I recently transferred to a fleet garage within my company in Chantilly. This Carquest store consistently delivers parts quickly, and even in area parts, from other stores, in a very rapid time frame. The delivery drivers are very nice and polite as well. This store seems very well managed.

I have been a customer of Carquest for years, and I must say that I am impressed with their customer service. Dave and Janice have been exceptional in their service delivery, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that I receive the best service possible.
One thing that stands out for me is the fast delivery service. The deliveries are always prompt and efficient, and I never have to wait too long for my parts to arrive. The large network of parts warehouse is also a huge plus as they can find our needed parts fast.
Carquest has been a primary vendor for my business, G&C Tire and Auto Service, and I can confidently say that they have exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Carquest to anyone in need of quality automotive parts and exceptional customer service.
Shady store and poor customer service
I had ordered pair of wiper blades from advance auto parts website that stated free installation and when I went to pick up at store and asked they said no we don’t do installation
Not that it’s a difficult task to do. But don’t advertise “Free installation “ when your stores / employees don’t do that.
I know other stores that do it and offer it without even asking
Was told a part wouldnt be there til noon. I looked online and found a cheaper one they actually had in stock. The other associate there was more helpful
The two times I’ve ordered items from this location I’ve received a item ready for pickup only to be told they don’t have the part when I go to pick it up and I need to goto another store or come back once it’s delivered. Would not recommend this store.
I came in this morning looking to buy a 2014 Ford F-150 third brake light BULB. I specifically asked for the BULB. The lady behind the counter said "It'll be $111 and I can have it here by noon." I once again asked for just the bulb. She told me "you have to buy the entire third brake light assembly". It's scummy, she is scummy, and if management knows she does this and is ok with it the whole business is scummy. I wonder how many ignorant people she has fooled in this manner. I get this is a business and you have to make money but being scummy is not the way. Needless to say I will NEVER spend a dollar here. I went to Advanced Auto and bought my $7.00 bulb. Shame on her.
5 Stars because of a few reasons. First is the location location - very close to my business. We could walk to it. 2nd, more important than the first is the people. While they may have a newbie passing through that can be frustrating, the core staff does a great job for us. 3rd - nationwide coverage is a plus for us when offering a nationwide warranty.
