They take the time to explain what’s going on with your car, give fair prices, and never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Every time I’ve brought my vehicle in, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure it’s running perfectly. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality is second to none. I honestly wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else — this is the only place I’ll go for repairs or maintenance. Just wanted to "drop" a review here for C.A.R.S. We recently had our Mazda 2016 CX5 in service at our dealer, (who we have never had an issue with). The technician at the dealership informed us the front bushing and suspension was in need of replacements. Without repairs they stated the vehicle would not be safe to operate. We were a bit skeptical so we went to C.A.R.S. to get a second opinion and, if required, to save on a substantial estimate we received from the dealership. Spoke to Cameron on drop-off and explained the situation. He promised they would examine the vehicle the same day and let us know. Well, after just a few hours, Cameron dropped me an email to let me know Sean had taken a look and our suspension was in good shape and was not in need of repairs - the bushings and suspension were in nominal shape for the age, and mileage, we have on the vehicle - and it is, indeed, safe to operate. This is a great relief as we were planning to drive a bit in a week or so. My wife and I have decided further maintenance will conducted with C.A.R.S. These days it is nice to find two hard working, honest, owners. Thanks again to them both.

I thought I had already written a review for this company. I've been going here since 2018 to have my cars maintained. Cameron and his guys are honest and give very fair prices. I have all my major services done here on my Lexus. They wont price gouge you like other places in the area. There is no reason to go to a dealership when these guys provide the same quality work. Fast, honest, & reliable!

Cameron the front desk gentleman is very nice and knowledgeable. Yesterday I went in with car troubles and picked my car up today! Their service is so fast, honest, and reliable. The price was very affordable. They made my first experience with them great. I’ll definitely bring my car back for more car repairs in the future if needed.

Best automotive shop in Northern Virginia! It's not an easy task to find a honest, good and reliable shop. I stumbled onto C.A.R.S about a year and half ago when my Subaru had been worked on by another shop and who made things worse. Cameron and the crew at C.A.R.S. fixed the preceding shop's poor work and charged an unbelievably (low-fair) price. I have taken my Subaru back in there for other work and every time I am blown away at how good, honest and fair they are. I don't write reviews, ever... but these guys deserve all the praise I can offer.

Brian worked on my audi a6, which was consuming a lot of oil. He did a thorough job working to resolve this issue. Not only was he thorough, but he was also very honest and very fair with his pricing. He and Jerry, a nice member of his team, communicated in advance what needed to be done and provided me with an accurate quote. I highly recommend Brian and his team at My Dad's Automotive. They are skilled, trustworthy, and fair in pricing.

I plan to use this shop for all my future auto services and repairs. I have tried many other well-rated repair shops in the area over the years, but I've had the best experience with CARS. Their customer service is great, they made proper diagnoses and provided sound advice, the services and repairs were timely, and their pricing is clear and fair. I'm thankful this shop was recommended to me by a friend and will be similarly recommending CARS to others.

As most other reviewers have stated, a great 1st experience there. Only went in for an oil change, but in and out in an hour. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Not sure what else you can ask for. If Enterprise Rent-a-Car didn't park 50+ cars in the parking lot it would be perfect. Not sure how the landlord allows it. Really not fair to all the other nearby businesses....

Honest labor & prices, nice people, and quality work. Most importantly, if they make a mistake, they will tell you and make it right. They've done basic oil changes, performance components installation, suspension, tires and wheels, and other work to my 2012 VW Golf R.

I've been using CARS for several years now to service three vehicles - BMW X5, Lexus RX 350, and Toyota Corolla. Service has been top notch with competitive prices. Cameron and Sean are expert mechanics and totally trustworthy. I have recommended CARS to friends and family. You will not be disappointed with CARS service.

Absolutely phenomenal service!!! If I could give 100 stars I would! Cameron and his fantastic crew are truly world class, honest, fair and very fast!! I went to a local Honda dealer and was told I needed close to $3,000 worth of repairs but they did it for $450!?!?! Unreal. I’ve had nothing but the best from C.A.R.S. highly recommend them to all my friends and family!! Do not go anywhere else!!!!

Great service. I had a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. Discovered Chantilly Auto Repair through a recommendation of my roommate. Original owner was great. Cameron also great! He was honest about the repairs and price that it would include. I regularly brought in for oil changes and needed maintenance. Had my catalytic converter replaced by them and had a brief issue with its installation. Called Cameron and told to bring it in and they were able to fix the issue. My brakes were always a nuisance. Since they had replaced rotators, pads, calipers, and continued to have certain problems, Cameron always guaranteed their work. Sadly, my AC died a few days after getting it back from an accident. That and other repairs just were not in my budget. Thus, traded the vehicle in and leased a new one. When I get another vehicle, I will definitely be going back to this location. Was never dissatisfied with the services provided.

I have been coming to CARS for my oil changes for a while, and I brought my car recently to have my engine coils and spark plugs replaced, they were quick, efficient, and didn't gouge their prices like a few other places I had called. They have been a great place to go for my car needs, very straightforward and honest. Update 10/11/2021 This place is AWESOME. They really go above an beyond all the other car places, and I can't begin to emphasize how reliable they are. A+ all around.

My girlfriend and I will not take our cars anywhere else. We stumbled upon Cameron by dumb luck and the experience is always great. Fair prices and honest about all the repairs. This is great because if my girlfriend goes into a car shop without me, they tend to add the “pink tax”. Highly recommend you won’t be dissatisfied. Excellent service, exceeds expectation, honest, transparent and professional. Very happy with the service. We were almost getting rid of our Lexus due to major repair issue but at last minute, I happened to call Cameron at CARS, who took care of everything including having it towed from the dealer, diagnostic and estimates- everything even w/o meeting me in person (i was completely hands off). They did everything perfectly, very reasonably priced. When a small crack on windshield was detected, they replaced it for free! So happy. Even though we live 30 miles away, plan to go there for any future repair needs.

From making an appointment to picking up the car, the whole process was smooth and painless. Professional staff and no non-sense stuff going on here. I got 2 tires replaced and wheel alignment done in a timely manner and car feels great after! I work in the same complex so I'll be getting my cars worked on here going forward. Give them a try!

I’ve been taking my work truck (2004 Ford F-250 super duty with 220,000 Miles) to Sean and Cameron since they took over ownership of this repair shop. They have replaced two ball joints, a transfer case and installed two spark plug kits (apparently a common problem with ford). All work was done with professionalism, reasonable price point and timely. I’ve never had to miss work because of a scheduled repair. They advised me on some maintenance to my air conditioning compressor so I could replace it myself. They extracted the coolant and contained it for me for a few days while I replaced the compressor then put it back in the vehicle. That was last summer. A/C will still freeze you out of the cab. They have performed all preventative maintenance on this vehicle over the past 18 months. I wouldn’t consider taking anything I own to anyone else. These men are trustworthy and reliable.

I came here after my alternator went out on my Lexus. These guys took great care of my alternator, break rattling issue, and notified me of any other issues that would need to be addressed within the next 6 months. With all of that, they were still half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge me. Nothing was pushed on me, and they were very honest and upfront. I appreciate that kind of service!

Grew up helping my dad work on cars and doing oil changes. After kids have no time to do car stuff on my own and got tired of my check engine light going off every time after taking it somewhere for just an oil change.
