🚨BEST EXPERIENCE AT A CAR SHOP EVER!!! I called in to ask for an oil change and right away I was greeted and assured I could come in. Showed up and got taken care of in UNDER 1HOUR YA’LL. The owner was very much hands on making sure the customers were attended to. His managers Akbar and Douglas were AMAZINGLY friendly, informative and most importantly understanding/patient with the customers. I overheard them explaining and giving the customers options for their services. There was a massage chair and beverages while you wait. The office is CLEAN. BEST SHOP IN TOWN and prices are fair/competitive. Trust me the staff and workmanship did not go unnoticed by my boyfriend who’s brutally honest and even he said this is one of the BEST shops he’s ever been to. Highly recommended and trusted. Thank you so much to all that helped me with my car today🙏🏻

Featherstone Auto Service did a great job! They provide professional and friendly customer service. Mr. Akbar, the manager, is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this auto service center to anyone in need of assistance or repairs.

I got rejected for a VA inspection for rear brakes. I got them changed (my mechanic was confused since they still had a good life left). Nonetheless, I got new pads and came in the morning at 8 AM. There were a couple of cars in line, and I waited for 15 minutes. The shop did not open, nor did the inspection bay. I came back at 6:30 PM (keep in mind they are open until 7 PM). The inspector saw me get in line and didn't say anything as he was taking a car for inspection. Twenty minutes went by after completing the inspection, and now it was my turn (current time 6:48 PM). He told me he couldn't do mine and to come back tomorrow morning at 8 AM (we already established they are not open at that time). Being annoyed at this point, I pointed out I was rejected, and that had been taken care of. He absolutely could not do my inspection! Why? He had six or seven dealer cars he needed to finish before going home. Okay? Then why didn't you tell me anything when you saw me waiting in line for 20 minutes!!! I understand yall are busy but being rude and running away from customers when they are talking is ridiculous!!! Just like this inspector has valued his time, I think we also value ours. Absolutely no reason to make me wait just to tell me, he can't do shit!!!

Been going there for 13 years. They work with you. They fixed what need to fixed. And you don't have to be keep taking your car in for fixing. They let you know what's wrong with your car. Like taking my car there. They been my Mechanic for year's.

I come here for Safety Inspections (🔺The Safety Inspections line used to be in the front it’s at the back now!!), they’re super quick 15-20 mins tops!

I came at 6 in the afternoon and the person doing the inspection didn't want to help me because they closed at 6 pm. He told me and I called before to find out what time they closed and they told me at 7 and besides that on the wall they have marked that they close at 7 pm. They are mean to customers because I always come here and this time a bitter man received me. From today I will no longer be a customer of this place.

Great mechanics, customer service, the whole 9 yards. I've been spiffed by other auto shops and these guys are reliable, honest and professional. Some of the best rates in the area too!

Excellent service at a fair price. So why am I giving them a 1-star review? I was referred to the shop that is behind this one, by a friend who uses that other shop for their fleet. I specifically told Featherstone who I was referred by. The people at Featherstone pretended they knew who referred me, and went along with it when I talked about what a trusted shop they were for my friend's fleet of vans. I had accidentally gone to the wrong shop (Featherstone). However, even after having an entire conversation with two men at Featherstone about who referred and and why, these men did not tell me I was at the wrong shop. Instead, Featherstone did the work under false pretenses, with me believing this was the shop I had been referred to. The work was done well and at a fair price. However, I needed to get this off my chest because Featherstone stole work from the shop behind them by lying to me by omission. I won't be asking for a refund because they did the work, and unlike the staff at Featherstone, I believe in fairness and honesty.

I'm so impressed with these guys! They are true to their word. Their prices are very competitive and the quality of their work is 5 star! Thanks for calling me and asking me to give you all another chance. I am so appreciative. I have a forever mechanic!💜 I'm updating my previous one star review! They actually read my review, apologized, made significant changes (changed staff/mechanics) and offered me a couple free oil changes!.....They care about their customers! When i take my car in for maintenance, I'll update again. Thank you management!

