Great place and great team. Been dealing with Chris and Thomas for my fleet services. Parts department and front desk are great as well. Chris always help me when in time of need and in cases of emergency so get my truck back on the road, I don’t mind making the drive to go see these guys. Always a great experience and will continue to be back for any future services or repair, thanks again everyone !

Had a issue with my new V70 wrecker. Spoke with Fred on Wednesday night, he informed me to bring the truck the next morning where after a few mins got me pulled in, figured out the issues and fixed it without hesitation. This is the 3rd time having Fred work on a truck for me and everytime he gets it done fast. Matheny has my business just because of Freds customer service, 100% recommend. Also have dealt with ozzy in parts numerous times and always like clock work gets back to mee with the information and parts I need.
Dealt with Josh, outstanding service, stand up advisor and honest pricing. Had rear work lights installed, had issues with the lights not working ( hey I get it nothing goes perfect sometimes, I know that myself personally) called him back regarding the issue. He was short on staff but he made sure to get me back in there and fixed the issue as soon as he could. Unlike other shops he didn’t try and up sell me anything or charged me any extra. I would definitely come back foe any future installs and recommend then to anyone. It was a long from where I live but good and honest work is hard to find and I didn’t mind hanging out in the front office and looking at their big range of replacement parts for your wrecker, happy New Years guys and keep up the awesome work!
One of my trucks was damaged yesterday and not useable to work with. I called the new service manager (Josh) in the service department and he advised me to bring the truck in immediately. All I can say is this young man took charge immediately and fixed my truck and had it back on the road by end of business the same day! This is True customer service and caring for the customers needs.<br>Hard to find good employees like Josh and his Team. Truly the best, Customer service and craftsmanship are these guys middle name. I have been dealing with Chris and have personally seen him deliver over 50 trucks throughout the years. Get your cameras ready cuz these trucks coming g outta Matheny's are second to none! Show quality ever time
I bought a used wrecker. The truck was not as advertised. I have spent thousands getting it to where it should have been when I bought it. Very bad business. Tried numerous times to get a response from them never did contact me.<br>Well 2 months later out of $9600 they offered approx $300 worth of repairs. Must have to be a bigger player than i to get justice from this company.
