Zee Tire Service was fantastic. They Arrived at my house within a couple hours and had the tires needed in stock to replace two tires that look like they were stabbed. The technician was great, kind, fast and very helpful. Service was completed within 30 mins and I'm back up and running. Prices are great and really unbeatable in the DMV area. I highly recommend this company and thier services. 24/7 roadside service is very convenient.

A few months ago, I was visiting Virginia due to some family matters. While heading back home, I noticed that our car tires were in very bad shape—definitely not suitable for a 12-hour drive. I drive a Tesla Model X, and it is extremely hard to find tires for Teslas. I called at least 50 places, and the majority did not have the tires I needed. The few that did had extremely high prices. I was in a state of panic and disappointment when I found Z Tires and auto from the moment I picked up the phone and called them to the moment I got my tires replaced, the entire experience was flawless—quick and reasonably priced. The best part was that they didn’t throw fancy terminology at me like other places do just to scare people like me who are first-time car owners and new to car repairs. Highly recommended!

What I thought would be a great experience with Zee Tires was the opposite. I wasn’t going to make a review due to a misunderstanding but Mia made it that way with her professionalism and tone. I called early in the morning to inquire about my tire. Mia was nice and stated someone could come out and to send a picture of the tire and pricing. Under the impression that I’d get the exact tire that I had and sent her. The tire mechanic Wasaq comes and is very nice and explained what was wrong with my tire but brings the incorrect tire size and wrong brand. Then all turns worse once Mia calls back to now explain that the exact tire brand wouldn’t be provided or that they don’t have the exact tire brand and size in stock….Mia then proceeds to become irritated and have an elevated tone on the phone, cutting me off and speaking over me and then hangs up. Now this cuts into my day and plans because I’m waiting for the correct tire size and she’s now bringing a whole different tire to me…while standing in 40 degree weather for an hour. She offered to go search for the exact tire size at another shop and say she’ll charge more but for all that, I could’ve done the same and went to a shop and got it right the first time. The mechanic Wasaq calls her to tell her I’d be making a review and tries to weirdly apologizes with animosity and states how she’s giving me an awesome discount although I never asked for one. Wasaq was a sweetheart though. Probably will not return to this business. Although apologies were said tone and professionalism is what matters and keeps and brings customers

I was stuck late at night with a flat tire around 10:30 PM and called so many numbers I found on Google either no one picked up or they said they couldn’t help. Just when I was ready to give up, I found Zee Mobile Tire. They actually answered right away and showed up fast with a fully loaded service truck like a mobile tire shop. Highly recommend Zee Tires for mobile tire repair. Was stranded in a parking lot with a flat, repairman arrived a little over an hour later, patched the tire within 20 minutes and the fee was very reasonable. He even had a replacement tire in case he couldn’t repair the current one. I cannot speak more highly. A true life saver.

Very nice and professional people. I originally got a quote for $200 just to replace my tire and those people said that my tire is bad but the car is brand new, only 4 months old. These amazing guys came and told me how my tires are absolutely fine and there was only a minor leakage, fixed everything for very very cheap. I called them just 2 hours early and they came and fixed it right away. Amazing people and well experienced. I recommend to ALL!