These people let their friends skip the line infront of other customers and then say we can’t do your car because they are tired. Such a unprofessional disrespectful shop

My son takes his car here for repairs. The cashier and mechanics were nice. Clean customer lobby.

Can usually find good stuff here for a reasonable price, however this place can be a little modern

I came here a few weeks to get my safety inspection done which was way overdue and was told that I needed to get my rear brake pads and rotors done. He even quoted me a fair price. So I checked with my normal mechanic and Featherstone Auto Service Center was a better price so I decided to go with them. I got the work done this past Friday and they were wonderful and the quote they gave me was correct. They were professional and respectful. This is within walking distance of my home so I have found a new mechanic. I highly recommend Featherstone Auto Service Center.

Took my car here for an inspection and oil change. The service was great and everyone was pleasant to deal with. Prices for everything are better than at other places I have taken my car to.

Great service went there 2wice both times had great services and the staff is friendly,nice and funny they have nice great humor make you smile . And they take good care of your car too.

They were very polite and helpful. I will only bring my Jeep to them for inspections and emissions. See the update below. UPDATE 8/14/24 I will always take my Jeep to this auto shop. I drive a 2000 Jeep Cherokee. This shop and the friendly mechanics that work there have always made me feel comfortable, and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me as far as pricing goes. I waited 3 hours to get my inspection/emissions done the first time and then another 3 hours to get it reinspected after getting failed for 1 out of the two license plate bulbs being out, which is ridiculous- Farooq Ali, the inspector is extremely slow and will fail you over the tiniest thing. Not only never coming back here, but would not recommend anyone to come here.

I came here to get my emissions and safety inspection as someone new to Virginia. I did not expect to be waiting over 3 hours in line when only about 7 cars were in front of me. I wish they had a sign that said how long the wait would be approximately. Once they got to me, the workers were kind and relatively quick, but that was way too long to wait. Also, once you’re in line, you can’t leave as the line is marked with chains.

Excellent service, never disappoints. My family has lived in the area for many years and we’ve stuck with Featherstone Auto since they opened. A while back they helped with an inspection and after failing, they provided honest and helpful advice on how to fix it and avoid problems in the future. More recently, my car brakes began to grind (sing) which was the signal for new brake pads and rotors since I’d been avoiding that for a long while. Andres answered the phone each time I called to annoy him with questions and concerns. He promptly addressed any concerns over the phone and when I was there to drop off/ pick up my vehicle. He informed me that Jesse had worked on my car so it wouldn’t sing anymore. I appreciate their work in fixing my car quickly and addressing any concerns. The location is convenient, the waiting room area is clean and spacious, while always providing excellent service. Thanks again to everyone that works there.

This is like a one-stop-shop for us for the past six years. They are honest I am repeating this they are honest and professional mechanic/staff. Their customer service and work are astonishing! Doesn’t matter what brand you have Toyota, Cadillac, or Mercedes they are available to help you with charming faces! I always enjoy going to this place and am proud to have them in our neighborhood. Don’t ask about their wonderful coffee! It’s mind-blowing!

I am new to the area. I came to Featherstone for a complicated headlight repair. The front desk managers were so nice and courteous. They were honest and clearly explained what the problem was. The car was fixed quickly and for much cheaper than any other quote I could find. This was the best most reassuring auto repair experience I have had.

I recently went in for an oil change and inspection. The service was excellent. My car was taken back right away. They were very quick with their service and were professional throughout the process. Sonia was especially helpful and knowledgable as she let me know exactly what I needed for my car and offered to complete the service right on the spot. I was thoroughly impressed by the whole process and will only be taking mine and my fiancee's car to Featherstone from here on out!

One of the best auto shops around! I love the Station Manager's work ethic an enthusiasm. Every time I go here, I have a smooth and efficient visit. The mechanics really know what they are doing, and take the time to explain what your car needs and what your options are. They are cheaper compared to most of the auto shops around and work with honesty. The owners are hard workers and are very friendly, coming to get my car fixed or getting a oil change is never a worry because I know I am in good hand. They also always have great specials and deals!! Take advantage of those! Highly recommend this place.
