entire Summer until now. The issue was covered under warranty, yet they continued to replace the same part over and over, even though it was obvious that it was not the underlying problem. Meanwhile, I spent a significant amount of money on rentals and had to practically beg for a loaner, despite this being an ongoing issue that was not caused by me. After my car was in the shop for another two months, I finally received it back last week — only for the check engine light to come back on one day later. At this point, it feels extremely sketchy, as if the light was simply cleared without the actual problem being fixed. Now I’m being told that another diagnostic shows additional codes that “may not be covered under warranty.” How is that my responsibility when I haven’t even had possession of the car or driven it for months? It strongly appears that mistakes made while servicing the vehicle caused further issues. On top of all this, there has been a complete turnover of staff since my car has been in their possession, which honestly says a lot about what may be going on behind the scenes. This dealership waste people’s time without actually resolving the problem. It’s an inconvenience. Do not walk — RUN from this dealership. Save yourself the time, stress, and financial loss.

I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and Oscar Zelaya was my salesperson. I have owned many cars of different brands throughout my life, but this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. Oscar was super friendly and professional, and dedicated himself to meeting my exact car needs. He showed my different models and options, and patiently explained everything. He was so personable and I left feeling so happy with such outstanding customer service. He truly made this an enjoyable experience.

Bought my 2026 Ram Rebel on 1/3/26 from Ourisman of Woodbridge. The entire experience was amazing! Adam Simpelo in service has always taken great care of us whenever we need to visit here. Very professional, understanding & beyond great at sending us updates. Any questions asked are actually received with care & he goes out of his way to find out as much information as possible before telling us anything for certain. Unlike of experiences we’ve dealt with at other dealerships where they just want you to shut up and stop asking questions or give you the run around then try to throw a massive bill at the end. I have just had the best experience of my life buying a car. Ourisman Woodbridge has a phenomenal team! I just bought a 2025 Jeep Rubicon, one of my dream cars and I got an amazing deal! I was very honest about where I was financially and they met me the best they could to ensure I could purchase the car without taking advantage of me. That’s always the issues with car dealerships! You feel like they are trying to get every dollar they can out of you. But not here! Cesar gave me an amazing deal for my Rubicon and was super classy! Zain got me better financing that I already had and I have a military bank so I get great rates. Zain was very honest and let me know exactly what each option I have to keep my Jeep serviced and my investment protected. Zain was awesome! Then my guy Allan delivered my Jeep to my doorstep! Ran through all the options the car has and finished my paperwork in my kitchen!!! We started this process @ 1pm. The car was delivered to my doorstep @ 6:45pm!!! I have all of their contacts for any future issues that may arise and they have all followed up with me the next week ensuring that I was happy with my purchase. Crazy good service and I am so appreciative of all of them and will definitely recommend them to any perspective buyers!!! Total ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!!!

I would highly recommend this dealership to everybody in the area. 11/01/2025, I went to the Ourisman Jeep dealership after work, and I was in for a surprise: After buy my house I knew my credit have taken a hit, but when they pulled my score it floored me, just when I thought I defiantly wouldn't get the 2025 Jeep Gladiator High Tide, Carmen Rocaantelo (Finance Manager) told me I was approved. Even though I didn't pull the trigger on the 2025 Gladiator, my incredible salesperson, Cindy Guzman, landed me on my perfect Jeep, a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. It has slightly over 19K miles, fully retractable roof, premium rims, navigation, heated leather steering wheel & seats, and its a 4xE so its beyond good on gas milage. I told Cindy, I actually love the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon better than the Gladiator High Tide. Im proud to join the Jeep Wrangler family and will make future Wrangler purchase from this dealership. Cindy Guzman doesn't know yet, at the time of this review, 11/11/2025 (9:15PM) my old son, wife and brother are in line to purchase Jeep Wranglers, so guess where Im sending them. Wasted my time. They wanted to sell me a vehicle but did not let me do a test drive on that vehicle because they were lazy to move it out. Instead, they asked me to do a test drive on a different vehicle with different trim. They also did not let me go on the freeway, but asked me to turn around within less than a mile. When I asked for a proposal, they did not respond in a timely manner. First impression is forever. It is Red flag dealer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with a salesman named Oscar here. I was looking for a used Honda Fit that they had available and Mr. Oscar guided me through every step of the way with patience and kindness. He regularly informed me when the vehicle would be ready for test drive so that i didn’t waste time driving all the way to the lot and he kept a steady line of communication. When we got to test drive, Oscar greeted my mom and I with such politeness I haven’t seen from other salesmen. He explained to us in very honest and upfront detail the features of the car and the defects it had with no sugar coating. But what struck me the most about Oscar was his friendly personality. Through genuine connection and his brand of humor, He truly treated me like a friend guiding me to the right decision without any pushiness that most salesmen have. As someone who was burned by many dealerships, it was truly refreshing to see this from him. Even when we left the dealer, Oscar noted down specifically what features we were looking for and regularly sent me different recommendations on cars that might fit the bill, but with no pressure at all. Ultimately, we went with another vehicle from another dealership but I would recommend ANYONE who’s looking for cars in Virginia to reach out to Oscar first.

