They did good work on my vehicle. My only issue is that I received an estimate last Monday for X amount for labor, parts, etc and then today when I picked up my car they told me the part was more expensive. How does the price of a part change in ONE week? Besides that, they were professional and my car was ready the same day.

This is a fabulous auto body shop. My CX5 needed a small repair on the front bumper. Paul the owner is wonderful. He is honest, up front and his prices are very fair. I would recommend this auto body shop to anyone looking for a repair. In addition, the turn around time was so good and when we picked up the car, you cannot tell that it ever was hit. The work is perfect. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Paul!

Outstanding experience. Great price (I did not use insurance), friendly and knowledgeable team, flawless repair, quick turnaround. I brought in a 2020 Mazda CX-9 to repair a scrape on the front bumper. It only took a few minutes to get an estimate and thorough explanation of the work to be done. United Auto Body was able to get me into the shop in just a few days. The work was completed on time, the paint was a perfect match and the vehicle looks great.

Overall nice shop.. Their quality is good versus excellent, as they get rather busy, and may not properly clean up the cars after they work on them as they should, but they beat most shops here in Woodbridge..

I got rear-ended sometime last month and was researching body shops in the area that could repair my damages on my car sooner than later. Luckily, when I spoke to the owner Paul over the phone he said I could bring my car in earlier than other body shops I previously called or went to. The owner Paul and his team did a great job overall with my car and went as far as correcting something on my car that they knowingly were at fault for. The owner Paul was so pleasant and kind and even met another worker there (Young) who I think may have been the previous owner but all in all he was friendly too! Great customer service and would recommend this place to anyone. One thing I would suggest is that they should call the customer every now and then to provide updates on your car especially if they have your car at their shop for a long period of time like in my situation. No worries though because I got my car back and almost looks like brand new 😀

Fantastic job done by the owner Paul and team! I'm really impressed. My BMW M5 front bumper and some other body work they did it so good, my car is now good as new now!

I came to United autobody because someone had hit my car in a parking lot and the person was nice enough to leave a note. The person and I went to United auto body and Paul was extremely helpful and so nice and so was his team, they were able to work with my schedule to get the car fixed and even had it finished in one day. He was extremely nice and so was his team, The customer service is a 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend them. He’s also a very fair guy. My car looks better than before.

I can't even begin to explain how grateful I am for Paul at United Auto Body. A quick story.. I live in NY and my 19 year old daughter took her first road trip to Virginia to visit her boyfriend in the coast guard. I got a call from her in a panic saying she got hit by an 18 wheeler while driving.. Thankfully she was ok but the rear bumper cover of her car was ripped off and I was 8 hours away. I got on google and looked for auto body shops nearby. Paul answered and immediately understood my situation and dropped what he was doing to go check on my daughter. He was able to do some temporary repairs to have her drive the car back to the shop where he had an employee fix her up to get the car road worthy. It took only a few minutes. On top of that Paul refused to take any payment and said that he believes doing good things for others comes back around. I can't express how grateful I am to have called the right shop and how quickly he put me at ease. It meant the world to me that he would drop what he was doing and take care of my little girl who was understandably shook up. I would have happily paid whatever he asked but he refused. Thank you Paul and thank you United Auto Body for being so thoughtful. I will absolutely pay it forward and I hope your good deed comes back 10 fold!

UAB does great body work. First I had a piece of trim on the front drivers side panel of my ‘03 Infiniti G35 Coupe popped loose. I brought it to UAB, they took look at it and fixed it on the spot in about 10 minutes and sent me on my way. I came back about month later and had them repair a crack in my front bumper. Looks like new (see before & after pics). Prompt and quality service at a good rate!

Hard to rate them anything less than 5. Their prices are reasonable, work is impeccable, and honest people. What more can you ask for? I've visited many auto body shops in the dmv area, they are simply the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They are by far the best body shop in the region. We had the unfortunate need to use the shop to repair damage to our vehicle recently. They did an absolutely fantastic job. The damage was repaired to its original mint condition. Paul, the owner, who is almost always available at the shop is one of the most pleasant and genuine individuals I have had the pleasure of dealing with. In fact, he contacted us after payment to let me know he had received additional payment from the insurance company owed back to us. An honest individual, an honest business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Not that I ever want to have to repair damage to my car, but if anyone asks, UNITED AUTOBODY will be my only referral. Thank you for running an honest business.

My Lexus ES350 needed bumper replacement. It was out of pocket expense for me. Went to a shop and quote was too much. Then a friend of mine recommended Paul from United Auto Body. From the moment I met Paul I found him a genuine guy. His quote was reasonable and his work was awesome. I got the car on time for a trip out of town. When my wife came to the shop to drop me off, Paul noticed an unusual sound from my wife’s car. He alerted and looked at the right away. Then he told us that problem seems to be from A/C clutch. I am very impressed with Paul and he will be my auto repair shop going forward.

Paul at United gave me a good price to repair a damaged fender on my 2004 Jaguar XJ8. The car is in fine shape considering its age, but this fender was unsightly. Paul and his team repaired the damage and painted the fender so that looks better than new. I definitely recommend United to anyone in need of body work.

I took my 2019 Audi Q5 to this shop to repair some deep dents and scratches along the roof and frame of the car. I was nervous initially because I've never used the shop before and I'm very picky about my vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the result. Paul Kim, the owner, was responsive and very professional. They performed the work on schedule and saved me thousands of dollars on the competing bid I received. Hopefully I won't need United Auto Body, Inc.'s services again. But if I sustain any other damage to my vehicle, I will take it back to Paul immediately. Highly recommend!

I have known the owner Paul for a long time as a customer. They are EXCELLENT in their work and in my view, much better overall value than others. For small accidents (like in parking lots), we just go to them directly and do not contact the insurance company. They generally charge less than what the insurance estimate would be (I had one case that I had with an insurance company and he was half the their estimate). Why go through all that trouble and the $500 deductible and the chance of them increasing your rates, even when they do not pay anything. They always do a great job at a reasonable price and fast. Very friendly folks. For small or large repairs, we go to them first.

Mr. Kim is a magician. I had borrowed a roommates pickup truck for a weekend. I ended up scratching some paint near the edge where the paint meets the bed. Mr. Kim looked at the damage for 5 minutes, a testament to his experience, and wrote me a detailed estimate. Free of charge. Not only was his pricing fair but the work was detailed and immaculate. I would highly recommend anyone who needs paint/body work to give Mr. Kim a call! Upon asking him what else his shop handles, he gave me a long list of services that he can provide. I literally was about to walk 2 miles back to my house because I had to drop my car off and had no one to pick me up and he, generously gave me a ride back home. They replaced my front bumper on my pickup truck. While there I got an estimate on some needed paint work. They got me in and out in a few hours and did a great job. I am coming back soon to get my hood painted and replace my drivers door hinge. I highly recommend this shop for your body shop needs. Paul and staff are the best!

I bought a used MB E350 navy from dealership as is and needed some body work and paint. Referred by my best friend and drove an hour to meet owner Paul at his shop. He was very professional and I felt confident to drop my car. After couple days...car turned out amazing and it was so clean. He guarantees work and life time warranty comes with it.