My daughter’s car broke down and she had it towed here. They fixed a few problems then when they test drove it said the transmission was bad. Obviously way too much to have repaired. She didn’t have the money in hand to pay right away and they told her they would have to charge her a fee for leaving her car in the lot. So we decided that a new used vehicle was the best bet. They had a 2016 jeep renegade on the lot that was 11300 something like that. When all was said and done it was like 18,000. We didn’t know until later that it was financed for way more then it was listed for. It was late at night and I’ve never seen a vehicle purchase happen so quickly. A few weeks later the check engine light came on and a few other issues and warning light came on. The air conditioner wasn’t working either. It was so complicated and lack of communication was absolutely horrible. They kept giving the run around. We got a rental because it was a weekend and she uses her vehicle for doing food deliveries. I was hoping I’d get reimbursed for the 10 days it took for them to order the part and fix the Compressor. They put in the work order that it only took two days 😡 so I had to pay 600 out of pocket for the rental. No way in hell did they not know the AC wasn’t working. Thankfully the warranty covered most of the repair. The communication was the worst. Messages were left with no return. I’d never refer this place to anyone. The salesman was nice and that’s about it.

Such a great experience working with Nelson at Ourisman. From the very first time we met, he really listened to my needs and worked with me to find the perfect car that matched the budget we had discussed. What I appreciated most was that he was never pushy—he was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The entire process, from choosing the car to finalizing everything, was smooth and stress-free. Nelson was my sale manager and really help he broke the prices down for me told me how to pay it off quickly but most in important he promised me that I was going to leave with the blue dodge charger I wanted and left with that .. a bow for her!!! I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience purchasing a RAM from this dealership in March. What initially appeared to be a promising deal on a 2024 RAM, with a seemingly clean Carfax report and flawless vehicle records, quickly devolved into a nightmare of incompetence, deception, and appalling customer service. My family and I drove to the dealership, prepared to finalize the purchase that same day. However, upon arrival, the vehicle presented with undisclosed damage: a noticeable dent in the bumper and a cracked engine cover. The seller dismissed these issues as "minor" and assured me they would be rectified, even including this in the contract. The subsequent hours at the dealership were an exercise in patience, stretching to an unbelievable 10 PM before any paperwork was even close to completion. I ultimately left the vehicle in their possession for the promised repairs. Days later, I was informed that the repairs would not be completed. The dealership offered a paltry sum as compensation or the option to cancel the entire contract – this after wasting an entire day of my time. I reluctantly accepted the reduced compensation, abandoning the agreement to have the bumper repaired. The ordeal continued at vehicle pickup, consuming another two hours. The promised check was not ready, and the engine cover had not been replaced. I was told the replacement cover "didn't fit" and that a new one was on order. The drive home, a mere 1.5 hours, was harrowing. The RAM exhibited severe acceleration issues, nearly leaving me stranded at traffic lights. The dealership, of course, was closed. The next morning, I contacted them to request a return, which was flatly denied (citing the earlier agreement regarding the bumper). It became painfully obvious that the dealership was aware of the vehicle's defects, a fact they conveniently omitted during the sales process. The vehicle is now at a local RAM service center, diagnosed with a cracked internal transmission and deemed undrivable. It has been there for two months. Adding insult to injury, the promised check took nearly two weeks and four phone calls to arrive. The replacement engine cover, predictably, was never ordered. This dealership operates with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, a blatant disregard for honoring its agreements, and a service department that is either incompetent or complicit in selling defective vehicles. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. Their "system" is a sham, and their customer service is non-existent.

I was in the market for a Ram Limited 19 and above in black or white. I was having a hard time finding one in my price range/driving distance and then came across a white one that Ourisman had recently gotten in. I sent an email and my salesman, Jack Linton, promptly reached out to me. Jack is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. I know there’s a stigma that comes with being a car salesman, but I got the impression Jack was a genuinely good, honest dude. He offered to fly me out to the area on their dime since it was going to be a 6 hour drive. I declined as I assumed that would’ve been used against me somehow in the negotiations. I was concerned with the frame of the truck as far as rust goes. Jack went and took multiple videos and pictures of the underside of the truck and sent them to me. When I arrived at the dealer, Jack had the truck pulled up for me and ready to test drive. Truck was in amazing shape. There was an issue with the tailgate opening and Jack promptly had his service manager check it out. I had my own financing so I didn’t have to do much with their financing dept. They offered me a warranty beyond what was already on the truck. I declined and appreciated them not trying to pressure me into buying it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience using Ourisman CDJR in Woodbridge and would go back as long as Jack was the point man. I think my salesman Jack was the sole reason for my pleasant experience. He was very busy as he was working with me and another customer both the same time but he kept things moving in a timely manner and was very professional and well organized. One observation I did have was I was watching Jack go back and forth to me and the other customers he had, and it didn’t seem like he was getting much help. There’s were a few other guys who sat at their desks the entire times and didn’t say/do anything. Seemed like that man could’ve used a little help! The price on the truck was fair. I tried to talk Jack down a few different times but he didn’t budge. Ourisman has it stated on their website that they are a no haggle pricing dealership and I found that to be the case. I have always negotiated the prices down on the previous cars I have purchased but the dealerships always find a way to throw in some unexpected fee in that basically negates the negotiated price. That wasn’t the case at Ourisman. The price was cut and dry. There was the price of the car, the sales tax, $999 doc fee, and $150 fee for NC registration. That was it cut and dry. So If you try and negotiate the price you’re probably wasting your time with these guys. Their prices are pretty fair as is. I found better prices elsewhere but then the dealers were trying to add $950 cleaning/ceramic “coating” fees, $750 Window tint fees, etc. you don’t get any of that here with this bunch. Last but certainly not least, to the general manager, get those salesmen some A/C in their offices!!

I bought a used vehicle from this fine establishment and I have to say I have not seen customer service like this in any dealership. My salesman Alonso was very professional and was very helpful in finding my next vehicle. I found some things on the vehicle that needed touch ups and Alonso was copying down all he and I saw wrong and needed to be fixed. Alonso followed up with me and even came in on his day off to come into work to help not just me but other customers as well. All around a very easy car buying process.
